Ett perfekt hotell som är nära till flygplatsen. Lätt att hitta även om man kör själv. Trevlig personal. Kommer även i fortsättningen att boka detta hotell om jag behöver övernattning i närheten av Dubais flygplats.

Ett kanonhotell hade bokat en lägenhet på ca 50 kvm men vi fick en på 140 kvm superfin. Stranden är jättefin och det vi åt på hotellet var jättegott. Ett tips är att ta ett rum med havsutsikt. Kommer att åka tillbaka hit igen.Något som var negativt varatt det bara var gratis wi-fi i lobbyn.

Mycket bra standard på Master svit för att vara ett trestjärnigt hotell. Personalen mycket serviceminded. Bra och prisvärda restauranger inom hotellet. Utmärkt läge om man är intresserad av shopping på Mall of Emirates.

"Gold Swiss-Belhotel- inte att rekommendera"
Hotellet motsvarande inte alls våra förväntningar. Personalen var inte tillmötesgående eller service minded över huvudtaget. Ett exemplel på detta var när vi fick "utsikt" mot en tegelvägg och ville byta rum men fick inget gehör trots att hotellet inte var fullbelagt. Ett annan exempel var att det tog 40 minuter att få upp en hink is till rummet- detta […] återupprepades flera dagar i följd. En tredje sak var att vi blev serverade ljummet kaffe i frukostmatsalen, när vi bad om varmt kaffe fick vi till svar att det kostade extra.. Poolen var liten och området var väldigt tråkigt, duger för ett em dopp- inget mer. Vi besökte Dubai under Ramadan vilket inte är att rekommendera då varken muslimer eller turister får dricka eller äta medan solen är uppe och detta trots 45 grader värme -observera att detta gäller även inom hotellkomplexet. "Very pleased"
We were looking for a reasonably priced comfortable hotel for a short break and this one fitted the bill perfectly. The location is not the greatest but with cheap taxis it worked out much less than staying in a better placed hotel. We stayed in a suite and it was well worth the extra money. There was some confusion as to whether breakfast was included […] in our deal but the hotel gave it us anyway. Awful pillows!!! I could not sleep for three nights, and had to buy a new one in a supermarket.Service is ok, but people at the front desk do not speak a very good English. If you're like me and look forward to a daily swim when travelling, this isn't the hotel for you. The pool is more of a bath which I don't care to share with others. "Too many disappointments"
For what it cost to stay, it was not worth the price. If I wanted to use internet, I had to go to the lobby to use the hotel wireless. If I wanted to use internet in my room, I had to pay an hourly rate. I parked my car out front during the holiday period, however, at 9am the next day, the holiday was declared over and I was given a parking ticket. […] The hotel refused to pay for it. During registration for check in, they did not tell us of the underground parking. There was only one person at the check-in counter who helped whom ever butted in line and made foreign guests wait up to 30 minutes while locals budged in front or interrupted. Good location, within 30 minute walk of open Dubai Jumeira beach. Taxi's £5 to Dubai mall only. Excellent metro system within short taxi ride. Rooftop pool area quiet and staffed. Friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure, staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very close to Dubai mall and Jumeirah Beach. The only thing that was a bit awkward was that wi-fi is only available in lobby area so you can use it in rooms. We are a family of 5 and we resided in Mecure Gold Hotel from 24-30 August 2012. The hotel is generally very good in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The rooms are great. Importantly the staff are very friendly and fantastic. It is very good for those with young children. The hotel is close to Dubai mall and other shopping malls plus a beach. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip, excellent and very suitable.... However, it got a little busy with 2 functions going on in the hotel and they could not seat me in both restaurants, so put the Buffett in a back room which I felt was very poor service... The Russian entertainment was unusual, but good to sit with a big glass of […] beer and watch.... The main town is a 35uae taxi away and another 10ish to take you to the marina area... Well worth the money... Also visit the open beach (10mins by taxi). Dubai is an excellent place to visit, the people in the main are great. Dont be put off by the number on non locals working there, they really know there stuff! I took at $150 5 hour taxi tour of the city, excellent value and you see so much of the culture. Firstly, I understand hotel policy, but I've never been anyplace where I couldn't check in early. I spent nearly 4 hours in the lobby waiting for a room. In their defense they did give me a suite.
