Hotell Embassy Suites Minneapolis - North - Brooklyn Center

Very nice location, the staff was excellent, the food ans service were also wonderful. I plan to stay here for any future meetings in this area.

My family and I stayed at the Embassy suites for only one night, but it was a great time and when we return to Minnesota, this will be our hotel of choice. Great service from minute we pulled in. Mananger came out to help us off load, check us in and even take our bags to room! We needed a bath mat and it was there in minutes. Great stay! I stayed two nights for a conference at the Earl Brown Center. Very convenient as a conference attendee as it is connected. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional!

My girlfriend & I used this hotel to have a girls/scrapbooking weekend. There was plenty of room for 2 of us in the suite area (we brought extra tables) but any more than that would have been a tight squeeze. The breakfast was very good, managers reception was ok but nothing we would have gone out of our way for. Service was fantastic!

Never got a chance to check out the hot tub, but very pleased with the amenities this hotel provides. The rooms were fantastic and very clean. Darkening shades would have been nice though. Great hotel! We were out-of-town guests for a wedding and the hotel also hosted the reception. Great food, beautiful rooms and amenities. The beds were so comfortable! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Staff was great. Free shuttles to downtown and to the game. Free breakfast and happy hour drinks at the hotel Saturday night. The staff was interactive with the guests and helped everyone have a good time. A really good experience.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were smaller than most Embassy Suites I have stayed at, it didn't look like a traditional Embassy Suites. You had to pay for internet access which is a complete joke. I get free internet access at a McDonalds but not an Embassy Suites? Please.

I will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was great, loved the happy hour and the shuttle to the concert was an awesome plus. Only down side: The pull out couch was not comfy, but they never are. :)

STAFF WAS VERY CURTEOUS AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY IN ASSISTING US. MY OLDER CHILDREN LOVED THAT THEY HAD A POOL AND A GYM FOR WORKOUTS. I ALSO ENJOYED THE MANAGERS RECEPTION AND COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST ...JUST GREAT. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Very clean, quiet, friendly staff. We had 2 adults & 2 children and the room set up was perfect because the sofa bed was in a separate room that had a door in between. This hotel was great. Offers large clean rooms at a fair price. The hotel also offers a very good complementary breakfast in the mornings to go along with appetizers and free drinks from 5:30-7:30 PM daily at the hotel bar. This is a great place to stay for all travelers. The hotel provided us with a courtesy ride to downtown Minneapolis for a Twins game, which was extremely convenient. The room was more than adequate with very comfortable beds and living quarters. The complimentary manager's reception in the evening and hot breakfast in the morning is an added bonus.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms had lots of room. Employees were helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. Kids loved the pool. Had such a great time we extended our stay.

Beautiful and peaceful! Loved how the suite was arranged. Our smoke alarm battery started beeping and maintanence was there in less than 5 min.s to replace the battery. Every hotel staff person was professional, friendly and we enjoyed our stay! Will be going back for sure!

This was a nice visit. The rooms were immaculent and staff was professional. The first night was horrid with noise and unsupervised children. After several phone calls the halls were quiet again. The only problem I had was since leaving the hotel my internet connection has not worked. This hotel never lets us down. We go back every year over the holidays to just get away. The staff is great and the hotel is very well maintained. Each room comes with a refrigerator and microwave and your morning breakfast is made to order. GREAT VALUE!!!!

I stayed here for 2 nights during a recent trip to Mpls and was very pleased with my room and the service. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were nice as well. Great shower with plenty of water pressure, nice towels. The property itself is beautiful, it can't be more than 2 years old. Everyone was extremenly helpful. Went with teenagers and not a good set up for family. Placement of pool is odd and the pool is small. Staff not friendly. Food was not good. Other Embassy's we have stayed at were much nicer and staff much friendlier.
