Hotell Four Points by Sheraton San Antonio Northwest - San Antonio

Great stay, great features. Furniture in lobby and room very West Elm-ish. Only concern was the "business center" downstairs in the lobby. The internet was not up-to-date. Couldn't open a .pdf file; kept trying to download adobe, wouldn't let me.

To much expensive for recive a lousy night with neighbor A/c rumbling all night long, a copuple of roaches I the floor and no breakfast in the morning! I could get that for 39.95 in a 6 Motel!

Perfect location to UTSA and I could see Fiesta Texas from my window. The only negative was my window had a crack in it but that is really minor. Hotel felt safe and the layout of the room was a PERFECT set up for working away from the office. Excellent location, but be aware that Hotels.com listed the room as a 6 people capacity, 2 Queen beds plus a Sofa Sleeper, and when I arrived at hotel with my family (2 adults and 3 children) they tokd me they didn't have any such rooms, and the max capacity room was for 4 people accordin to fire dept Regulations. Fortunately they were able to provide […] me with a Suite at no additional charge and we were able to fit an supplemental bed (at an additional charge), but there is a big communication problem between the hotel and hotels.com regarding the types of rooms available. This hotel smells fabulous! Way better than the mildew-y smelling budget hotels I normally stay in. Very trendy but cozy. I wasn't there long enough to enjoy the swanky patio area or visit the bar so I'll need to return.

I was very impressed with the interior of the building inside and out. The room was what I expected, very clean and contemporary. And the staff was always friendly and helpful.

From the moment we walked in the lobby, we felt comfortable. Everything was clean and bright, not overwhelming huge. Our room was attractive, without that "cheap hotel" look. Furniture was contemporary, well-planned. Beds were just wonderful. plenty of hot water and all the basics. I would definitely go back!

This was our first stay. Hotel amenities were nice. You will forego a free breakfast for free wifi! That was okay for us! The little "sundry store"? Worthless, but a convenience store is just a few yards away. Whataburger is right in front of the hotel so that was great. Room service prices not bad. Absolutely AMAZING patio. i did not get all the MUST's i asked for via booking with hotels.com and the hotel was not willing to help out.

Nice place to stay at. Only thing is that it didnt have a bath tub , just a shower. Not a huge deal but maybe it should have been disclosed . Other than that a very nice stay.

The team was very helpful. My Husband slipped on the shower floor and busted his elbow open.

The Four Points Sheraton was AWESOME!! the customer service was EXTRAORDINARY!! The rooms and ambiance of the hotel exceeded all expectations! Whenever I come to San Antonio, this will be my hotel of choice!!

Pretty good place. Great location, room was just OK though. Staff was very good. I would like the place better with breakfast included. I will check a different place next time but I would go back if req'd.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is convenient, clean and reasonably price.

Loved "Four Points by Sheraton San Antonio Northwest" Next time we go on vacation, we will definitely stay here again. Cleaness was great, service was wonderful, location was awesome! Loved everything!

The service was great, and the room was very clean. I was very satisfied with this hotel and would highly recommend it for others.

Great hotel for a weekend get away or a family vacation

Hotel is very nice, 6 floors so did not feel too big or too small. Service very good, rooms clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. Small but nice pool. Very close to 6 Flags Amusement Park which is why we chose to stay, you can even see the nightly fireworks if you get a room on the 6 flags side (East Side I believe). La Cantara shopping center […] less than 1 mile with plenty of nice restaurants and upscale shopping as well as a nice clean food court for cheaper eating. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel which is still in NEW condition (open less than 2 years). We did have issue with no towels being left after cleaning but a phone call was all it took and towels were delivered in less than 5 minutes. Located right behind Whataburger and not much of a view but area seems very safe and again very convienent to shopping, restaurants and 6 Flags. Läs mer

