Hotell Novotel Beijing Sanyuan - Peking

Perfekt läge. Första hållplats när man kommer med tåget från flygplatsen. Nära till tunnelbanestationen på linje 10 som tar en ut i nästan hela Peking.

Hotel was very convenient to Beijing Airport Express - 1 minute walk away. Room was modern and roomy all things considered. But the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in my entire life - that includes hostels in poorer countries. The check-in and check-out process was slow.

The hotel is very convenient - 100 steps from train station that is one stop away from airort. Staff is very friendly but check-in and check-out is a little slow. Positives: A good standard of hotel, ideally located for the airport express (25 yuan each way, great for arriving and leaving with bags) and the subway (line 10) (2 yuan per trip) for all other travel. Pleasant staff, and all the facilities that I would expect in the room. I ate in the breakfast room several times and the selection was fine. There […] are also cafes in the nearby shopping centre (although the centre does not open until 10.00a.m.). The internet connection was free (wired from the room) and whilst a bit slow at times, served me well for my needs. The large soft toy panda on the bed was a pleasant surprise, but got in the way a bit after a few days! Areas for improvement: As others have commented, the bed was really hard and took some getting used to. There is no escalator down to the airport express (the escalator travels upwards which was great on arrival but there are only steps back down) so I had to manage two flights of stairs with my cases. Three nights at the hotel im March 2012. Comfortable room with good amenities and responsive staff -- had to call to learn that our hot water shower tap was installed backwards. A new mall next door has food and shopping, and an older area behind the hotel has a western-style grocery and a few good restaurants/cafes. location, location, location, like many other French biz in China, they stick to a single advantage - it is location for this hotel, and pricing for Carrefour, and totally ignore other factors. Nice location, not far neither from the airport nor the City center. Friendly staff speaking english and some french. Rooms are clean and calm.

Positive: Great location, which is next to the San Yuan Qiao station. Pretty much as close as you can get to the station. Negative: 1. No wifi in room and have to be hard wired in 2. Construction is happening around the hotel (back side) 3. Part of the construction of the room looks cheap and is falling apart. For example, the cabinet below the […] bathroom sink, kept falling off and you have to put it back together. The hotel was great except we booked a room with a king size bed and got a room with two single beds

Not attuned to western travelers. The disruption due to work at the front drive was not made known, and not well accommodated. Connecting with others was very difficult as a result. Room was acceptable, but far from "nice." Staff seemed willing to help, but just didn't know how to.

This hotel was WAY out of town, but convenient to the airport express train. Also convenient to the subway. Bed was harder than hard! Couldn't have taken it for more than one night. A great hotel, so convenient to the Airport Express. The food was pretty good and more reasonable than I would have expected. The staff were multilingual, efficient and welcoming. With the expansion of the Airport Express, it is no longer the last stop, look instead for the San Yuen Qiao stop. The hotel is typical of European business hotels, not fancy but functional. The room is not big for a 4 star hotel (I actually stayed on the executive floor but the room is small compared to some high end hotels in China), but is clean and has all of the essentials. The hotel staff was very friendly, particularly the hostess in the executive club room. […] The hotels is close to the airport express train station and Metro Line #10, a plus if you do use the low cost metro system (can be quite crowded sometimes). Watch out for the cost of breakfast - it is high compared to other costs. Otherwise, great value.

PROS: great location with the subway, which runs to the airport, and connects with the city lines, and is right in front of the hotel. The room was very modern and clean. This is a nice hotel but is clearly lacking in service. The checkin staff seem disinterested and not enough staff for check out. The rooms are very nice though and the lounge access was nice. 호텔 위치는 역바로 근처이고, 근처에 택시로 간다면 금방 찾을수 있을 정도로 위치는 아주 좋은것 같음. 객실은 4성 호텔에 맞게 좋은 인상을 받았고, 큰 팬더 인형을 침대에 놓은 것은 흥미로 웠다. 룸서비스도 깔끔하고 좋았었다. 비지니스나 여행으로 오기에 아주 좋은 호텔로 생각된다.

Ficamos alojados numa Executive Suite (nº 2018) e siplesmente ADORAMOS. Foi tratamento VIP. No 20º piso, junto a nossa suite tinha um CLUB com snacks das 18h as 20h tudo incluido no preço da suite. A mordoma vinha duas vez por dia perguntar se precisavamos de alguma coisa. FABULOSO. RECOMENDO!

1ère nuit chambre surchauffée, la clim ne fonctionnait pas de même que les 2 lampes de lecture du lit. A part cela accueil des personnels chinois et étrangers excellent. Petits déjeuners très variés. Une remarque : le beurre pourrait être mis sur des glaçons et eviter la proximité ave le grille-pain !
