We had no where to park and very over-crowed. I had to drop my wife and family off the park our vehicle 6 blocks away in a over night garage that charged 13 dollars. They had a party bus parked out front then moved I tried parking there they called my room and said I had to move. That does not make sense to me I paid for a room. Very nice place. Nice pool area and good food. Would stay there again.

When you walk in the lobby, it is very open and bright. The staff are very friendly. The indoor waterpark is a nice feature and the pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained also. The gym is nicely equipped as well.

The hotel itself is decent. My main complaints were: the pool was closed (due to illness) the bathtub pictured was nothing the tub in my room check in at 4 p.m. The location is great if you live in a town that you hear fire trucks, ambulances, trains, etc all the time... if you are looking for somewhere quiet, this isn't it! I understand the pool situation, […] the little water park was open and my kids loved this. The hot tub was available but had an influx of children using it. The tub was a problem for me, I was looking forward to a wonderful tub and got one that looks like my tub at home. The noisy location couldn't be helped, I guess if you book a downtown hotel room, you have to be ready to listen to downtown noises. The staff was very accommodating to requests we made. The hotel was great, and the staff very friendly. It would be nice to have free breakfast as many of its competitors have.

Staff very helpful and knowlegable. Rooms very clean and well appointed.

for the price i was disappointed no breakfast was included. had i known, i never would have booked, and now that i do know, i will never book there again i would have blown my nose at them, but there were no tissues in the room.

We got this room for our wedding night and it was fantastic! The room was huge, large bed and huge bathroom. The sitting room was a very nice surprise. All in all, the room was GREAT! Arrived on a Friday night and the front desk people were very nice. The hotel is very clean and well kept, and the pool is awesome. Booked the hotel because it was kid friendly and their indoor play/pool area was great for my daughter. The rooms were very clean and spacious and we had two tvs in our room which was great. Everything is near by so you […] don't have to drive very far and there is a restaurant downstairs so you really don't have to leave the hotel. The pool area is great for the younger kids, the location is close to the Zoo and the airport, but the hotel seems to need a little attention here and there. The fridge and microwave is nice, but our fridge was frozen up, so it wouldnt keep things very cool. Our room was not clean when we checked in, but they got it cleaned and ready for us quickly. […] It's just not a pleasant thing to see how the rooms look before you try to get comfortable in your home away from home. We were in Omaha to attend a concert at the Qwest Center and found our stay to be awesome! I will definitely stay at this hotel again. We didn't utilize the swimming area or the restaurant services because there just wasn't time, but the rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean. The only thing I didn't like was the additional $10 parking fee […] for our second vehicle-- it wasn't a deal breaker but just sort of a nuisance to me. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we used both the microwave and fridge that were provided in our room. It was a little pricey, but with 4 of us splitting the room, it was reasonably priced-- if I was staying alone or with one other person, I probably wouldn't be able to afford to stay at such a nice hotel like this one. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were great to work with and very accommodating. My 3 year old twin boys loved the slide and play area, and it was great for my 1 year old as well. The rooms were very spacious and great amenities. The cost was a little more than what I would normally pay, but it was definitely worth it as we played in the […] pool area a lot. Perfect hotel for a family with young children! Each room gets 5 wristbands for the waterpark, too. This was an amazing hotel. Great price, very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The pool area was very nice. Great value for the price. Only complaint was that there was limited parking behind the hotel. We had to park in a nearby hotel parking lot on Saturday night. Parking spaces were very tight for larger vehicles. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, large and comfortable. No complaints.

Every review I read was written by someone who had children. Well as a young adult with no kids in her 30's I am going to tell you what this hotel has to offer. Clean rooms, great staff, coffee bar with good coffee, seating area in the rooms with a flat screen TV, microwave and fridge in the room, soft beds with both plush and firm pillows, clock radio […] that played my Ipod, free shuttle to and from the airport, and a sports bar downstairs. Awesome Hotel. Now, I read reviews about how gross the food was. True Story. I ordered room service for breakfast and I really should have walked over to McDonald's. I didn't get a chance to make it to the water park but hey, it looked nice from the outside. They have a business center right in the lobby with two computers and a gym right next to that. For the price I was very pleased. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Downtown Omaha area or anyone who wants to be just 7 minutes from the Airport. OH, stay on the 4th floor so you don't have anyone with lead feet staying above you. Cheers! Läs mer

Only thing is the restraunt is horrible. Room is wonderful, service is great, and pool is added bonus.

The rooms were clean/nice because its a newer hotel. The staff/service at the front desk were either never there or somewhat rude when they did assist. The Scooter coffee stand is staffed by the same front desk people. We never did get anyone to come help us so we went downt the street to Starbucks. The restaurant/room service in the hotel = bad. Service […] and food were awful besides the fact its expensive. My husband overheard the staff saying to ignore the phone that kept ringing because it was just someone calling for room service. There is a small waterpark/pool area so there were alot of families with kids. Our room was on the third floor and apparently someone made the smart move to put the families with kids on the fourth floor( I say that saracasticaly). All we heard in the late evenings and early mornings was the constant tampering of kids feet back and forth, jumping etc above us. Hard to enjoy the room stay with that irritation. Not enough parking to accomodate hotel guests. We would NOT stay here again. Läs mer

It was a very nice hotel...the kids loved the water park area.

This hotel was great. The kids absolutely loved the pool area and toys, and so did we. I would recommend this hotel highly.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. We loved the free shuttle to the surrounding areas and our 4 year old daughter really enjoyed the pool/waterpark.
