Hotell Hôtel Ares Eiffel - Paris

Ares Eiffel är ett väldigt trevligt hotell bara 5min gång från Eiffeltornet (parken), vi köpte med oss frukost från närliggande Starbucks och åt i parken på morgonen! Ligger också väldigt bra till med flera caféer, bistros och restauranger runt om utan att ligga i turism-smeten. Metrostationen ligger 2min från hotellet och har tre linjer som stannar […] där vilket gör det lätt att ta sig runt till de olika statsdelarna. Rummet var ganska litet (standard i Paris) men kändes inte litet tack vare god belysning och planering av rummet. Badrummet var relativt stort om man jämför med rummets storlek, inklusive en stor dusch och badrumsprodukter från Hermes. Vårt rum var väldigt snyggt inrett och kändes modernt. Mycket trevligt litet hotel! Rummen kunde kanske varit aningen större men det är det enda jag har att anklaga på. Gratis wifi, safety box och en billig(!) mini bar. Personalen var verkligt service minded. Inga problem att behålla rummet till kl 14 trots att tiden för utcheckning var 12. Jag är mycket nöjd.

Mkt vänlig o bra service från receptionist. Engelska helt ok. Bra buffé-frukost. Rent o snyggt hotell med många bra design-detaljer. Rummet var dock lite trångt annars allt mkt bra. Återvänder gärna!

Generellt sett ett bra hotell. Det rum som jag fick var mycket litet. Storleken på rummet var acceptabel för en person. Rummet var dock avsett för två personer och som ett dubbelrum skulle jag inte ha accepterat det. Frukosten var alldeles för dyr med hänsyn till det relativt begränsade innehållet.

Bodde på hotellet en natt för att fria till mn sambo på ett fint men inte alltför dyrt hotell. Hotellet var väldigt fint med lyxig inredning och allt var nytt. Jag hade fått intrycket av bilderna på hemsidan att korridorer, reception och andra utrymmen var större än vad de är och därför kändes det lite trångt när man tog sig till rummet första gången. Själva […] rummen var dock precis lagom stora, tog dock Superior rum som kostade lite extra men det tror jag det var värt. Jättefint badrum med badkar och väldigt skön säng. En liten extragrej som var rolig var att minibaren hade en fast kostnad per dag, som inte var stor. Den innehöll dock inga spritdrycker och det fanns heller ingen bar på hotellet. Vill man ha ett romantiskt, mysigt rum med alla tänkbara bekvämligeter men inte bryr sig om sprit i minibaren eller överdrivna utrymmen utanför rummet så rekommenderar jag varmt detta hotell. The location of this boutique hotel was perfect....about a block from the Eiffel Tower. Also, if you'll be using the double-decker Rouge Bus to get around Paris as we did, the bus pick up is right in front of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is just beautiful and pristine. Two lovely ladies greeted us as we walked in with a chipper "Bon Jour". We communicated […] in English with them (thank goodness as we speak no French). Our room on the 7th floor was impeccable and charming and overlooked an appealing courtyard. The bedroom was stunning and so beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very upscale and wonderful! We looked forward to heading back to the room after our long sight seeing days. I should also point our that less than half a block away is a group of streets with the most wonderful cafes...one after the other. Bakery shops are also there with delectable pastries and coffee. For the American in you, there is a McDonald's on the same street. I can not say enough about this hotel. We loved it and should we visit Paris, there is no where else that we would stay! Läs mer

My husband and I went to Hotel Ares for a romantic getaway. We loved every bit of this beautiful and clean boutique hotel which was in a great location and a 2 minute walk to the Eifel Tower. The staff was very friendly and the decor was absolutely stunning. I liked that is was on a quite street but only one street away from all the action and easy […] accessibility to the subway. This hotel is in good location and near the metro. The only drawback is their price which is too high and expensive but it is true for most of hotel's in Paris. I would not stay there again due to the price which is abut outrageous.

I understand that "space is overrated," as my wife says about hotels in expensive cities, but as we paid close to rack rate, space was ridiculously expensive. The hotel was clean, bathrooms (also tiny) were brand new, and the staff was pretty accommodating. It's a convenient location, particularly if you want to be relatively close to the Eiffel Tower. […] So long as you understand that "four stars" in Paris is generally overrated, this isn't a bad choice. Stylish and beautifully fitted, clean, warm, very friendly staff, convenient for the Metro. I really love this hotel and would recommend it my friends. The only negatives are there is very little hanging space in the cheaper rooms and the hotel does not have a bar but everything else is faultless!

