Hotell i svårslaget läge! Rent på rummet och snygg amerikansk stil på rumsinredningen. Fungerar mycker bra med WC och dusch i korridorer, det är aldrig kö och de städas i princip hela tiden. Mycket prisvärt hotell. Det enda minuset är möjligen att sängarna är något hårda.

Vi var supernöjda med service, rum och läge. Hade 9 nätter på 31:a våningen och kunde inte ha bott bättre

"Små rum för 4 pers men bra hotell f ö"
Helt ok hotell till typiskt höga Manhattanpriser. Vi bokade in oss för rum till 4 pers, fick ett vanligt rum med twin beds som med nöd och näppe hade plats till 2 pers. AC:n lät mkt så den fick stå avstängd i den heta augustinatten. F ö hade hotellet jättetrevlig personal, läget var bara några kvarter från Empire State Building, Times Square och Madison […] Square Garden norr om hotellet och början på Chelsea, Soho etc söder om hotellet. "Hotell Indigo när till tunnelbana och pennstation"
Vi var två vuxna personer och en 15 årig flicka.Rummen små med två bekväma dubbelsängar och trådlöst internet ingår. Städningen mycket bra, rena handdukar varje dag badrock och tofflor på rummet. Den kontinentala frukosten hade kunnat bestå av lite mer . Den bestod av yoghurt,flingor, bagel, creamcheese, marmelad, en frukt samt kaffe eller te. Jag saknade […] stor frukostbuffé. Men jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell nära till flera olika metrolinjer. "Hotel Indiga New York"
Prisvärt hotell i centralt läge på manhattan. Lugn omgivning och inte så mycket trafik. Mycket trevlig personal och en sky bar som är helt fantastisk! Hoppa dock över frukost på hotellet - köp den i en starbucks eller liknande - mindre än halva priset och mer än dubbelt så gott!Verifierad gästrecension

"No complaints whatsoever!"
Everything was perfect. We liked the area, walking distance to so many areas, the village, gramercy park, lots of good restaurants in the area... we ate at a great Thai restaurant just down 7th ave. But, the crazy fusion restaurant in the hotel is excellent! We had lunch there and were pleasantly surprised that the prices were not astronomical and the […] food was good. Very good noise blocking windows - could not hear a thing outside. Room was clean, bed was nice, probably the best place we have stayed in NYC and a great price on top of that. Highly recommend. "Right in the flower district"
Good location, Has a subway line just steps from the hotel door. It's right in the flower district, so it's nice to walk among flowers when getting back to the hotel. Close to madison square garden. Not the prettiest street in Manhattan, but not the worse either. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and spacious for a NYC hotel. Looks like it's brand […] new or just remodelled. "Slept like a rock!"
The hotel was right smack in the middle of the flower district which was great! In the morning you get to see all the flowers out on the streets and it's bustling with business. The location of the hotel was great for getting around to surrounding neighborhood, Madison Square park and the Flatiron district were a short walk away. The rooms were nice, […] modern, not huge, but we didn't need it to be. The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the best. The room was very quiet we didn't really hear any street noise, as we were in a room that didn't face the street. We didn't get to experience the rooftop bar because it was closed. "Perfect Location"

"Nice Hotel Poor Service"
The hotel was fine, the staff was completely indifferent to how the stay was. I am not sure if this is because it was booked through Hotels.com or if they are just lazy and ill mannered. There was no information book in my room. You had to go to the basement to get Ice. My TV did not work. I had to call three times to have someone come up and program […] it to turn on.. sorry for the inconvience, just a look of annoyance. I left something in my car that was valeted... they sent me off to Central Parking "across the Street"... There were three Central Parking Lots "across the street. Very nice hotel in the flower district of chelsea/midtown. I had no complaints after a 5 day stay. Only a half block to the subway. Not really any decent restaurants in it's 2 or 3 block radius, but a short train ride, cab ride, or walk will take care of that. I would stay here again.Verifierad gästrecension
"A rose in the flower district"
This boutique hotel is an easy walk (even with rolling luggage) from Penn Station. It has a modern uncluttered look with attention to comfort and security. The linens were among the most luxurious I've encountered in hotels and the place was spotless. "Don't take the breakfast option!"
Booked this hotel last minute to celebrate a new job! Unfortunately the room we were given was very underwhelming, the shower leaked all over the bathroom and the furniture felt a little cheap and wasn't wearing well. The bed however was very comfortable and the location was quite good. The rate I paid included breackfast which is basically a poor continental […] offering from the strange asian/mexican fusion retaurant in the hotel. This completely ruined our stay. The service was appaling, they didn't even have any orange juice or muffins for the eggs benedict on a Sunday Morning. As soon as you opt to pay for extra things on the menu the costs rapidly escalate. We complained to both the waitress and front desk staff but neither seemed to care. Wouldn't go back. "Overrated"
Calling this a four-star hotel is absurd. It was nothing but disappointing from the moment I arrived, when I waited so long for a valet to appear that I finally had to call the hotel to ask someone to come outside. Even then, he stood by while I lugged all of my bags out of the car into the lobby, with no offer to help from him or anyone else, even […] though there was a luggage cart within sight. (Same problem during check-out, with three employees watching me stumble through the lobby with three bags and hanging clothes.) The rooms are fine, nothing special. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean. The restaurant looks like it has seen better days: cracked paint everywhere, filthy carpets, disinterested staff. Don't bother. Overall I am very disappointed that I paid a four-star hotel rate for this wannabe boutique hotel. I travel to NYC often and would rank this among my least favorite stays ever. I will not go back. "Convenient Hotel"
This was a fun hotel to stay in. The rooms are a decent size for New York, and the staff was very knowledgable and helpful. The hotel's location could not have been better. The empire state building is behind you, and there is a subway station really close to take you anywhere in the city. It was a nice walk or a quick metro-ride to wherever you want […] to go. "Nice change from Times Square"
I usually like staying off Times Square so I can walk out and know I'm in NYC but this time I chose Chelsea so it would force me to explore that area more. "Rude"
