absolute 0 service from the staff. no airport pick / drop ( only to showcase it is given as free airport pick). Complimentary breakfast is 1 omlet & 1 tea. this can be bought for 100 bucks also. Water also will not be given in the rooms. No courtesy of knocking the door for staff. they just push their way inside the room & doesnt care in which situation […] you are in also. Hotel is close to the airport so works out well for a 1 night stand. Located just by the slum so you have to go to Bandra West for shopping. Hotel room had had a water leak so the wall and sealing were stained and had moss growing on it.

It is near to Bandra railway station & Bandra court. So 10-15 min journey from USA Consulate and 20-30 min journey from domestic airport. However, the surrounding area is not clean. Although rooms were clean, it is very old & needs perfect maintenance. Food in the restaurant was alright but restaurant is not very clean. Firstly, though it says of free Airport transfer, the manager bluntly refuses; even tells me u cannot cancell: when I called 10 days before to check & verify location. Later, after reaching there, and on arguing repeatedly & production of receipt (they seemed to check numerous times, to ? bore you), they offered a free drop in a auto (Rs.100/-) to airport […] during return. The rooms are too small, the staircase is so narrow that anyone can fall down. They don't have a provision for elevators. I feel compared to what they are providing the tarriff is overcharged. The good part is airport is near by.

Best returns on investment in terms of money... Especially good for students going for visa interview... as the hotel is near US Embassy.( 1 - 2 Km ) Also good for a group of friends who want to hangout in Mumbai... best place for night stay.

Mumbai has a shortage of decent, affordable hotel rooms. I chose Hotel Arma Court for the price. It was good, room kinda small, but had airconditioning, a fan and a tv. Room service from the restaurant downstairs was available as well as hot water, when I reminded the desk to turn it on. It was really great to use the computer in the office and I could […] phone local calls through my room with the help of the front desk. I worry that the proximity to the highway, although not all that noisy on my side, was a bit smoggy. The service was good and the food was excellent. The surrounding area is slum which is the only drawback. The outer appearance of the hotel is nothing like the picture shown on website. It is very dirty and entrance to hotel is very small. But for the price, it served its purpose and the staff was very good.

Rocation is not far from airport. Road in front of Hotel is under construction. Room is confortable. Staffs are friendly except receptiom. Reception guy was haughty, but they arraged cab for us. They had Beer in room service.

This hotel is in Bandra East. For an American who only speaks English, that area is pretty difficult to get a taxi or auto driver who will be able to understand where you are telling him you want to go, unless perhaps you book a Neru cab. The room was small, but clean. The bell boys are so eager to help you that they will rush into your room if you […] open the door... A little off-putting, but they mean well and are hoping for a tip. The staff is helpful to varying degrees depending on who is there... Its a pretty noisy location, but that IS India. I used earplugs. Its conveniently located to the local train station if you are comfortable taking the train. I recommend it personally... as getting anywhere in Bombay is difficult otherwise, and it's an experience unto itself. The restaurant downstairs has some excellent food, however I ONLY ate vegetarian) and breakfast was included with my room even though the restaurant seems to be closed to the public in the morning and it took me a day or so to figure this out. This place is probably more suited to an Indian business traveler, but I saw a few other westerners around. There was also a pretty large slum between the hotel and station. I was walking over it on a footbridge to get to the train station but then the slum and the footbridge both burned down, and the neighborhood became quite chaotic, as did getting to the train station. I luckily was working pretty close to the hotel so I was able to find some alternate paths to walk everyday, but all of these factors combined made the last several days kind of a pain and I can see where it would be difficult for a westerner or someone not familiar with the area. Overall though, the hotel was a pretty good value considering how convenient the location was for me so I actually extended my booking. It really just comes down to your expectations. Is was very bad experience. i made a booking for 2 adults(my fiancée and me). At the time of checkin at Hotel Arma, they denied to allow my fiancée to stay with me, however i had a booking for 2. they started giveing lecture about Indian Culture and all. They told Police could harass at late night. finally after so much of dicussion they agreed to allow […] us. Even the Room was so small. in Bathroom you can only stand. Better to choose Hotel Royal castle. Hotel Service was so poor, we ordered tea, they gave us warm tea, then again ordered . they gave tea without sugar. I could not imagine that a hotel like this is actually existed. I was suppose to stay there for 3 nights but i left after 1night. The room was very small and toilet was the so small that you have to sit on the toilet and take a shower at the same time.The bed was so hard because there was only wood and a very thin mattress. even though i stayed only […] 1 night i got charged for whole stay there. The hotel served its purpose. It is not in the best of neighborhoods, so this hotel is not for the faint of heart. Wi-Fi had trouble, so I didn't have internet, but the hotel restaurant is pretty good. Quality, price it was fine especially if you plan on not sending any time in the hotel room at all - it was tiny but very clean, both in the room and in the corridors (although not bed covers and towels - clean but stained). ともかく、部屋も家具も汚い。ベッドのシーツを代えておらず、しみがついたまま、不潔。毛布はカバーすらついておらず不潔きわまりない、部屋の中には、さすがに居なかったものの、窓枠の外を子猫の大きさのねずみが四六時中、平気で行き来している、従業員の態度は横柄。おかしな話を持ちかけてくる。過去最低のホテルのひとつ。

For a one star hotel this is good. Quite near by airport (15min). Free pickup from airport and breakfast. We (me, my wife and 4y child) stayed there only one night. No complains :)

Dem Indischen Standad entsprechend, sehr keine Zimmer und Badezimmer. Kredit-Karten werden akzeptiert. Ein kostenloser Internetzugang wurde mir nach 22 Uhr bei der Rezeption ermoeglicht. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist winzig und die Stasse davor sehr laut und schmutzig. Fuer das inklutierte Fruestueck alle Wuensche vorher mit der Rezeption abklaeren... AC […] & warmes Wasser bei Bedarf von der Rezeption immer einschalten lassen... Verglichen mit anderen Mumbai-Hotels der gleichen Kategorie ist dieses aber besser, relativ sauber und straff gefuert. Meine Empfehlung: auf jeden Fall den kostenlosen Abhol-Service vom Flughafen in Anspruch zu nehmen, da das Hotel in Mumbai-Bandra-East schwer zu finden ist. Fuer Reisende die hoehre Standards gewohnt sind und sich an solche fuer Europaeische Verhaeltnisse sehr einfaches Hotel nicht anpassen koennen muessen mit mindestend einem dreifachen Preis (ohne Feuestuck) fuer Bombay rechenen. Iet wat gore buurt maar dicht bij station en dus goed gelegen om andere delen van Mumbai te bezoeken. Zeker goed in zijn klasse. Kamer 207 was netjes opnieuw geverfd. Het restaurant biedt zeer goede service , Lekker eten en goedkoop. Aan te bevelen voor iemand die geen te grote eisen stelt aan "luxe".

l hotel est bien situé par rapport au centre ville si on y va que pour dormir c'est bien si le reste de la journée on est pas dans la chambre la chambre est petite ainsi que la salle de bain mais le service est correct