This is a very nice rather small hotel in calm area of Paris with only a short walk to the underground. Nice and helpful staff. Small rooms but clean and in a very good general condition.

The staffs were very kind and friendly. Always helpful and keep big big smile on their face! Location was great, metro station is near the hotel. The only one thing I can complain about the hotel is their tiny elevator. It was a great holiday in Paris, and all my family love this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel.The staff were very pleasant and helpful .The location was close to the metro and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine .There were several nice cafe's and restaurants close by and the area felt safe to walk at night .

Small, very small. I guess this is true for most hotels in this part of Paris, but when you pay this much for a room, you expect something a little bigger. Especially when you book a room for four (two adultts and two children). Not totally dissatisfied, just a little disappointed.

Had a great stay Hotel Ares! They were all so wonderful. Will DEFINITELY stay next time! Gym was awesome and convenient. Front desk was kind and helpful. Room was beautiful. Could hear neighbors but informed hotel and they offered me another room which I did not need to take. Well done Hotel Ares!

We stayed here for 2 nights in October and can highly recommend. Lovely welcome, the rooms are fab but quite compact which is apparently the norm for Paris! Great location, near to the Eiffel Tower, metro stop, and shopping district. Lovely breakfast and free internet access. Would stay here again.

Rooms are nicely decorated. Located near a central "Metro" station. Service is very good. However, the rooms are very small, even it's Paris. We were 4 in the room, and couldn't find a place to put the suitcases.

This is a charming small hotel near the Eiffel Tower. It is an area that is NOT loaded with tourists which is what we like. One block to boulevard with Cafe's, shops and Metro. The staff was very kind and helpful with excellent English. We would stay here again.

If a leisurely walk to the Eiffel Tower any time of day or night from your hotel is one of the must-haves in your stay in Paris, then Hotel Ares Eiffel fits the bill. Tucked away in one of the neighborhood-like streets, its subtle elegance blends well with the quintessential architecture of old Paris. With an accommodating and friendly staff, it made our week-long stay memorable. The local Metro subway is just a block away if you want to explore the city but taxis (which sometimes can be hard to find) will give you an above ground scenic experience. If you're looking for a boutique hotel that takes a slower pace to the constant excitement of the city at a fairly reasonable cost and in a very conducive locale, then Hotel Ares Eiffel would be perfect. Beautifully designed rooms in a fashionable and unique hotel in a great area close to The Eiffel Tower. The lobby and breakfast room are stunning as well. It is truly 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and other sights. I was very happy with my room and comfy bed however you can hear alot through the walls and the bustle in the morning downstairs. […] I am not sure I would come here for a romantic stay for that reason but perhaps it was the floor I was on? It was off the main street and was a pretty quiet area. The women in the morning were lovely and helpful and had great positive genuine personalities. I would have liked to know further in advance upon arrival that there is a shuttle for 27 Euro you can take to the airport as it would have saved 100's of Euro as I had to do a bit of flying in and out...taxi to the airport cost me 65-70 Euro, took over an hour with crazy traffic. Perhaps you can emphasize more options in your advertising as well as tourist info on paper upon arrival. It was difficult to get restaurant recommendations from the gentlman in the evening as he was on the phone alot. More tourist aids/ area info and a map of great local restaurants would be helpful for quick stops through Paris and travellers not staying long. Location is convenient to the Eiffel Tower, but nothing else. However, it is close to the metro so you can get anywhere in Paris. Very small rooms - but it is Paris, so what can you really expect. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet, must walk a few blocks for shopping and a few restaurants. Cute boutique hotel.

