Perfekt för familjen eller ett stort kompisgäng (som vi var) Vi hyrde lägenheten, 2 rum, fullt kök med alla tillbehör, stort vardagsrum och en fin toalett. Helt nyrenoverad och jätte bra läge. ca 10min till Termini (den stora tåg / bussterminalen) och ca 15 min till spanska trappan. Står att det är för 6 personer men det går lätt att sova 7. Priset […] är fantastiskt i mot vad du får. Även fast det är en lägenhet vi hyrt fick vi även frukost varje dag. In the center of everything! If you're going to spend a weekend in Roma this is the place. In between Piazza di Spagna, Colloseo, Piazza Venezia.... just perfect. We rented the apartment (4 pax) at the corner via quattro fontana/Via Nationale (5th floor). Just renovated, clean and nice with a small balcony directed towards via nationale. Note that this […] is an apartment and no breakfast is included even if it is stated at the booking reference from hotels.com. Very convenient location near the train station and a 10 minute walk to most of the attractions. Friendly treatment from management. In the apartment you are on your own and no internet is available, however internet can be obtained at a local business. 3 minute walk to a grocery store for that bottle(s) of Chianti and breakfast fixings. We stayed in the bed & breakfast part the first night and then transferred to a small apartment for the next nights. The 1st night was fine -- the bathroom was down the hall, but only for our use. This apartment (booked for 2 adults and 2 children) was well-priced for the dates that we booked (first of September). It is also in an ideal location, only a 10 minute walk to the main train station and most of the major sights. From previous posts we knew that we would need to pay with cash, up-front (we did not know that we would be hit with an […] additional Rome hotel tax of 2 euros/person/night, for a total of 16 additional euros). We also knew that the apartment was hard to locate, but we had used google maps to provide directions from the train station. The taxi driver had no problem finding the place, once we showed him how Via Modena was spelled and he taught me the correct pronunciation. The owner was out of town, so we were checked-in by an assistant. It takes many keys to stay in this apartment. There is a key to open the front door, another key for the elevator (we only used this for luggage), another key for the apartment door, and keys for each bedroom. There are three "bedrooms" (1, 2, 3) associated with the apartment. Bedroom 1 does not have a bathroom, so it can only be used in conjunction with bedrooms 2 or 3. One problem that we discovered was a lack of hot water, but we did not want to call the owner late at night. Instead, we waited until the morning and she guided us through the problem by phone -- basically, the hot water unit (an instant-on Rinnai system) is in the bathroom associated with bedroom 3, and there is a switch outside the bathroom that must be turned on to provide power to the unit. If another party was staying in bedroom 3, we might not have had access to turn on the switch. Our kids loved staying in bedroom 2, which has a bathroom, couch and TV downstairs, and a spiral staircase up to the loft where the two double beds (next to each other to form a regular size bed) are located. At the beginning it was a challenge to locate this bed and breakfast. Once we found it we couldn't be happier. The lady was extremely friendly and gave us maps and hints of places of where to visit. Don't be turned off by the elevator or the location of the place and keep in mind that is a bed and breakfast. The nice little breakfast nook was a unexpected […] surprise. The little fridge too. ALL bathrooms in Europe are small, so don't expect a 'US' type of bathroom. The location is prime! 5 minutes walk of the Fontana di Trevi and 2 blocks from the Piazza de la Republica. this hotelqaprtment is the best we can find in rome! its located in a great place, it has everything you need. we stayed at the apartment on the 5th floor, with a view to the natizonale st and all rome... its a very safe place, we didnt have to worry about anything... its the best place in rome!!!!!!

An excellent location, this apartment / B&B is run by a family who rent rooms out at a couple of places around the city. Ensure you get email confirmation of your booking as they were taken by surprise when we turned up, and then had to manage a double - booking, which involved us moving to a different room. Finding the location is a bit of a trick, […] it is in an apartment block so again, get a phone number / confirm direct by email and don't rely on the automatic confirmation email. Trés bel appartement, trés confortable et trés bien situé. Acceuil chaleureux, madame parle plusieurs langues dont le français. Les conseils qui sont donnés pour les visites et les restaurants sont à suivre. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Meget venlig og imødekommende værtinde. Pænt værelse og badeværelse. Meget roligt kvarter. Meget lille spise-plads. Morgenmadsordningen er fin. Køleskab på værelset giver mulighed for at opbevare f.eks. ost til morgenmaden (skal købes i nærliggende supermarked). Kan bestemt anbefales til prisen.

Dette er ikke ett hotell, men rom til utleie i en gård med boligenheter og kontorer. Feil at det er restaurant i bygget. Aircondition virket ikke i det ene rommet, og hvis det skal være seks personer er det nødvendig med alle tre rommene. Ligger sentralt til i rolig blindgate.

Petit séjour au Roma Centrarte, qui n'est pas un hotel mais un petit appartement, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Cuisine équipée, machine à laver, chambre avec lit double, couchage supplémentaire disponible. Extrêmement bien situé, plein centre de Rome, supermarché à 2mn, métro, office de tourisme à 5mn, restaurants partout! Hotels.com avait par contre […] indiqué que les petits déjeuners étaient inclus ce qui n'était pas le cas puisque nous avions la cuisine équipée. Seul petit bémol, le sol n'était pas très propre, nous avons du repasser la serpillère une fois installés car nous avions nos enfants et leurs pieds étaient noirs! Läs mer
