Flamingo is not far from the heart of kuala lumpur. A beautiful lake surrounds it makes it peace and free. It is clean and tidy and you will love the beautiful scenery if you choose to stay with them especially if you stay in the chalet.

I would like the hotel management to check their toilets prior... the flushes were not functioning properly.. we didnt complain however since we had stayed only for a single night... apart from that the hotel was really good.

so bad hotel..at the reception, the person in charge did not communicate well. the room is far from the lobby. it so difficult to go to the room.never say a word of recommendation to YOU! try another hotel.

This hotel was clean, neat and well maintained. The quality of the service of the staff varied with some staff (Reception/Concierge) was very good, however the restaurant staff were rude and unhelpful, particularly annoying was being told that there were not seats available in the restaurant for the buffet dinner, but being offered a seat for ala carte […] dining at the same sitting. The hotel's core clients are business and functions and I assume they cater to these well, however for holiday guests the services are limited. The hotel is a fair distance out of the city and provided not assistance with transport links to attractions or the city centre. I would not stay here again. Läs mer

I am truly overwhelmed by the service provided by the front office, the bellman and the concierge. I have nothing but pleasant memories of all of them who made my stay quite an enjoyable one. Thank you so much.

I find it being a little creepy. They have a common ironing room. the hallway is not very bright. You can even hear when next door neighbour.

The Hotel food provided was great... But after first sights of COCKROACHES, both me and my wife decided not to eat at the hotel again. In our room i killed a total of 7 cockroaches over the period of our stay. Even complaining didnt help our situation. Hardly a good setting for a honeymoon. i stayed in chalet style room by the lake,which in reality is a spacious hotel room,with kingsize bed and flat screen tv,with fridge aircon,and 2 large fans which i used because i don,t like aircon.i wanted a quiet room and the receptionist got it spot on,well done!there is tea coffee facilities as well.if you want to party enjoy nightlife stay elsewhere.10 […] min walk away there is a lot of local restaurants which where excellent if you embrace the local food available,not to mention very cheap.it isn,t the best 4star i,ve stayed in but did everything i required.good value Läs mer

Hotel room stunk of cigarettes ! , Reception explained that this was classified as non smoking because of the balcony !! Room not clean, no bottled water during stay and a really bad location.

Good value hotel for KL stay. Room is spacious with serene surroundings; suitable for families. Check in is fast and staffs are friendly. However, it'll be the best if you have your own transport and also traffic is heavy during peak hours at MRR2. The employees are very nice. Rooms are good. Evey thing is as expected. the lake besides the hotel is very nice. Only one thing damaged my stay, that is my room location was on the main road where there is a bridge covering all the nice view. So make sure to book a chalets (near the lake) or ask a room on the lake not on the road.

KL에서 약간은 떨어져 있지만 AMPANG POINT에 인접해서 불편함은 없는 곳이다. 특히 호텔내에 넓은 호수가 있어서 아침 운동이나, 산책에 정말 좋은 곳이다. 가격대비 만족스럽지만, 큰 도로변에 위치하고 있어서 밤에 소음이 심한것이 흠이다.
