På norra sidan av Dubai Creek ligger Deira som är gränsen mellan affärsområdet med skyskrapor och den traditionella arabiska handelsporten. Moderna shoppinggallerior ger plats till antika souks som säljer silke, kryddor, parfymer och en livlig fiskmarknad. En bred strandpromenad leder förbi hamnplasten där träbåtar lastar av sin last. Intill ligger båtvarv och Dubai Creek golf- och yacht club.

"City Seasons Hotel Dubai Port Saeed Al Maktoum Str"
Hotel location was quite central, quite environment, clean and well managed. The only improvement that i will suggest is the free internet facilities in the rooms be made to work well.
We tried to check in a 2:00 but the room was not ready. 35 minutes later we were checked in. Food was pretty good but not as good as City Seasons Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Towels were not left after housekeeping on 2 occasions. Room service got the room number wrong 1 time. Concierge was great. The 24 hour cafe served us coffee but never did come back and […] ask us for our food order so we went out to eat. "getting old easilly"
first impression is good but after some time I was less optimistic. No WI FI in rooms ( in 2012 in a 4* hotel ?) the service is terrible .... people are nice but that's it . room ok , bathroom ok , quite noisy as hotel is near airport ... there is better and cheaper in Dubai.
"Solid 4 star hotel in Dubai"
I normally wouldn´t have booked this hotel, but with the hotel prices skyrocketing during the ArabHealth convention and the Chinese New Year for 5-star hotels this was an acceptable choice. Ok the rooms aren´t as comfortable as in a luxury hotel, the breakfast is rather limited, but the excellent staff and the willingness to help makes up for this. I […] had problems to connect to the dsl network, but the IT guys went out of their way to install a private wlan router in front of my room so that I could access the internet wireless. The guys at breakfast were more than friendly and after leaving a small tip on the first morning I was assured special treatment. "Relatively colose to the airport"
When we arrived late morning, there was no hot water to take a shower. Next day, to catch our plane we hat to check out early around 6 am. Unfortunately the hot water service had not been restored.. At the full rate we paid, we had expected better accommodations.

"Too busy and short changed customer service"
It appeared that the hotel staff had trouble handling guest at checkout. They had more than enough staff behind the counter; however, not all of them were doing anything. They were standing around while two staff worked tirelessly checking guest out. They must have a timeshare account with a company,because a representative of some company with vouchers […] were checking people out of the hotel. That representative ran back and forth between the two staff that was working, preventing new guest from checking in. The manager should have observed that and corrected the problem. The room was nice and cozy. Housekeeping didn't leave bottle water in the room. I had to call for it and was given just one bottle of water. The free internet was nice. Didn't get the complimentary shuttle service. I was told I was suppose to request it when I made my hotel reservation. Remember to request the hotel shuttle when you make your reservation. They wanted to charge me. The taxi was cheaper. Not good hospitality. The hotel service workers were sitting in the hotel shuttle with the engine running, in the cool airconditioner when I arrived from the airport, in the taxi. Läs mer

"City Seasons Hotel Dubai, - close to the airport"
Tidy and quiet hotel near the airport. Breakfast selection was not quite as diverse as expected, but the rooms were very nice. Free internet and wireless in the common areas.

At the very begining we feel it is a medicore hotel, noting special, when we check in , the fron dest is quite polite, and give us a courtesy of early check in. The room is spacious, and clean, a good place to stay either for over night, or one week business trip

Prima service: door vertraging pas 's nachts om 04.30 kunnen inchecken ipv 's avonds. Maar hoefde pas om 20.00 uit te checken ipv 12.00 uur. Hierna was de shuttle service naar het vliegveld snel en goed geregeld.
