This place was a great find! The water slide in the pool, indoor mini golf and indoor basketball made for a great weekend when it was yucky out! We will be back!

Eventhough they could use more people at the front desk, they were very polite, rooms are very spacious and clean. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot!

I was not impressed with this hotel. Hotel apperance was run-down and seemed unclean. Free breakfast had very few options.I would not stay here again.

Disregard bad reviews about pool chemicals. The water slide is so much fun my kids wanted to stay for hours - obviously if you spend a couple of hours in any chlorinated water it will affect your hair, skin and clothes. Pool alone makes this place great value. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean, with big comfy beds. Only negative was breakfast. A big rudely worded sign at the entrance forbids guests from taking breakfast back to their rooms - problem is, there are only 8 tables and breakfast is only served for 2 hours (7-9). If you do the math, it's gotta be impossible to feed all the hotel guests in that time and with so few tables. I assume management know this and hope to keep costs down by forbidding you from taking food back to your room. Läs mer

clean room, large & very comfortable beds, lots of extras (miniputt, basketball, arcade) great in-door pool with water slide, just off highway, close to Hershey for chocolate! Great on-line rate!

We have several complaints. The gentleman at the front desk tried to get us to sign a paper stating that we knew what the rate we paid was. Duh?There was no price listed on it, so we refused to sign the paper. I have never had that requested before anywhere. It was not even a deliberate tear-off sheet, he just laid a ruler on top of it and tore it off […] & told me to sign it. The printed hotel directory inside the room was a sloppy piece of junk on colored paper. They need to print one professionally. The TV channel listing sheet was missing half of the stations and it said to refer to the TV guide channel. We could not find that on the TV, so we had to scroll around until we found the station we look for. How hard would it be for them to simply print the other stations and make it easier for the guests? This place needs some polishing up. Läs mer

Hotel was clean, staff was pleasant but room was very chilly - furnace was in a closet where the clothes were hung (never heard of a furnace in a closet) and heating vents were on wall almost to the ceiling (heat rises?)

Very noisy place - definitely geared more to families with young children - the beds were lousy -- not the best night's sleep -- stayed here once before - probably will not be staying again on our next trip to the Casino.... Sorry!!!!

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. They make you sign papers on check in stating you only get one warning if you make too much noise, after that they ask you to leave. Not a bad idea to keep people in check. This was a great hotel!! The room was so much more then I expected!! Didn't expect such a big kitchen area and tv seating area! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

First Impressions are important, and I guess mine ruined the stay. Upon arival, their was not a surface in the room that didn't have crumbs on it. The hotel is very close to Hershey factory & to Troeggs Brewing which was our main destination. The hotel was clean & the staff was friendly but tired looking. We only stayed one night but it's a great place for families on longer stays bc of the kitchen in the room & activities that are inside the hotel. The heated water slide/Miniature golf/Basketball hoop made the hotel worth staying at and going back to!!!!. Having a kitchen in the room was also pleasing along with the size and layout of the room however the beds were very uncomfortable. Hotel staff was not business like at all. Staff was dressed in shorts and tshirts. Spike TV is not appropriate for viewing in the hotel lobby. The breakfast was not at all as featured. The colored plackards through out the hotel pictured scrambled eggs, fruit and said something about being the best breakfast. This is actually our second stay there. When we stayed there two years ago and we knew that we would stay there again the next time we went to Hershey Park. The room is a nice size, it's bigger than your average hotel room. It has a little kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and cooktop which is handy to have if you need it. I like the fact that […] in their dining area you have access to free drinks such as milk, chocolate milk, coffee and juices up until the evening. The breakfast was good; not great but good. It's about a 12-minute drive to Hershey so it's very convenient. There are also two restaurants right next to the hotel, we've eaten at Fabio's twice and it's very good. The hotel was gracious enough to let us check in early. On first inspection, the hotel looked nice and clean. The room was a bit small but offered everything we needed. In a few minutes the reality became clear though. The ac didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable. The tub was dirty and stained. Managements attitude was like"it is what it is".

We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed.Great room for a large family or a close group that wants to room together. Plenty of room to move around. Nice continental breakfast with plenty of tables. Can walk across the street to a restaurant.

I thought we were getting a suite but only 2 beds. kids had to sleep on the floor because thay couldn't bring in rollaways. Got in late & left early so didn't even see the pool.

Excellent facility, great breakfast, 5 miles to Hershey without the Hershey pricing. Staff handled my Expedia double booking problem, on their end, quickly and effectively.

Overall the hotel was fine and was close to Hershey Park, Casino, other activities. However their were a few things that i did not care for. 1) i requested a room for 6 adults. The room they said for six adults would have been better suited for 2 or 3. 2) They only served the mediocre breakfast from 7-9 even on Sat. and Sun. when they were full. This […] created a real fiasco. 3) they did not clean the room during our entire stay or make the beds. The only thing they did was replace towels, and they did not even do that right. Nice, helpful staff. Problem with light in Kitchenette and outlet in bathroom. Also smoky smell from room above and too much chlorine in the pool. I felt that the room was awesome. I had a large refrigerator, a cook top, a microwave and a dishwasher. We only stayed one night, but I feel this was a great place to spend a few nights and relax while traveling. Staff was OK, pool was OK. Kids loved the arcade/golf/basketball area. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
