Had a fantastic stay at Casa Sur Art for half the price of surrounding hotels. The service was outstanding. We left for a flight one day at four in the morning and they actually served us breakfast before we left...above and beyond our expectations. Room was small but well laid out so it worked.

I had an overnight and day to kill in Buenos Aries. This place was perfect. Dinner in the restaurant was superb and the room was great. I had to checkout at noon and they held my bags and arranged a car. In my spare hours I explored the nearby cathedral and cemetary.

The only issue we had with our room was street noise. They upgraded us to a 9th floor room which still had some street noise, but all the staff were the most pleasant people you could meet which made a whole world of difference. you can get rooms at the back which are a further upgrade.

The location is great but rooms that face the street can be a litttle noisy. Service is competent and friendly, the restaurant is superb, complimentary breakfast is delicious.

Defínetely not a 5 Star Rating. Not even near. On my arrival And while checking the Bed I noticed hairs on the top sheet. I then looked further and found more hairs on the blanket use for cover. All the personel working at the hotel are very helpful, always ready to serve you at any time, with a presonalized treatment. You wondered the difference when you stay in a big hotel in Buenos aires where the relationship is very impersonnel. The hotel is located on a busy, lovely street in the Recoleta. It's convenient to many spots, including the Recoleta cemetery and shopping. The front desk staff was very pleasant and courteous, and helpful with logistical issues but less so with concierge/activity type questions. Breakfast buffet was fine. The gym was so humid that it felt like a sauna. […] The hotel "spa" has a hot tub that it was nice to soak our feet in after a day of walking all around. Our room was bright and airy. The beds were comfortable. We had a nice view onto the street. The bathroom was spacious, with nice touches. Although they offered free Wi-Fi, Internet service was abysmal. The location in Recoleta is great. The staff and service provided was top notch. I didn't eat at the restaurant (Bengal), so I can't comment on it. My only complaint was that my room (303) had one window that was into a covered area surrounded by the hotel -- an atrium that was covered. So, the room received no sunlight. I'm not sure if other rooms […] are situated in that manner, but be sure you specify you want a window if knowing whether it is day or night outside by the ambient light in the room is important to you. The people make the place! The location was a close second . And the facilities, the environment, and the services were excellent as tied for third place! The experience from front desk, to the lounge, the restaurant, and the Spa were terrific. Wonderful location in Recoleta. Great staff and room we had was perfectly appointed with a great ensuite and modern bathroom. The room was a bit small but a minor issue. Great breakfast. The classic St Regis style boutique hotel and would definitely recommend this as good value. Again, the location was high end and perfect. PH

The hotel is a small boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and the location is in the middle of everything. The food in the restaurant is awesome. The only drawback is the small basic gym, they need to get rid of the unused hot tub and expand the gym, then it would be perfect for people that exercise regularly. TD

Buenos Aires is a very walkable city, and this hotel is very centrally located close to restaurants in Recoleta, close to Avenida Libertador, and close to subway stations that can take you just about everywhere else. The hotel staff is awesome! - knowledgeable, fast and service oriented. They had a list of recommended restaurants available when we arrived. We didn't even have to ask for it. The hotel is also well located and has a good restaurant. Rooms were also wonderful. I recommend it highly!

This hotel was expensive and in a great neighbourhood. The breakfast room and buffet were better than average but not the best. Rooms were not large but that is expected in a boutique- sized hotel.The street that the hotel is located on is noisy and our room was facing the street. so I woke up to the sound of traffic and trucks each morning, The sound-proofing […] is also not great so we heard our neigbours a lot. in the evenings These detract from it truely being a 5 star hotel. Another weak point is that the "gym " is in the basement and is so tiny and claustrophobic with just 2 pieces of equipment so it and the hot tub,-located adjacent and behind a glass door -are unwelcoming and virtually unuseable.The staff are helpful at making arrangements and are attentive. Zuvorkommender Service an der Reception. Zimmer sehr klein und sehr lärmig. Strassenlärm und Lärm von den Nachbarzimmmer. Sehr enges Restaurant im dunklen Keller mit sehr schlechtem Service.

Es un hotel estupendo, el personal es encantador y muy amable y cariñoso. La primer noche nos dieron una habitación muy ruidosa, lo dijimos y al día siguiente nos dieron otra silenciosa. El desayuno bueno y la limpieza de las habitaciones perfecta. A proposito del ruido, yo les sugeriría que insonorizaran las habitaciones con doble ventana.

I really enjoyed my stay in Casasur. The best location and excellent service with a lovely staff. I got the superior room at 10th floor with king size bed and a balcony to the Callao street. It´s a bit pricey but staying only two days I could afford it. Just only thing I didn´t liked was the price of things inside the hotel, 4 usd for a nespresso and […] 20 usd for an Evian Bottle is a little too much, but there is a Disco supermarket just in the corner where you can buy all stuff you need, specially argentinian wines. Realmente el hotel esta muy bien mantenido y muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y el baño amplio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. La atencion del personal es excelente. Lo unico que reprocharia es la mala masajista del spa.

Wir wurden im CasaSurArt Hotel überaus freundlich aufgenommen. Die Lage zu den guten Einkaufsstraßen und auch Restaurants/Cafe´s ist erstklassig, das U-Bahn-Netz ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu allen Unternehmungen hat uns die Rezeption immer kompetent und freundlich zur Hilfe gestanden, wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

El Hotel es muy tranquilo y es difícil creer que uno se encuentra en el mejor punto de una ciudad tan cosmopolita. El hotel cuenta con detalles de calidad y lo mejor es poder abrir la ventana que da hacia la avenida Callao!!! Excelente !!!
