The room was very clean. Our only complaint was being woke up several times early morning because of other guests slamming their doors as they were coming/going. The doors don't shut softly if you try. Other than that, it was clean, easy to get to, quiet, & a great price!

My GPS directed me to wrong location using that address but after a few times to and from the location I got the hang of how to get there. The place was really nice, zero complains about the room. Great deal for the room. The beds are comfortable & the room was clean. Our only complaint was the doors slamming in early morning by other guests; the doors are so heavy there is no way of shutting it quietly. The location is convenient; it's easy on/off I-10.

We will definately stay here again!!! We stayed here while we visited Six Flags. We go to Six Flags about 4 times a year and we really enjoyed this hotel. Conventient to everything and the price is decent. The rooms are very spacious. It was me, my husband and my 3 boys. Also, we enjoyed the indoor pool and spa....

This hotel is under new management as of last December. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional. The rooms and facility are very clean. The morning breakfast is worth at least what you would pay at the local restaurants. Couples will appreciate the divided bathroom. we were happy. My wife was sick, so the cleaning lady was doing minnimum work, which fit us perfectly. breakfast was normal. location was convenient, except that the hotel is on exit 559, but you have to exit at 558 from the south.

I stayed at this Springhill Suites and everything went just fine. Only concern is that there were NO two bedroom suites. The place is very clean and neat too. The service is absolutely amazing. I know how important it is to see real review in order to decide if you want to stay here. I highly recommend it! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is clean and most importantly our room was clean as well. The hot breakfast was great, my daughters loved the hot oatmeal with dry fruit, brown sugar and pecans that they could add. […] We had our own refrigerator which allowed me to take left overs from wherever we dinned to the hotel room so that my daughters could eat them later that night. Everything was decent about the hotel except I was unsure if they would change out our bed sheets or not because they smelled funny, the carpets were dirty in the rooms, our toilet seat was broken, the pool had way too much chlorine in it, the breakfast sucked, but the staff was professional and very nice when asked for things. Exceptional front desk staff. Always greeted and assisted with any question. Even seen front desk person loan a USB cord to some kids staying there and playing games in lobby. Super professional and helpful.

My husband and I had been waiting for almost two years to take a trip with just the two of us, and must I say it was worth the wait. I was disapponted with the quality of the room. Sofabed did not have any linens and room was not cleaned on a daily basis during my stat. I had 2 bath towels for a family of 4. Would not stay there again.

To be honest, I will not stay again! We had a total of 7 people in our party (2 Adults and 5 Children). There was trouble with check in. I booked a 2 DBL Bed suite w/pull out couch and he put us in a 1 King Bed suite - not working for 7 people. I showed the man my reservation confirmation and he still wasn't willing to help. Finally, I asked him to […] call his manager to get the problem resolved ... Also, one of our children had spilled his juice all over one of the beds, so I stripped it down completely. I was satisfied with the comfort of the hotel but the room and the pool area needed a deep cleaning. Also the breakfast was horrible, nothing to brag about. The line for the waffles was 30 minutes or more and when you finally got out of the line to get something else all of the food was gone! We have stayed in other Spring Hills hotel in Dallas,TX. This one in San Antonio, TX this one was different; nothing compare to the one in Dallas. Our bed sheets were dirty with stains and requested the housekeeping to change them. We stayed 3 nights and she would not clean the showers we had complained to the front desk and also about the cups were […] the same one's we used she never brought clean ones.
