Bästa frukosten hittills i Usa, äggröra skinka med salsa. Det fanns gröt bröd yoghurt frukt osv. Jätte fina rum med ute plats, skön säng och många tv kanaler även soffa och skrivbord. Vi vart glatt överraskade när vi kom över hur trevligt hela stället var. Vi fick även kvällsmat (mån-tors). Ca 10 min biltur med mycket trafik till America airline center. Enda negativa var att det var lite svårt att hitta restaurang på gång avstånd. Men det rekommenderas att bo här!

Bra hotell med fokus på arbete, stora rum rent och snyggt utan att vara lyxigt. Lämpligt för arbete i norra Dallas. Ok gym med fria vikter och maskiner, dock ganska litet men nytt. Frukost enkel men helt ok, ingår i priset. Trevlig personal och en liten shop att handla vatten och annat fixi i receptionen. Bra värde för pengarna om man jobbar.

"room issues"
I wish I could rates this all 5. The room was beautiful, breakfast delicious, and staff friendly. the only problem which was a major one was that the room was not ready when we arrived and there's was no other room available. Check in Time was 3pm. we arrived at 3:30 and has to wait an hour (4:30) before could enter our room. This created a problem […] because we only had 30 minutes to shower and to get dress for the event we were in town for. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive. The service was excellent. We very much enjoyed stay here. We also had friends who lived near by that came over to visit and we were very comfortable in our room. "The Best Deal around DFW !!"
Excellent Hotel !! If you are on Middle Class budget, it CANNOT get better than this hotel. Everything if perfect. Great Rooms. Cleanliness, the best you can get. Full Kitchen. Good Bath. "Convenient location to many local restaurants"
Convenient location to many local restaurants and shopping opportunities. Complimentary breakfast and free internet were excellent services. Staff was friendly and always accommodating. Tim even offered to shuttle myself and my colleague to a close local restaurant after check in. He even picked us up after our business dinner was over. "Beautiful & Extremely clean hotel!"
The only reason I have it 3 stars for the service was bcuz my room didn't get cleaned, but the beautiful clean rooms made up for it! Highly recommend this hotel! "Great for a 3 day stay."
I liked the hotel overall except for 2 things: I left a written message for 2 days asking for only regular coffee and NO decaf and both days I got ONLY decaf coffee for the in-room coffee maker. "Close to freeway and mall, very nice!"
Goal was to be near relative's apt (across the street) and feel safe as well as comfortable (female traveling alone). This was accomplished with flying colors. Studio suite had Fridge, sink, dishwasher, supplied dishes/cutlery, and a two-burner cooktop to boot. Room was clean and quiet - even though I was next to stairwell and across from elevator. "Made my trip worth it!"
I had to travel to the Lewisville area to meet with family members. I dreaded the trip, but the room at this hotel was so very comfortable and clean -- it made my trip so much better. The facility was wonderful, and the staff went the extra mile. They started breakfast 30 minutes early on Saturday to accomodate guest schedules. My only suggestion is that they should have available at least one blanket set for each guest. "Nice, new, clean, and offers a good breakfast!"
Our family chose to stay at this hotel because of the great reviews it received on the multiple websites I had researched. We were in town for a wedding in nearby Corinth and were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The staff is very nice, courteous, and accomodating and the free breakfast offered every morning was good. The employee […] that handled the breakfast area was very efficient at her job and cleaned and re-stocked the breakfast area well, even when it was crowded. The hotel is also located in a very convenient location where many stores, restaurants, and even a mall are in close proximity. However, if you forgot to pack something, you don't even need to go out to buy it. Chances are, the little 'store' they have in the lobby will sell it! We had a small issue during our stay and were impressed by the general manager, Lori Jaso's, handling of it. Customer service and satisfaction are definately valued here! The stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This would have been a perfect stay except for the misinformation. I called prior to booking the room to ensure they had a pool. They informed me that it was an outdoor pool but that it was heated and open for use. I would not have considered a hotel without a usable pool because this was […] spring break for my children and I had promised them lots of swimming. When we went to the pool it felt ice cold. I talked to the office and they said they would heat the pool up. We continued to check and it never warmed to a safe temperature. We were coming and going, so we couldn't just wait around everytime we were at our room for the water to eventually warm up. This hotel is very nice. The room was very clean and neat. We were in town for a volleyball tournament that was only a mile and a half from the hotel. Breakfast was standard but breakfast area was very clean and neat and wait staff was very helpful and accomodating. Great area by the mall with lots of choices for dining.Verifierad gästrecension

I would highly recommend this Hotel to all my friends that will ever visit the Lewisville, Carrollton Texas area. I stayed here for 2 weeks for relocation and was very satisfied!
