Välskött hotell som ligger granne med Mall of Emirates och som dessutom har nära till Metro som tar dig vart du vill i Dubai på kort tid.

Hotellet höll mycket hög klass mer en 3 stjärnor allt från personal till service. Dessutom var läget inte sämre ca: 5 min till Mall Of The Emirates...

Mycket bra läge nära Mall of the Emirates och metron. En bit in i kvarteret så att man slipper värsta trafiken från motorvägen. Gratis buss till stranden. Rena fräscha rum dock ganska hård säng. Vi bodde två vuxna + två barn och det funkade bra. Hjälpsam personal och bra med gratis gästdatorer och wifi.

Ett riktigt bra hotell. Vi var supernöjda. Har bott på andra hotell i Dubai men för detta låga pris var det här hotellet helt klart bäst! 3 minuters promenad till Mall of the Emirates. 10 taxitur till JBR(stranden). Vi hade med oss en liten 1,5 årig tjej och det fungerade toppen med! Bra mat på hotellets resturang.

Kom med inga förväntningar dock. Sjukt trevlig personal om man spexar lite. Hade på oss saudi arabiska nationaldräkter. Var mycket uppskattat av personal. La ske i te av saudierna. För övrigt perfekt hotell. Kör hårt.

Hotellet har ett bra läge, ligger mitt över gatan från Mall of the Emirates (gångavstånd 3 minuter). Hotellet har en gratisbuss till stranden, vilket fungerade mycket bra. Tyvärr var vårt rum inte städat en dag och det tog flera timmar innan de fixade i ordning det med nya handdukar etc. Trots detta ringde vi och bad om det flera gånger. Över lag så är det här hotellet helt klart mer än 3.5 stjärnor. Hög standrad på personal, mat, städning och alltid fritt internet nere i lobbyn. Ända minus är att poolen var avstängd under vår vistelse och ingen info om det stod när vi bokade. Mall of Emirates ligger ca 5 min promenad ifrån hotellet, förövrigt så är taxi jätte billigt så det är lätt […] att ta sig överallt. Läs mer

Nice hotel - well located in the middle of Dubai - I recommend it.

good overall but the rooms are samll for being suits it's more like a hotel rooms. also breakfast was not included in the rate

This hotle has good location but the the bed was small..

I booked this hotel thinking I would have a bit more space for my 5 days stay in Dubai. "Suite Novotel" makes it sound like it is a Novotel but bigger - well its not. Its just a normal hotel room. It might be two feet bigger - less than a meter - but to all extents and purposes, its a normal hotel room. The 'suite' thing they refer to is a sofa/bed […] behind a curtain which you could pull partially across the room at the foot of the bed. I do not think this is useful or practical and certainly does not constitute a 'suite'. The room layout is odd with a separate loo by the door which is so small that the door almost touches the loo as you close it. The bathroom doesn't have a loo but has a good sized shower and bath but very little storage space around the sink. The room was clean but the bathroom was quite grungy with discolored grout and black marks all over the tiles. I had a black hair in the sink one day too which wasn't lovely. Room service came in plastic boxes which was a pretty horrible way to present food - plastic knife and fork too!! The food was actually fine, but the presentation awful. Nice roof top pool and gym, underground parking which was free, no WIFI in the room which is annoying and pretty much unacceptable in this day and age. Cable internet was available in-room but expensive and inconvenient if you have an iPad or any other non cable device ($30 for 24 hours). Great location - walking distance to MoE and close to metro. If you expect a normal hotel room you might not be so disappointed - it is a Novotel - NOT a 'suite'. Läs mer

It was difficult finding a reasonably priced one bed room suite for 3 adults and 2 kids in Dubai. Novotel fit the bill perfectly. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel room in great condition. Very convenient location across the street from Emirates Mall. Staff was able to locate the kid stroller we forgot in the trunk of a taxi. Very nice experience, highly recommended.

The hotel is relatively new thus, all furnitures and fixtures are working perfectly. Only drawback is their toilet which is separate from the shower area. And when I say separate, I mean it's in a different section of the room. We booked three of their larger suites for 10 days and it was really good value. The rooms are large and clean with a large living room and there are three (!) bathrooms. The only thing we missed for such a large room was a bigger fridge (only the tiny minibar). If you need a taxi, book one yourself from your hotelphone since the reception does not […] book the metered taxi but has their own more expensive driving service. The pool is ok but there is a shuttle service to the Jumeirah beach park that is a nice beach. The hotel is close to the mall and the metro (5 min walk) and there are really cheap eating possibilities just outside the hotel entrance if your looking for a cheap arabian eat. Läs mer

I travelled here is December with my husband and two children, one aged 3 months the other 3 years. We had a master suite which was a great size for a family. Staff were all really pleasant. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but it looked nice. Cafe/Restaurant opposite hotel wasn't good. There is plenty of food places in the Mall of Emirates which […] is only 5 minutes walk away. The hotel was great. The location was perfect. There is a supermarket, many good restaurants, a clinic, and a pharmacy just across the street. Mall of emarates is a five minute walk away. Good clean, simple hotel, roof top pool area small and can get crowded.

we stayed in this hotel as we had a quick stop over in dubai for 2 days. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a late flight and were able to leave our luggage in a secure area. Very nice, large rooms, which easily allowed for the 4 of us to stay and sleep in. Beds were already made up when we arrived and overall the hotel just fitted our short shopping trip to Dubai perfectly.