Their room service menu is printed on a piece of paper and not very "kid friendly". Not to mention that they run out of certain foods before the end of the evening (ie: sliders, the one thing my daughter was interested in eating). The rooms come stocked w/2 european pillows and 2 king sized pillows and when I called to ask for 2 extra pillows, the […] front desk told me that were completely out of extra pillows. On our way out to pick up dinner (since room service fell through), I stopped by the desk to ask for pillows. 20 mins later, we got pillows. The service is horrible, the front desk personnel are not friendly. Overall, service was below average. Got the feeling people who worked there just didn't want to provide much customer service. I've walked in, last minute, to the Hyatt Place or Fairfield Inn and had nicer room accomodations (yes, something as simple as pillows can make a difference) and great service for almost 1/2 the price. This hotel is in a great location, easy access to just about anything and everything. Very clean, well kept and friendly staff. However, on our last night after coming back to relax from a long day, we could not get in our room. Apparently the lock had gone completely dead and maintenance had to be called out to drill it out and replace it. OK, that […] was all fine, we were given another room, but what really bothered me was that I was told that they were accommodating us with another room, a handicapped room so it was bigger and good thing was it was "the same rate" HELLO, were they really going to charge me if it was more expensive for them inconveniencing us. If anything we should have been given something complimentary or 1/2 off for that night since we were not able to get into our original room until about 2 a.m. Other than this everything else was great, I guess they can not help that their front desk employee that night was not great with customer service. They also put a $50 hold on your credit card, we checked out Sunday, it is now Tuesday and the hold is still on the card, I wonder how long it will take them to remove that. Clean, friendly, and good location. It is located near six flags and La Cantera shopping center.

They did not provide refrigerator nor microwave, though at the time of reservation, it said ask for them at check-in. The room was not cleaned for two days in a row. I had to call the service desk to request for cleaning the room.

Great Facility, 3 min away from Six Flags, and Cantera Mall, The Rim and lots of fun parts to go... very nice facility and very modern looking... love it!! :)

A wonderful hotel! Great patio, and pool area. I found it to be close to key access roads and our places of interest. Very secure and extremely comfortable. You will not regret the choice to stay with Four Points!

We had a wonderful time staying at The Sheraton Four Points. My husband and I had the most delicious breakfast at your restaurant. Awesome, this is where we are going to stay at our next visit to San Antonio.

This hotel has every convenience near by. It's an excellent over night stay and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Be aware there is no fridge in the room but the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The outside bar area is small but really nice. We hit all the major parks and found that this was a convenient place to stay as the location is next door to Fiesta TX, 20 min from Sea World, and 45 min from Schlitterbahn. We missed that there was NO continental breakfast included in the price of the room like other hotels of similar value offer as that would have made the stay more convenient. We had a great stay. The hotel was beautiful and had a restaurant and bar in it. The prices were a little high, but not outrageous. There was a Whataburger and convenience store within walking distance. The hotel was about 15 - 20 minutes from downtown and Sea World. We loved being able to make it quickly to places. It only took us two minutes to get […] to a Walmart. The only thing I would have liked was a refrigerator in the room and I did not see any game console in the room as was advertised. I would have liked at least a dvd player for the kids. The movie channels had to be paid for and were very expensive, but there were several channels we enjoyed. We stayed for 4 nights. While conveniently located, the hotel does not automatically change sheets. You need to leave a card that was never explained to us. When we requested them changed, they needed to have a manager come and inspect this. Ridiculous. The manager still did not explain about the card and we found this out from a hotel worker. Go figure. […] Our floor was not vacummed and there 2 new towels. We had to sit and wait for all this to be complete after a long day out. Really nice place & very convenient to UTSA, La Cantera Mall & Six Flags. Only complaint was that I put out breakfast card on door & never got breakfast sent to my room. Called front desk & still no breakfast. Lesson learned- don't use the card hanging on door to order breakfast, they don't pay attention or care. Otherwise, lovely place, nice pool […] & great lobby. My sister and I stayed there for a concert in the area. It was very clean. The bathroom has a glass door, the beds were super comfortable. We could see people riding the roller coasters at Six Flags by our window. I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste and the girls in the front got me some replacements quickly. This Four Point is an excellent option for an convention travel, I think it doesn't have enough amenities for Family vacation, but in general is a great hotel, Otherwise is not too far from the Rivel Walk so I would be there again. Thanks

The hotel staff were very courteous at every interaction. We were able to check in at 1:00pm which really helped our schedule for the day. The room was spotless, very roomy and quite comfortable. Great place to spend an afternoon or evening with your special someone or a bunch of special someones and some adult beverages of your own or from the full bar right inside the hotel. The television provider is terrible ! Impossible to find channels without going through several links. No info in the room to direct to local channels. Weather channel didn't even carry San Antonio. Pushed Adult Films every time you turned the set on. Room was really small, bathroom really small. Sheets and pillows seemed used. Second night tho, sheets […] were immaculate.
