Ett superfräscht hotel, härliga rum dock inte så stora som vanligt är i USA men vem behöver det.. Modern stram design rakt igenom, speciellt duschen. Bra frukost speciellt för att vara "continental". Lobbyn var inte stor och imponerande, vilket däremot servicen från personalen var. Mycket hjälpsamma. Det enda som saknades var en liten bar för ett glas […] vin eller öl efter en dags promenerande i New York. Ligger nära till det mesta två kvarter till Broadway och lika många till 5th Av. The room was very nice however, I was in a room facing north on 57th street and it was exceptionally loud all night. The noise was from traffic, large trucks driving on that street all night. It was as if the windows provided no soundproofing at all. If you have choice, do not stay in a north facing room.

West 57th Street by Hilton provided a classy place to stay. We loved it. It reminded us to some degree to Club Quarters St. Paul in London, except 57th Street had an elegant (and large) shower cube that comprised frosted glass and white marble. Excellent service, too.

This has become the only hotel in NYC we stay at these days. Not the cheapest, but consistently spotless and reasonable value for money, especially considering the location.

We were in the best location, near everything we wanted to see and do in NYC, either by walking, quick cab ride, or subway at the corner. The hotel is small but that can be a good thing. Satisfying breakfast included in a nice setting. There is a gym but we did not have time to use it. The room was modern, clean, not spacious but very comfortable and […] clean. Wifi included. The only downside was having to call when we came back to the room in the afternoon and it was not yet made up. The housekeeper said they have until 5 p.m. to do that. The Hilton Club at 102 West 57th Street is well located. Close to Broadway Shows, 5th Ave shopping, Carnegie Hall, Time Square, Central Park & great eating places in the upper East & West side. The room was spacious for New York, well furnished, elegant, extremely clean, bed very comfortable. The Staff were pleasant and obliging. I dont think the […] Concierge was employed by the Hotel ( more a commisioned sales person ) and we found that she lacked the passion and local knowlege that a great Concierge will normaly share with you. They initially tried to sell time share in the Hilton Club, but respected our decision when we declined their offer and never bothered us again. Unfortunately they were starting to build a new premises next door at the time of our stay and the Rock Breakers ( Jack Hammers ) started at 7.15 AM and finished at 5.15 PM. This saved us setting our alarm clock and wasn't really a problem for us as we were out all day. Overall they delivered what they promised on their Web Site. Läs mer

Classy rooms and location with a good buffet breakfast and friendly service. No bar or restaurant as it's a kind of time share club, but overall very impressed. Some building work was going on when we stayed making it a bit noisy at times though.

Will stay here again! Great location and very low-key. Not super busy like every other hotel in this neighborhood! Highly recommend. No restaurant on property with crappy room service, but the area has a ton of restaurants.

Very upscale Hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Same block as Carnigie Hall, two block from Central Park, two blocks from 5th Ave, maybe 3 or 4 mins to Times Square (walking). This is a GREAT Hotel to stay in. During Hurricane Irene the Staff was Great! A Must Stay Hotel.

Nice room with breakfast. The subway is on the corner to go to soho or nolita and you can walk to theater and good restaurants. The doorman even talked an off duty taxi driver into taking us to Newark airport when there were no taxis around (it was raining). I would definitely book this hotel again.

The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The location was excellent. The room was clean and well appointed but very small and limited in drawer space should one want an extended stay. The bathroom was clean and well designed but, again, small -- and while it had an excellent shower, it lacked a bathtub which for me is desirable.. The fitness center […] is small. We had a great room for two people. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. There were three subway stations on different lines short walks from the hotel. The included continental breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruit, beverages, cereals, and bakery items. There were also hard-boiled eggs. Pros: Rooms are just like what the pictures show. The location was great. It's about 2 blocks from central park and about 5 blocks to 5th Ave shopping. Staff was very attentive. Spa was great also. Cons: Parking is $48 dollars a day. This is about the same price you would pay if you went to directly to the garage yourself, but I think they should give […] a lower price for the hotel. I can truly recommend this hotel to anyone. We traveled with young children and the staff was extremely accommodating. The rooms are functional and elegant, just what you need after a day in the busy city. The hotel is within walking distance of Central Park, Time Square, 5th avenue Columbus circle and may more. Loved it.

This was a lovely hotel, very coveniently located. The service was first class, the staff friendly and helpful and the room spacious and clean. The continental breakfast also offered a very good choice. I would certainly recommend this hotel and we will be looking to visit again in the future.

All of the employees were extra nice, very polite and helpful. The hotel is spotless, we took the smalest room and it was big enough, nice big bathroom. This hotel is fairly small, so the staff get to know you quite quickly. We stayed at this hotel 6 months ago, and most of the staff were the same. This made the place feel very familiar and friendly. Location is ideal, 2 blocks and 2 mins walk from central park in one direction and and a few more blocks and 5-10 mins walk to times square in the other. Tube station 1 min walk so getting further afield is very easy. The room was spotless and well presented with a good standard of quality fittings/ furniture, a lovely bathroom, no bath but excellent […] shower. Could do with more than one computer for internet access but then again its free wifi so if you've got a laptop or i phone... Continental breakfast was nice and well layed out. Good gym. The hotel was hard to find - it has no name on the street, and the lobby is less than stelar but the rooms are a nice size and very clean. The breakfast is nice and the concierge was very helpful and the location is great.

The service at this hotel was extraordinarily superb. I could not believe this was a NY hotel!!! Our room was pleasant and the modern design was quite lovely. The hotel offered a very nice continental breakfast (included with our room rate) and the location was great for getting around NYC. We were very close to the Park and the subways were very close […] by - so transportation was easy. The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly. However, the coffee pot didn't work, the Safe for personal belongings broke with our items in it and it took 3 hours for maintenance to drill it open. They said it has happened several times. It also caused up to miss an event we had planned. Housekeeping did not service our room until very late in the […] day just as we were getting back to the room for a shower after a long hot day walking around town so we had to wait 30 minutes for her to leave. As I stated earlier, the staff was very friendly, however, they constantly tried to pressure us into purchasing a time share at the hotel. I didn't realize when we made hotel arrangements that this place was also a timeshare. To staff: after a customer tells you that they are not interested-Leave Them alone about it!! Also, the TV did not work and maintenance had to come work on it the first night. I know tv is not really important on a vacation, but it is nice to watch the news and weather. Overall, a great place (little expensive) and a very large comfortable room with incredible shower! I would stay again but I would insist on making sure everything worked before booking a room. Be prepared to have sales people stop you and try to convince you to purchase timeshare. By the way, the doormen were the best I have ever seen. The hotel should give them a raise as they made us feel as if we were the most important people at the hotel. 5 Stars for them!! Läs mer

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Rückseite das sehr ruhig lag. Frühstück war nicht überwältigend doch alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Leider haben die Amerikaner keine Brot-Kultur. Doch hätten wir in den umliegenden restaurants frühstücken müssen, wäre dies nicht wirklich gut gewesen wenn man die Angebote betrachtet hat. Das Hotel liegt an ausgezeichneter […] Lage.