Hotel rates are very reasonable for it's location near the Mall of Emirates and subway. However, the service could be imporved especially if the hotel is not full on the weekend, they should allow guests to check-in early especially after a red-eye flight.

There are no amenities in the room + Iron, we ordered iron and they supplies it for us after 2 days !!! one day the housekeeping took the towels for cleaning and they leave us without any !! Overall the hotel was not bad especially its price :)

Good hotel with decent offerings. Nice, helpful staff. Average selection for food on-site. WiFi is nice. Fairly close to the rail transport that travels near other areas. Bottom line: expect to eventually pay for cab to get right to most things worthwhile (which there aren't many of in Dubai).

I loved this hotel! Next door to the mall, at the far side so less than 5 minutes to the mall for shopping, food, etc. The hotel itself was extremely new, clean, and well done. Loved the room! Be mindful of the metro hours of operation as they are limited and depending on your flight schedule you may need a taxi. We have stayed in this hotel 3 times now as we found it extremely convenient for the Mall of the Emirates and it's general location in Dubai. Before we stayed the first time we were concerned about the noise level with it's proximity to Sheik Zayed Road but the sound proofing is excellent. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The toilet is […] separate to the bathroom which can be quite handy! The only real negative point would concern the shower cubicle as it tended to flood the bathroom floor each time it was used unless you're very careful. Also the roof top pool area is lovely but rather petite so the sunbeda are at a premium - get there early to secure one! That said, the hotel staff are very helpful and the secure underground car park was handy. I would highly recommend thihs hotel to anyone visiting Dubai for a few days either on business or sightseeing but perhaps not for those wishing to lie in the sun all day! Läs mer

Very nice family room with no less than 3 toilets/bathrooms. The room was shaped as a curve, very nice and untraditional. Great location for shopping in Mall of Emirates, which is within 5 minutes of walking distance. You have to cross some major roads though.

A good hotel offering superb value for money and definitley at the top end of the 3 star scale. Great value for money and the link with IBIS next door gives you a good bar and a nice restaurant. The room size was very and the staff were very courteous. I Will certainly stay there again.

Great service. Great Location. Lots of choices for food within and outside the hotel. Walking distance to the Mall. Had a problem with sofa. Would not want to depend on it for more than a day.

I am travelling a lot, this was one of the best hotels, room space is great specially for business men who would like to have small meeting (3 persons) the room design is excellent, the most great thing to me that there are two path rooms, if you have a guest he/she can use the outside one and will not interfere your privacy by using the internal one. coming […] back to Dubai again, sure this will be my first priority. the only disadvantage is that the staff still new and not up to the expectation and if they continue to be like this maybe this will stop me from coming to the hotel, the only excuse they may have is that the hotel was too crowded, but the management should increase the employees specially at the front disk. I guess I should not expect too much for a 3 stars hotel. However my 2 night at the Suite Novotel Mall Of The Emirates I did not get a smile from the counter staff from the day I checked in till the day I checked out. The staff would continue to do their thing at the counter even you are already in front the counter, you would need to make some noise […] before they would look up at you. What was worse about it is that the staff would response by saying "Yes?" instead of "Can I help you" or at least say “hi”. This happened to me and my party 3x when we approached the front desk staff, the only friendly staff there was a tall, slim Chinese looking porter. Now about the room, it was clean and trendy looking but very small there is not much room if you have big luggage. Lastly for me I think having the shower and the toilet separately and at different part of the room was not very convenience. The best thing about the hotel is it location, it is a stone throw away from Emirates Mall and the Metro. Läs mer

Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates. It is possible even use metro when you first find the way. That is not so easy in Dubai, because the city is designed only for cars. If you are tired to glitter and blig bling it is nice to stay in an european style room. They gould vacuum more thoroughly allhough. We stayed 9 nights and a couple […] of stones stayed on the floor nearly all the time. Otherwise everything was clean. Hotel is located close to majo shopping mall and public transport. Room very modern, clean and comfortable, rooms are spacious.

My wife is disabled. No special arrangements were requested prior to arrival. The hotel reception immediately recognised the needs of my wife and offered special facilities. All the staff, from reception to cleaning staff, the swimming pool attendants and all staff casually encountered were always and without exception very helpful and friendly. It is 5 minutes walk to Mall of the Emirates with all that it has to offer and is 10 minutes walk to the Metro station that is very convenient to go to other areas of interest like the Dubai tower or the Emirates mall. Foi minha primeira vez em Dubai e tive uma boa experiência no suite novotel. Os funcionários todos muito prestativos, um hotel com uma decoração moderna. Éramos 3 pessoas e nossa suite era bem espaçosa, tinha um lavabo e dois banheiros, todos bem limpos. A cama realmente nao é das melhores, porém nada comprometedor. Todos reclamam do café da manha nos […] comnetarios em que li, eu tive oportunidade de tomar o café da manha e achei bom, claro que um café da manha em um hotel vai ser mais caro que em uma padaria isso é obvio, porém nada absurdo cerca de 25 reais.