I'll start with the one bad piece of news: the rooms are very small. Barely enough room to fit a large suitcase and still have room to walk. That was really the only downside though. This boutique hotel was otherwise a fantastic choice: friendly and helpful staff, complimentary internet in the lobby but also free in-room wireless internet, and you don't […] even need your own computer -- you can access internet on their tvs via a wireless keyboard! The rooms, while small, are very modern and well-kept. The bathrooms are a decent size and look like new with a rain showerhead. Unlike other hotels, they don't nickel-and-dime you -- free wall charger adapter, mini bar is 5 euros/day for everything in there if you want it. Location-wise, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, but there's also a metro stop right around the corner. An excellent hotel with very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Our room was available earlier than expected and we were able to 'park' baggage for a few hours on our final day. Staff spoke good English but I do wish I could speak more French. The hotel and room decor was excellent, the room’s bathroom facilities very good with a large round ‘rainfall’ […] shower head. Whilst the room is a little compact, there is enough space and we spend most of our time out and about anyway. The room safe, a must alongside a decent shower, is spacious enough for large cameras as well as the usual passports, documents, jewellery and money. The view? Not required, that is what sightseeing is for! The hotel has no bar, catering or room facilities but this is for good reason. They would not be able to compete! There is an excellent selection of restaurants in the nearby street including the very popular seafood restaurant, Le Suffren. The metro station for line 13, with a ticket office, is within 100 yards of hotel and two easy metro / RER changes away from Orly airport; journey time door to check-in around 40~50 mins. Another metro station for line 9 is a 100 yards in the other direction. There is a small supermarket in the main street that is open for extended hours and a Starbucks in addition to the numerous Cafes and several cashpoints. What more could you wish for. The Hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great - near the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.

The hotel is an easy walk to a Metro station and a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Probably a bit expensive specially breakfast and Internet services.You would think at the prices thay charge these items should be included at no extra charge

We loved the Ares!

This boutique hotel had everything we could ask for. It is nestled in a fantastic neighborhood with wonderful restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy (drug store) and a small market all within a block or two. It was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro station but in a quiet neighborhood, off the crazy, loud streets. So in terms of both sightseeing and […] just absorbing Paris -- it was perfect. The room was incredibly clean and well appointed. A big bathroom, free wifi internet and they even had an optional breakfast you could enjoy in the morning. The staff went out of their way to be friendly, helpful and was very kind as we tried our best to speak a little French. (They all spoke fluent English). It was really one of the highlights of our trip to discover this hotel. It will definitely be our "go to" place in Paris. They even had an umbrella stand full of umbrellas for guests to borrow. Really -- all the amenities of a high end chain (except for room service) but also all teh charm of a boutique hotel. We only stayed for one night at the end of a long vacation but it might have been our favorite hotel of the entire trip. The staff was perfect too. In fact, I can't remember ever staying in a hotel with such a nice staff. The hotel itself is located only 50 steps from the metro and is only a short walk to many of the top sights in Paris--Eiffel Tower […] and Rue Cler. The rooms were very Parisian too with high end soaps (Hermes) and top of the line AV equipment (Bang and Olufsen). Definitely check this place out. Läs mer

the location of the hotel was great. we enjoyed being able to walk to the eiffel tower,stores and resttaurants. Our room with a small balcony was so breath takeing the rain shower was to die for The staff was very helpful. We will be back soon p.s. we even meet the wonderful owner

This was a girl's trip ... three generations with eight year old Abby at the helm! The Hotel Ares Eiffel was perfect for our circumstance ... very clean, very comfortable and fairly spacious for a European hotel. The staff was friendly and most accommodating to the enthusiasm of our 'leader'. They managed to procure a great dinner reservation for us […] at the Eiffel tower .. and it's important to note that walking back to the hotel after dinner (around midnight) we felt completely safe and secure. The Hotel Ares didn't disappoint! The rooms are plush, comfortable and beautiful. Much attention was put into furnishings, comfort and details. The beds were fabulous as were all amenities. The staff at the hotel was pleasant and helpful. I stayed with my teenage daughters and we found it very pleasant. It was a standout against chain hotels.

Really nice, close enough to the Eiffel Tower to walk as long as you don't mind a walk. Good service and has a good entertainment system for the kids or for work (there is a computer in the room .and a Mac in lobby) plus you can eat breakfast there too. We loved staying at this hotel. We were here for 10 days. Great location with local Brasseries. Very nice neighborhood. Safe. Great Metro stop with connectons to other lines. Able to stroll to the Eiffel tower every evening to watch the lights. The art deco style of the hotel gives it a lot of charm. We did find our room a little small for a 10 day […] stay.
