Toppen hotell med bra läge, bra personal, bra mat, bra rum, modernt och jätte fin lounge. Fanns ett thai massage center på hotellet som vi tog behandlingar på. Jätteduktiga! Har verkligen inget att klaga på förutom en liten sak och det är att Det var ganska lyhört på natten, mycket liv runt om på gatorna tots att vi hotellet ligger på en sidogata så […] det kunde vara lite störande i sömnen, rekomenderar er att ta detta hotellet men ta med ett par öronproppar. Verkar som alla hotell som ligger centralt har detta problemet då prag är en livlig stad =) Du har iallafall promenadavstånd till precis allt. Trevligt hotell i gammal byggnad som renoverats modernt. Frukost från tidig morgon till sen kväll - vi behövde aldrig ställa klockan för att inte missa frukosten. Bredband via kabel i rummen, men wifin räckte så vi kunde surfa på våra mobiler. Det som drar ner upplevelsen var att gardinerna inte var tillräckligt långt ut uppsatta bredvid fönstren så […] solen lyste in i glipor på fem centimeter på vardera sidan. Dörren till rummet var långt ifrån ljudisolerad och de andra gästerna var inte direkt respektfulla på nätter och mornar, så vår nattsömn var inte så behaglig. Dåligt med ytor att ställa upp / lägga ut resväskor på. Vi kommer inte att boka detta hotellet igen, detta var vår fjärde vistelse i Prag, vi kommer att prova något annat boende nästa gång. Läs mer

We went for a long weekend in December, the staff were very welcoming and showed us to our rooms and explained all the facilities available, they could not have done more for us. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent and set you up for a day of sightseeing. Stayed for 3 nights in a Double Deluxe. The room was spacious, relaxing & clean with TV, DVD &free WiFi. The bed is made from Hastens ans was really comfy. The bathroom was large with separate shower and bath tap and hairdryer. The only problem was that there was a funny smell coming from the bathroom witch of course was not that strong but was definitely […] noticeable, especially when entering the room. One key point with the hotel is the breakfast! The buffet , available till 11:00am was adequate however you can also order eggs, omelets, pancakes etc for free and that available till 11:00 pm!!! So even if you miss the buffet due a late night, you could still enjoy free breakfast anytime of the day. Minimalist design, but not at the expense of comfort. As others have noted, the bed was perhaps the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Though not huge, it had all the amenities I like (even a good bathrobe). Every single staff person was friendly and cheerful, which is somewhat of an anomaly in Prague. Great value for money. The hotel is one street off W square in a surprisingly tranquil place. (E.g. the locals potter about, but the hotel had few customers for its lounge). The staff were personable and always helpful. Beautiful hotel in a quiet side street, just off the main tourist areas. Multi-lingual staff who were always available, polite and helpful. I lost my book on Prague, and the lady working on reception kindly gave me one she had spare. Our room was large, comfortable, very clean and had everything we required for a comfortable stay.

I am an expat living in Czech and often come to Prague for busiess or pleasure. I have actually enjoyed staying in different hotels but now, after staying at the Icon, I will probably only choose the Icon in the future. The design of the hotel is very nice. Smaller hotel...boutique hotel. Modern clean rooms were great. Best towels ever! Very nice staff. […] Great breakfast. A block or 2 off of Wenceles square makes it quieter but close to walk to Old Town and easy to jump on the underground or trams. I didn't try the spa..but will on my next stay! The management of this hotel know just what a traveler needs. A comfortable clean room, a great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, access to wellness, massage facilities and funky decor. After spending three + weeks sifting through various websites and guide books searching for a hotel in Prague, I decided on the Icon and am very happy with my choice. I'm admittedly a picky hotel tenant, but I had no complaints. Here's my summary... Service: From the moment I made the reservation, I received prompt responses via email regarding transportation […] from the airport. Upon arrival and throughout the stay, the concierge was attentive and helpful. Room: The room itself was quite hip, calming, and very clean. The beds were comfy, the free WiFi worked perfectly, and the bathroom was cool (although it took some doing to make sure the shower didn't spray water all over the bathroom floor. Oops). Breakfast: I'm still dreaming about their breakfast! Fruit, pastries and breads, meats and cheeses were all available at the buffet. We also ordered eggs off of their breakfast menu. Location: I must say, we're not much for staying in touristy areas (which this hotel is in). However, the hotel is located on a quiet side street, away from all of the hullabaloo on Vaclavske Namesti, yet close enough to experience its liveliness. Another great thing about the location is its close proximity to public transit. Five very useful tram lines are within 1/2 a block and all three of the Metro (underground) lines are within 1/2-3 blocks. This ideal location makes for easy traveling throughout the city. Overall: This is a superb hotel in a city rife with hotel options. When I return to Prague, I will definitely stay here. Läs mer

july 2011. 4 days in prague. not right in the centre but just 10-15mns walk. easy walking distance. nice walk back to the hotel after an evening meal. bedroom: 8/10 we were staying in a junior suite. good size room, nice bed, good bathroom. clean breackfast: 7/10 good I have seen better but all you need is there. food in the room: 8/10 we had 2 meals […] in the room. very good (we are french). good size portion, quick and friendly. massages: 5/10 not the best we had. they do not speak english so hard to communicate. My husband and I both work in hotels, good hotels!!! We seem to always be a bit more critical than most!! We really enjoyed the hotel, it's location and mostly the staff! They are casual but you can tell they are happy and it shows with their sincere and great service!! All were great but I must mention the front desk staff. Icon is a gem hidden just off Wenceslas Square. Having been to Prague a number of times I can say with authority that the hotel experience you will have at the Icon is above and beyond what you may find at other Czech lodging. We are always weary about hotels in Europe as what they consider 4 or 5 star isn't necessarily the same as what it would be in the US...especially since the cost of staying here was by far one of the most economical. But we took a chance, because it had gotten great reviews on Trip Advisor. Needless to say, it was a great experiance! We stayed in a suite that was larger than most European hotel rooms, and was very clean and had an AWESOME bed. The floors were also hardwood, so it didn't have that grimy hotel feel. I wound up staying at the Ramada for an evening while there, and it was even more obvious how awesome Icon was...I would highly recommend Icon for for the value and the staff who worked there. The Icon is a great place to stay in Prague. It is well located near all the key sights. It is stylish with comfortable rooms. The bed linens are lush. The front desk staff members speak great English and are very helpful. The breakfast is abundant.

The staff and overall decor of the Icon was fabulous. Everyone spoke English and were extremely helpful. Although, the hotel is modern with wonderful amenities (bed is very comfy and the Thai spa is great!), they did not invest in a proper ventilation system (or dual system). Even though we reserved a smoke free room, the room filled with cigerette […] smoke from other rooms that allowed smokers. We stayed here three nights and each night we were awakened in the middel of the night by the strong smell of cigerette smoke. I am not easily offended by smoke however this was very strong. I would not recommend this hotel to people who have a hard time with cigerette smoke. Next time I will book a smoke free hotel. Since my stay was only for 3 nights, I did not complain to staff since this is not something that is easily fixed, if at all. Läs mer

What a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff were so helpful. We booked a car from/to the airport which was much cheaper then the normal taxis and at a set price, so no hassles (680). Our room was the deluxe room which was well worth the extra price. And the included breakfast was very very nice.
