Mycket bra läge , fräscht och fint till rimligt pris.

Jag bodde där med hela familjen i fem nätter. Vi trivdes allihop. God engelsk frukost, härlig service och stora rum ( jämfört med andra brittiska hotell ). Rekommenderas!

Allt toppen, men vill man spara lite pengar så boka utan frukost (som helt ok) kostar ca 15 pund/person. Du äter en minst lika god i grannhuset för ca 5 pund/person.

Bra Hotell, snabb service. Ex. vår dush krånglade, det kom en kille direkt (2 minuter), och kollade vad det var för problem. Nära till centrum, och en TRAM hållplats (Sudehill) ligger strax intill, så det är väldigt lätt att ta sig hit och hem. Frukostbuffén helt OK.

Hotellet är ny renoverat och upplevs väldigt fräscht. Ligger nära Shudehills Metrolink stataion och Victoria Station. Så det är mycket lätt att ta sig vidare i Manchester. Vi åkte både till Old Trafford, Trafford Centre och Reebok Arena i Bolton och det gick smidigt med buss, tåg och Metrolink. Hotellet höll mycket hög standard enligt svenska mått mätt. Rekommenderas INTE till den som av någon anledning söker efter ett sunkigt engelskt före kriget hotell med heltäckningsmattor.

Vi kom tidigt så vi kunde inte få tillgång till rummet just då, men de tog hand om våra väskor och gav oss ypperlig service. När vi kom tillbaka senare så var allting klart. Bara att ta nyckeln och kila upp på rummet. Mycket imponerade! Servicen var fantastisk och de gav oss personlig service. Vi bodde nära spårvagnen och bussar och det visade sig senare […] att det var gångavstånd in till city. Vill man till Old Trafford så tog det ca. 15-20 min med spårvagnen - inga byten. Enkelt och smidigt! Mycket imponerade av allting i denna trevliga stad. Vi åker mer än gärna tillbaka. Rummen var jättefina och fräscha. Crown Plaza City Centre känns väldigt modernt och trendigt. Det är fräscht och snyggt, med trevlig personal.

Staff were friendly, helpful and the valet parking was worth paying the extra pence for rather than the public car park across the road. If longer than one night might be worth taking advantage of fitness areas. Will be returning for all future events in Manchester. 5 mins from MEN and 2 mins from Arndale and Printworks.

Lovely hotel, room was excellent. Great location for city centre - very close to Victoria train/tram station. Did try restaurant but room service was good - very nice food and delivered quickly despite the late hour we ordered. Would recommend hotel.

VERY NICE LOCATION, VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS.

Crowne Plaza on Shudehill is ideally located between the happening Northern Quarter and the Printworks, areas of the City still seeing massive investment. The hotel is also near the co-operative buildings. Room was well presented with a great view over the City centre, Bar was well run on return from an evening out. Came for a one night stay with some friends, and really enjoyed ourselves! We only stayed in the room itself or a few hours, but it was so comfortable and clean! Brilliant location in terms of shopping and clubs and bars. And only a short walk from the train station. Buffet Breakfast was good, and there was a great variety to chose from. The bedroom […] wasn't massive, but considering how "cheap" the room was, it wasn't a big issue! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short break away! Great modern hotel, 2 very comy double beds in the room, breakfast was offered upon check in for £18per couple if booked the day before which we did and wasn't disappointed, there was a great choice and good quality. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and stylish was very pleased with stay I shall be visiting again, would recommend to all suits familys/ couples etc. all in all everything you could want and more for great price

only disappointment was car parking considering its a 4 star hotel maybe they could work out with ncp carparks a consessionary rate it cost me £15.20 to park which i felt was a little over the top but have to say very nice hotel otherwise

I booked this hotel for a shopping trip for me and my family, it was in the perfecto location and was all we needed. We do this trip annualy and will definately be coming back to this hotel.

1. had a family room with 2 double beds and the room was TINY!!! 2. The toilet flush button was behind the seat - had to pur seat down every time flushing - rubbish design for the sink basin as well 3. breakfast staff - this lady (east european i think) was very rude when i asked for tea and generally unwelcoming table setters.

Extremely pleasent stay at this hotel, from hassle free quick check-in, excellent room standard with all ameneties you could want, even sky sports on the tv. Modern decor and the most comfortable of beds! Location is excellent, 2mins walk to arndale shopping centre, 2mins walk to printworks, 5mins walk to MEN Arena! Looking forward to stay again!

Stayed at the crown plaza on the 28th october 2011 .had a fabolous stay very nice hotel , and extremley helpfull staff especially the concesage he was very helpful in finding us alternative accomadation as they were fulled booked when we asked for a extra night stay will deffo stay again .

Wonderful hotel ~ so easy to walk to city centre and the NCP car parking was so convenient. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom with wonderfully fluffy towels. Friendly and efficient staff! My only gripe would be breakfast time/room which when full was a little over-crowded with people having the squeeze between your table and your neighbour's. Given the […] good range of breakfast, would have liked a pot of tea and not the communal pump action teapot which squirted out very weak tea. My only complaint was having spent 4.5hrs on the motorway to arrive at the hotel at 3pm to be told room was not available for another hour. Totally unacceptable for how much the room cost.

Booked this hotel for proximity to MEN arena as we were going to a concert. Just a few minutes walk to MEN arena as well as the Arndale Mall, the big wheel and plenty restaurants nearby. Close to Shudehill interchange for buses & trams. Overall a very pleasant experience. Booked this hotel for an event at the MEN - ideal location as only a short walk away. The staff on arrival were very helpful - valet parking was great and convenient. The room was perfect and the beds were so comfortable. The only negative aspect was one member of staff behind the bar at night was rather abrupt about producing your room wallet, which […] caused some disappointment towards the end of the night. Myself and a group of friends recently spent the weekend in Manchester and stayed here at the Crowne Plaza.From check-in to check-out everything was fantastic from the staff to the rooms to the location!We all said that we'd definately stay here again if we had the chance!

Ideal location for visit to MEN Arena and shopping. Staff extremely helpful. Room was clean and modern. Would definately stay here again if I went back to Manchester.

Fantastic staff, fantastic location for what we required.

The hotel is very well situated. We only stayed one night. Our impression was highly satisfactory with quality of the room, the breakfast and the overall service and environmnet.

Such friendly staff, great location and gorgeous comfy rooms made our stay at this hotel perfect!

Hate a hotel without a car park. However, the AMAZING room interior and location were the first two things that I could recall on this hotel after my England trip.
