Fint hotell nära flygplatsen - ca 20 minuters taxi. Bra rum god mat ok pool.

Om du ska åka tidigt eller åka sent på kvällen med flyg är detta ett bra hotell, annars sådär

We booked this hotel for two nights through different bookin agents. The hotel didn't provide us the free internet connection the first night which we should have according to the booking confirmation. One of the staff promised and the general manager approved that we can have free internet the second night. However after we came back the hotel from […] a trip, the staff on duty was reluctant to give us the free internet and the staff who promised us denied what he promised. The duty manager was not able to manage the situation, unable to handle the client's issue. He just talked to his staff and never tried to calm down the guests, not even communicate with us. Good hotel for overnight stay as very convenient for airport. Too many staff with not enough to do though, which meant at dinner you felt 'over served'. Breakfast was good but not explained so that we ended up choosing from both continental and American buffet and charged for the buffet even when just one item was taken from it. I booked this hotel because I had a midnight flight into Colombo and didn't know the surrounding area. The hotel is located on the main road from the airport away from everything. Better to go a few km further to Negombo town where there is more choice at a fraction of the price. Beware if you want internet. I chose the Ramada for Wifi access to complete […] some work, but the surcharge is over $20/day!!! Ridiculous. Ended up finding several places in Negombo with free Internet and about 1/5th the price. Way Overrated for a 4 star.

There was know hot water in my room

Our flight was delayed and we only touched down at 4.30am. It Took us 15mins by taxi to get to the hotel. Exhausted and tired, we realised two hotel staff were sleeping in our rooms. The hotel manager at the reception even had audacity to tell us they were only making up the rooms!! Definitely not recommended if u have a choice.

the room was very large. complementary coffee with hot water kettle supplied, to heat the water i had to unplug the mini bar fridge. The balcony door was not closing properly. The carpet in the bed room was full of staines,the bathroom was very dirty not cleaned properly, one of the bed side light was frying so had turn off light. Good clean hotel, Close to the airport and half way between Colombo and negombo. Definitely not a budget hotel but u get a lot for your money! I can recomend there curry and rice as long as u like spicyness it's amazing!

We had a really bad stay in this hotel. We just stayed for few hours and then decided to change the hotel. Services, room, washroom were not upto the mark at all.

this is an old hotel remodeled by Ramada. Still needs lot of work though rooms are US Ramada Standard with good beds and bathrooms. Service is okay, when I checked in with my family they were repairing the hallways and room did nto have power...bad for business.

Bra hotell med god service og god mat.Møblene var noe slitt og kunne godt vært rengjort eller noen byttet ut. De var ikke så godt kjent med hvordan Hotels.com fungerte med betalingen.Stille sted selv om det lå til hovedveien.

gut geeignet wenn man am nächsten Tag einen frühen Abflugtermin hat. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Buffett und angemessene Essens- und Getränkepreise

spartansk morgenmad man skulle bede om alt idet det faktisk manglede men når vi bad om det så fik vi det. jeg tænker på limen til papayen salt og pever til maden. frisk risted toast. røgelse til at holde moskitos væk

酒店里机场不远，方便半夜到达的人就近入住。但酒店的设施一般，感觉达不到4星级的标准，比我住过的其他华美达集团下的酒店要差很多。酒店的服务还不错，卫生条件还好，但酒店面积不大，就在路边，方便在路边搭去科伦坡的大巴。总的来讲性价比一般，适合短暂停留。

Für eine Nacht mit Augen zu ganz ok, aber: Die Zimmer sind nur oberflächlich sauber, nicht in die Ecken gucken. Die Klima ist ein Witz. Trotz Einstellung auf 17°C haben wir immer noch 25°C im Zimmer. Der Swimmingpool war eine grüne Kloake. Widerlich. Das Essen war ganz ok und auch die Kellner und Köche sehr aufmerksam. Auch die Pinacolada Bar war ganz […] in Ordnung. Der Weckdienst hat nicht funktioniert. Gut das ich den Wecker im Handy gehabt habe, sonst hätten wir unseren Flieger mit Sicherheit verpasst. der Nachtportier hat ganz erschrocken geguckt als wir auf einmal vor seinem Tresen standen und nach dem Shuttel Service verlangten.
