A fantastic experience, lovely environment where you can fully relax and enjoy your stay. Friendly staff especially the younger lady who was superb! Fantastic breakfast! One small thing, they might want to do more with the bar as this is a nice area but mostly without staff which makes it uninviting. Wonderful view and great staff! They upgraded us to a suite because it was our honeymoon. They also gave us welcome drinks and snacks. Great pool. Overall great stay. The only negatives were that the breakfast was just ok (needs eggs) and a lot of stuff kept breaking in our room (i.e. our key didnt work, our toilet broke, etc.)

We recently visited Capri for 1 night of our 10 day trip to Italy. The grounds and the front desk staff were great! However, before leaving for our trip, I e-mailed the Concierge and asked for restaurant recommendations being that this was an anniversary trip. I specifically said that I wanted to get a feel for the local flavor. The Concierge suggested […] that we have dinner at the “highly rated” restaurant Ziqu at the hotel and that they would then arrange for transportation to the city center for a special evening. This sounded great so I made my reservations accordingly. Upon arrival it was obvious that this was not the highly rated restaurant we had been assured. Although the view was beautiful, we were one of only two couples having dinner that evening. In addition, the food was unremarkable and the local wine was the worst we had on our entire trip. After dinner I found that our transportation for our special evening was nothing more than the hotel shuttle which departs every half hour. We did go to the city center and it was only then that I realized the abundance of restaurants and entertainment that would have been available. Unfortunately, this was our only night in Capri so we missed out. Overall the staff were helpful, the grounds were beautiful and the views breathtaking. Our room was nicely decorated but the beds were the most uncomfortable of our trip. Also, the hotel is not close to anything so you will need a cab or a shuttle if you leave the hotel. Läs mer

Hotel was absolutely stunning and staff could not do enough for us. Free hotel shuttle service was very useful and extremely reliable, from pick up at the marina right through to drop off at the end of our stay. Front desk could have been a bit more helpful in offering suggestions about what to do in the area and getting around ( as the shuttle did […] not work 24 hours). However, in general staff were extremely helpful, and polite. Our room was like a small townhouse which was perfect at the end of our 4 weeks of travel. Location was great. The hotel is not very big, which is great. It's very well kept and the staff are all very helpful and freindly. They have a shuttle service to and from the hotel to the city center or to the port. We got there early, their check-in is at 3pm. But we didn't want to waste time sitting around for teh room, so they arranged a private boat trip around the […] island for us( of course we had to pay extra for that) but the hotel set us up with a beach bag and towels and essentials since we didn't have a room and all our stuff was in the luggage. I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. the views were great and the best thing about this hotel was the shuttle service to the main area in Capri, otherwise I wouldnt think this was worth it. Capri is very expensive and cabs are even more expensive, buses are packed with people. The room we had was really small for what we paid but their […] were nice views. I was amazed that the cheapest room I have booked was exchanged for the most expensive suite for us (it was a low season and some suites were free). Very good multilingual staff adviced us how to spend our time in Capri. We were able to use a good spa as well.

We've stayed in a lot of nice hotels but this may have been the best of the lot. We arrive a little early around Noon and the offered us a complimentary drink while we sat on one of their beautiful terraces overlooking the gulf of naples. Then they saw on my passport that my birthday was during stay an upgraded our room. They service was excellent and […] no stone was left unturn. Their staff is great and they will pretty much drive you and pick you up anywhere on the island so make sure that you let them know when you are arriving so that they can pick you up at the port. Um perfeito spa. A piscina interna que borbulha jatos de ar é muito relaxante e ideal para o pós praia. É necessário reservar com antecedência. As meninas da recepação dão dicas importantes e fazem reservas antecipadas em restaurantes e praias e compram os tickets de volta. Muito atenciosas. Os dois únicos pontos de atenção são o serviço do café da […] manhã, onde a maioria das pessoas pedem café do lado de fora e não há pessoas suficientes para atender a todos. A espera pode ser grande por um capuccino. O outro ponto foi que o controle remoto do nosso quarto sumiu e não conseguimos outro. Un acceuil personnalisé, gentillesse, courtoisie, sont au rendez vous d'un séjour magique. La chambre 206 bénéficie d'une vue de son lit a la mer et d'une terrasse privée. La presse distribuée le matin, le petit déjeuner italien impécable. Séjour à retenir et pourquoi pas à renouveler....

Chique, aconchegante, confortável. O único inconveniente é ter de reservar os serviços oferecidos pelo spa . A distância do centro é compensada pelo transfer oferecido pelo hotel em intervalos regulares. Recomendaria com toda segurança aos viajantes mais exigentes. Serviço é muito bom.

Abbiamo tracorso 3 notti in questo splendido hotel per festeggiare l'anniversario di matrimonio. Struttura piccola ma super curata, avevamo una stanza deluxe con vista sul mare e ampio terrazzo privato. Bellissimo il giardino con piccola piscina e la spa davvero 'coccola'. Personale sempre gentilissimo e attento, prima colazione semplicemente fantastica, […] con molti piatti espressi. Unico neo che tutto a Capri costa esageratamente tanto, d'accordo che vivono di turismo per pochi mesi all'anno, ma spesso il rapporto qualitá/prezzo è davvero scadente, soprattutto nei bar e ristoranti.
