Our stay in this hotel was a good experience. Their service was very good. However we found the rooms to be a bit smaller as compared to other hotels in Goa of similar rating. Very disappointed with the hotel and it's staff. They are not understanding, and they seem to care solely about charging the customer and making money off the customer despite special circumstances. In my years of travel, I have never stayed at such a terrible hotel, and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We stayed 8 nights and were very happy with the hotel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and the pool was nice at night. Only complaint would be the breakfast. Same thing every morning and not a very good selection. The 24 hr room service is great for a late night snack though.

1. Food is good especially italian. Typical cost for dinner of two @ Rs 650 2. Getting there by pre-paid taxi @ Rs 950 NON-A/c and 1100 A/c 3. Near to Baga and calangute beaches 4. If you want to be close to Baga Beach, it cant get better than this hotel. It's a 5 min walking distance from all the action on Baga. The hotel itself is average. The hotel itself, lobby, restaurant, rooms and pool area are quite clean. It's decently maintained. The food quality of the restaurant is below average though.

After a lot of research we booked this hotel for a family trip to Goa. Location of this hotel is wonderful. Its close to the Baga beach and also Calangute. These are the two most vibrant beaches in Goa. The restaurant staff are very nice and friendly. The pool is great and so is the bar at the poolside. The breakfast spread was great too (particularly […] the pancakes)!! But the Reception guys need to pull up their socks... they need to at least keep a Goa map handy for the tourists. And need to be able to provide more information to the visitors. Cars/Bikes can be hired from right across the hotel, which is another advantage. The Spa is a good one too !! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpfull. The restaurant served outstanding Indian dishes. Hotel is placed some 10-15 min from the beach and only five minutes away from the street with all the bars and clubs. A wonderful hotel. As we were there through the monsoon season we couldn't enjoy Goa to its fullest, so made good use of the hotel and its facilities. i was travelling and thought i would treat myself and came across this hotel, i don't usually write reviews, but as this hotel was so good i felt i had to. the staff are amazing and will always go that extra mile. the food was the best i have had in India.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of the season. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived and were greeted with a warm friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and a good size with a great view of the pool. The pool was lovely and the pool bar is […] fantastic. The drinks are very reasonably priced as is the food in the restaurant. We would certainly stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in North Goa. This hotel is brilliant. It is so much better than 90% of the hotels in Goa and fairly reasonably priced. The rooms are great - exactly how shown in the pics and there are no surprises. The pool is great and rooms all come with Air Con which is needed because of the heat and humidity. All rooms also come with sky, so 100+ worldwide channels! Location […] is fantastic in the heart of Baga and very close to Calangute (3min by taxi). Baga beach is 5min walk and the walk takes you past the vibrant and lively Titos lane nightspot area. Baga in my opinion is better than Calangute - the beaches are cleaner and although very lively, there are fewer ppl than in calangute. Only negative for the hotel is the breakfast which is slightly limited in my opinion. But fresh omlettes were available! Overall great trip! Läs mer

An oasis. A swimming pool with a swim up bar? The perfect fallback after a hard day out exploring Goa. Baga is the place to be in Goa, so close to Tito's and Tito's lane and to get back to Baga Marina is just the best. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. WeI like this hotel and its location very much. Everything is close by in walking distance. The hotel room is very neat and clean and the service is very good. the ONLY problem we have in this hotel is the lack of BBC and CNN channels on their TV. They only have Indian channels. Although most of the guests are non-indians still they don't have any international […] news channels. I suggest they should add this as soon as possible. We stayed at the Baga Marina Hotel for 2 nights at the end of March2011 and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We had booked two rooms and they were both extremely clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and fittings were excellent and very modern. The breakfast was nice but could be improved upon with some additional […] items like meats. At the time of checkout our children left some money behind in the hotel safe. As we were settling our bill a call came from the housekeeping staff about the mony and they promptly sent it to us in the main office. Such honesty and dedication are highly commendable. The hotel itself is nothing to write home about. It is clean, the rooms are big enough, the service is average but the room we stayed in had no windows (which I think is a big deal for a beach/resort hotel) also, the room smelt of mold which I am allergic to. Also, the staff did not speak adequate English which can be frustrating at times especially […] when you're trying to explain the problems with your room. Aside from the minor issues of mold and English the staff was very helpful and eager to please, upon learning of the problems with our room we were upgraded to an exquisite suite and the front desk manager was super helpful. He even gave us information on nearby sites and any other questions we may have had. Also, Baga Marina is conveniently located. It is within walking distance of several clubs, bars and restaurants as well as stalls where one can pick up several touristy gifts (and haggle!) I would recommend this hotel to people but if you're looking for a hotel that can "blow your mind" this is not the place. It is nice and clean and the pool is a welcome addition but it's not a 5 star amazing resort. Also, the breakfast (done in American/Western style) misses the mark. So, if you just want a clean place to crash near to clubs and nightlife definitely book Baga. If not, keep on searching! Läs mer

On arrival we were told that there was not avalibility for the room that i have perchased online, after a few words i was upgraded, although this was nice i was left in a foul mood and my initial experiance of the hotel was a bad one. For the rest of my stay at the hotel i was made to feel very welcome and comfortable to i was left thinking if i would […] have got the same treatment if i did not complain about the service at check in. During our stay here, me and my partner had our only case of stomach problems. We can not pin point where we could probalby eaten that caused this problem, but it could be one of 3 things : The food at Jaipur Airport, food at the Baga Marina Cafe or the numerous cocktails we had at the Baga Marina Bar. So we spent the whole night and day in the toilet […] , watching tv and sleep and sleep. But it was over by the next day and we moved on to South Goa. Room was OK. Sheets could be changed to those that are the right size as ours keep moving away from the bed. Bathroom was adequate, however the toilet is very very high off the ground. I have to jump and sit with my feet dangling ( I am only 5 foot though ) so might not be so children friendly. Swimming pool is adequate but I liked it and the pool bar is excellent. All the bar man at the pool bar are extremely friendly and great, they are my favorite barman during my trip to India. We had a trouble getting a taxi to South Goa because of the Ganesh Festival but the hotel management did their best and persuaded one of the taxi drivers to take us anyway.. so thumbs up for that. All in all, a great experience...plus the location is great for nights out, literally a 7 minute walk to the bars. Läs mer
