Overall the hotel and the service was fantastic. If I hadn't been using Google Maps on my phone, it may have been a little hard to find as there aren't very good signs directing you where to turn. The room was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was good.

By far this was the best place we lived during our road trip. Hotel was very close to Freeway and town, easy access to shopping, great and clean indoor heated pool, large towels, beautiful location, excellent and clean room, large bathroom - friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. After been on the road for more than 3 hours, I realized missing ring, called hotel, they said they had found it and got my shipping address to ship the ring. Ring arrived in 3 days via UPS and they even provided me the tracking number. Staff was in touch with me via phone though out the process and they were so friendly and helpful that I cannot believe it. By far this was the best place. This is certainly not the cheapest place or the best deal, but it's always clean and it has nice rooms. Yeah, there are problems, just like at any hotel, but overall they do a great job.

Just stopping through on the way to Memphis and the hotel smelled & looked clean. Everything was functional. Can't really complain except that it was a minute or two more off the highway than expected.

Everything was very nice and I enjoyed my stay, until the morning I was going to leave and there was no hot water for a shower. The lady at the front desk as i was checking out said "yeah we have been having some plumbing issues". Didn't even apologize about my cold shower. Other than that, I had a great stay.

It's easy to find from the interstate. It was a nice stay and comfortable room. It was close to several restaurants and within walking distance to a movie theatre.

The hotel was very comfortable. Rooms were clean and roomy. We stayed there a couple of weeks earlier and the bed was very comfortable. This time the bed was not near as comfortable. Other than that, our stay was very nice and would stay there again. Also, they have a nice breakfast with lots of options.

We were treated like VIPs from the moment we walked in until we left. This is a new hotel with fresh breakfast and great service. You have to look at your map to find it if you don't have a GPS.

My favorite thing about the stay is that I didn't have to get up early to catch breakfast. Breakfast was still available after 10:15am.

It's a new-ish place. The only minor gripes are a slow elevator and water pressure a bit on the low side. But after a month in other hotels across the country, this was the best. Quiet, comfortable. Slept like a rock.

She didn't recognize my name or my face after only four days, asking the same question, "have you ever stayed with us before?" I understand that they see lots of people on a daily basis. The hotel was very nice and looked well kept. The room was spacious and clean. The bathrooms had great lighting which is rare for a hotel in my opinion. The sink was a little high and difficult for my 5 year old to brush her teeth without help. The shower lacked in water pressure but thats not a deal breaker. The beds were comfy and nice pillows. I stayed in the same hotel last weekend and had a better experience then. That being said, this experience was fine. It is in a newly built area and so GPS and google don't help get you there. You can see the signs from the highway but it was a bit confusing how to get to them. It is convenient to what we came to see, clean, and the staff was very helpful […] and friendly. One side of the bed was a bit more uncomfortable than the other, obvious which side is used more. The AC worked well and cooled the room fast and the pool was a nice temp and not too crowded. We did have one minor incident where there elevator got stuck (with us on it for 10 minutes) before it stared up again and the stair climber exercise machine didn't work. There also wasn't a microwave in our room like last time but we didn't bother to have them change our rooms. Overall though we would stay here again. Läs mer

When you walk through the front door the floors shine, so I knew we were in for a nice experience. I cannot say anything negitive. Rooms were spotless, staff were outstanding and a nice breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Fairly nice visit. AC very loud and no way to turn it off except unplug it. Bed smelled musty. Asked for refer and micro and at first told it was impossible and after begging and whining were transferred to a room with both at no extra charge. Skimpy inconvenient kitchnette.

It was great. Rooms and bathrooms with lots of space, soft beds, good pillows and a great hot breakfast, gravy, biscuits, sausage and all the trimmings. Very friendly and helpful personnel and the price was right.

When booking the room, I had specified the need of a refrigerator and microwave and was assured that I had them in the room I booked. Upon arrival, I found out that the room did not include either. A very nice place to stay. Cleanest Hotel and very new furnishings. Lots of places to eat nearby and a neighboring movie theater but that is the only entertainment nearby. I would recommend it if you just need to stay in Van Buren close to the interstate.

Very nice and clean Hotel. My only issue was everytime I tried to use the Hotel computer there were at least 2 employees on Facebook to the disregard of several Hotel patrons waiting.

Stayed as just passing through to OCK. Hotel was very clean. Had a late check in and was upgraded to a suite due to lack of original room request, which luckily worked out just fine for me and the other two travelors in my group. We stay here 2 to 3 times a year. It is a nice hotel for the price. We love the location - within walking distance to the movie theater and within driving distance of several restaurants and Wal Mart (in case you forget something).
