Very good considering the low price. It is very small with a shared bathroom, but the rooms are spacious and charmingly decorated, you feel like you have your own place in Rome, in a good location.The staff member I met, Wison, was very friendly and helpful. Little hard to find as entrance just looks like a private residence

The only big unsatisfying about this hotel is that there was an additional charge at the end (40 euros) that I was not told it would be part of the charge.

This is not a bed and breakfast. The beds are so uncomfortable they move away from the wall. The linen, towels and sheets are really old they look like cleaning rags, there is no breakfast in this place. The only positive is that it is close to the metro and is a walk away to the Vatican.

Perfect location...Less than 5 minutes to the Vatican Museums... But, What a shame, the place could be a gold mine!!! If Raul,(if he is the owner??) would take the time to paint the nasty scuffed up walls, pay a maid to wash the floors, our feet were filthy from walking on their floors..they stuck to the floor .I did feel safe, even though, i could […] not lock my bedroom from any stranger also staying in the same place from my room. but i expected it to also be clean....Very important!!! And if i come to Rome again, I will not stay here, because of the rooms not being clean, also did not feel the bed sheets had been changed between visitors.. what a shame, because it truly is a great location.... This was an excellent location across the street from the Vatican Museum. The room was large with very old furniture and very dirty sofa. This could be a nice place if it was just cleaned. After you […] go up the stairs there is a lift that takes you to the 3rd floor where the Bed and Breakfast is. There is no breakfast just a couple of old electric pots where you can boil water and some coffee and sugar, (no milk or cream for the coffee) and some cookies. Номер в ужасном состоянии. Рваная оббивка мебели и торчащий поролон. Туалет с раковиной один на три номера - очередь на пол часа. Фена нет. Полотенца какие то серые. ванна с отбитой эмалью. Никому не советую. Хотя конечно - самый дешевый. И Ватикан в двух шагах.

This is an appartement where they rent out the rooms. The rooms have a typical Italian standard for an old building. If you want to experience the typical Italian life, this is a good place to get an idea. The location is right by the Vatican city and from there it is very easy to access the rest of Rome. For the price the location is very good. There […] are no bedrooms with a seperate bathroom, so it has to be shared with the other visitors. This creates a bit of noice, since the appartement is not sound proof. The windows shuts the noise from the streets and loud Italians out, but when someone opens and shuts the doors or talk with a loud voice (the typical way for an Italian to talk) it creates a bit of noise. We did not, however experience any noise during the night. If you are an early bird and plan to get up early to experience Rome, there is no problem staying here. For a cheap buck it is an ok place to sleep in, as long as you don't plan to be relaxing in the room, but get out and see Rome. Läs mer
