We really enjoyed our time at this hotel, which would without a doubt be our choice again, should we go back to Negril some day. The location at the white sandy beach just north of Negril couldn't be better, and having driven across the island and explored Jamaica a bit prior to our arrival at Negril, we chose to pretty much let us indulge in the charm and friendly and laid back atmosphere of Coco La Palm for the last couple of days of our stay in Jamaica - and we enjoyed every second of it! We had pretty much all our meals here, which we found to be really good as well as the service in the bar and restaurant, which we thought was outstanding! Staff is very professional and friendly. We enjoyed the beach from our sun chairs, but also went snorkelling with the Coco La Palm glass boat - our guide even took us on a guided snorkelling tour of the reef and showed us some amazing stuff out there! All in all, Coco La Palm was a great experience, and we would recommend anybody visiting Negril to stay here. PS We rented the junior suite, which was comfortable, clean, big and spacious.

"Xtabi excellent value for the money"
For the price the hotel was great. The hotel was easy to find near all attractions in Negril. The room was comfortable although the water pressure in the shower could have been better. The pool was nice and the courtyard was beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful all though you do tend to get nickled and dimed for anything extra but still a good […] value so I can not complain. The restaurant was a bite pricey but you can eat else where for less. The caves were fun to explore my wife and I just wish the water was calmer so we could swim in the lagoons. The hotel is a great place to get a lot of great pictures down in the caves and up in the out door restaurant at night with the beautiful sunsets. Läs mer

"DIVINE BETTER THAN EXPECTED"
Xtabi is absolutely amazing! It's sort of your all in one location. It offers clean comfortable, somewhat rustic and yet beautiful and spacious totally habitable cottages and rooms (with vaulted ceilings & internet access,... ), there is a very nice bar and restaurant on site, helpful and yet unintrusive staff which provide privacy and or information […] / assistance with activities if and when you need it. BUT what makes Xtabi Exceptionally outstanding (aside from its extremely reasonable price) is the environment, the convenience and ambience!! You can explore its Negril caves directly from the site/hotel, snorkle, swim in the most beautiful blue waters you can imagine, view the corals, water and airborne wildlife, dive, party, and shop easily from here, plus there are loads of other activities to partake in from neaby. Xtabi is a hidden gem! A facility where you can actually feel at ease that you'll be getting what you paid for and much much more. I'd definitely recommend it as a location from which to experience the beauty and culture of Negril. Try Xtabi. You won't be disappointed!! "Been going here 30 Years and still a great hotel"
Xtabi is a wonderful resort on the edge of the cliffs - that is if you reserve a cliffside cottage, otherwise you will be on the other side of the road in a room by the pool. I have been going here almost three decades and am always greeted like family upon arrival. The staff goes out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and happy. The restaurant […] has a beautiful view overlooking the Caribbean and the food is good local cuisine, fresh fish, fresh veggies. The sunsets off the cliffs are stunning at any time of the year and I love swimming in the sea here because you step down a ladder into the water and you are immediately swimming over beautiful coral reefs and the biggest plus for me is there's no sand to track back to your cottage, like when staying at the beach. Overall this hotel would likely get a 2-3 star rating in the states but it's overall ambience, location, and beauty makes me believe this is a 5 star hotel to me. Läs mer

"AMAZING LOCATION AND GREAT VALUE"
This is a great value hotel in an amazing location. Bring your mask, fins. and snorkel because you are right on the cliffs and caves of Negril. Exploring the caves is amazing. This add-on $6 breakfast is a nice option to start your day overlooking the ocean. This is an older property, but they keep the grounds nice with a traditional Jamaican flair.
