This hotel was simple and clean. Great price for our needs. Great location to Hiroshima Castle, "A-Bomb" Dome, and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastc position next to peace park the most amazing place you will visit anywhere. Great view from room. Delightful staff made our stay memorable. Highly recomend Hiroshima as a must for any visitors to Japan and the Crowne Plaza is the perfect hotel for your visit.

Very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, had a love sear & chair in the sitting area of our 2 twin beds room. Also had the fortune to be there when the shrine next door was having a 2 day celebration for the fall festival. Lots of pop up food vendors and stage performances by many kimono clad dance groups.

I thought that the hotel was a very good value. The hotel and room was very clean. The room was about the size of a standard hotel room in the U.S. The bathroom was a bit smaller but fairly sized for a Japan Hotel. The water power of the shower was excellent (important for some of us). The buffet dinner in the restaurant was a great blend of Japanese […] and western foods. The cost was much less than what I would normally pay in a comparable hotel in Tokyo, San Francisco, Chicago, etc. Making the reservation through Hotels.com was the greatest thing because I didn't have to worry about a conversion credit card surcharge. We were delighted with this hotel. The location is great for the sights of Hiroshima, shopping and eating. We were upgraded to an enormous room which was modern, spotless and well equipped. The staff are extremely helpful and the whole organisation is more 5 star than four

Right on the Peace Park and street car line. 1hr by street car to Miyajima Island.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel in Hiroshima and can only say that I loved every moment of it from I entered the door. The staff was absolutely brilliant - took my bag straight away, followed me to the room and showed me around. The room was not big but beaitful and the best thing was that they have got a pillow menu where you can choose from 6 different […] pillows. If you have any back or shoulder problems this is just ideal and they even had the Tempur pillow that I use at home for my bad back. I can also strongly recommend to eat at the casual restaurant on the ground floor. The buffet nights were excellent and the food really high quality. The location of the hotel is hard to beat. 2 minutes walk from the tram stop and 5 minutes walk to the Peace Memorial Park. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hiroshima. Great staff that was English friendly and nice spa and gym.

The staff were very attentive and spoke English perfectly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The furnishings were very simple, and unfortunately made the hotel feel a bit like a Motor Inn rather than a hotel at this star rating. The location is excellent for visiting the memorials.

Our room was very large by Japaneses standards with good quality fittings and amentities. The Hotel is located within an easy walk of the Peace Museum and surrounding park and very close by to a large range of eateries and shopping (department stores and covered malls).

Room was teensy but clean.

The hotel is well located and the concierge was helpful. The hotel is dated and the rest of the service it OK at best.

This hotel was fantastic- no need to consider any other. The staff was great, the breakfast was awesome and it is a stone's throw from peace park.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hiroshima as part of a longer visit to Japan. This hotel was perhaps the worst of all we visited in Japan. A recommander sans aucun problème, hôtel très bien placé et très confortable. A 5-10 minutes du musée de la paix et mémorial de la bombe. Très proche des magasins et des arcades. 15 minutes en bus de la gare JR ou 20 minutes en tram. Petit déjeuner à recommander, buffet international et spécialités internaitonales.

原爆記念館など広島での必見場所や、本通りなどの繁華街に近く、また、路面電車駅にも近いのでロケーションは最高です。清潔な高級ホテルで、文字通り4つ星ホテルです。

Très bon accueil, chambre pour trois adultes très confortable. Situation proche des sites historiques et des moyens de transport. 4 restaurants différents donc plusieurs possibilités de déjeuner ou dîner sur place avec une restauration et un service de qualité. Aucune mauvaise note à signaler sur cet hôtel

Good hotel with friendly staff, good service, nice spa/pool section on the 6:th floor, Good loacation regarding museums and the nightlife. Would stay here again! All taxi drivers knew the hotel, and to me thats a good thing!

Ottimo Hotel di lusso al quale abbiamo potuto accedere grazie ad una ottima offerta. Stanze pittosto ampie anche tenendo conto dello standard giapponese. Internet gratuito in camera se si ha dietro il PC proprio grazie al cavo LAn. La poszione é ottima, praticamente a 3 min. a piedi dal museo della pace e relativo parco. Hotel très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied du sanctuaire de la Bombe et à moins de 10min en taxi de la Gare JR-Hiroshima. Très bonnes prestations hôtelières.
