Ett mindre hotell några km från flygplatsen. Insidan överraskade stort. Det rum vi fick var stort, med två dubbelsängar, soffhörna, arbetsbord och separat dusch och toalett. Mycket fräsch och modern inredning. Vi kom fram sent och såg oss inte omkring i området. Vi hann inte heller äta frukost, pga tidig avgång, men blev tillsagda av en mycket trevlig nattportier att ta med oss kaffe och macka att äta på vägen.

We booked this hotel based on price and location. Since we were on vacation/sightseeing around Houston, staying in our room was not a priority. The room was adequate for our stay and the location couldn't be better! Close to the freeway but still very quiet, you had city/culture life just minutes away. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and there were several exits from the hotel to the parking area. The parking lot felt safe and we never had any trouble. The only true downside was that the heating was broken, in the whole hotel, we were told. It got pretty cold in the evenings and after a weeks stay, they exchanged the whole machine. Overall - the staff was very, very accommodating to our needs.

Stayed for one night during transit. The hotel is really close to the Airport and the shuttle (free) runs every hour. Large and clean rooms and overall a good impression.

A beautiful place to get away. Loved the view from the balcony overlooking all the shopping centers at night. Very affordable. My girlfriend and I loved it and plan on going back....real soon.

"posh, convenient location, excellent room"
Hubby and I booked this room for a little staycation/honeymoon/reunion event for three days. It's right in the middle of Market Street which had great restaurants, boutiques, and stores galore. When we pulled in, the valet service took our car and they had opened the doors for us. When Front Desk had saw us, they had our room key ready for us. The […] hotel is beautiful :D We got to our room, which was the Grand Suite, and I thought it was perfect. Very clean and everything worked. The bathroom was very spacious although Hubby expected a bathtub (they had a really nice shower) and Hubby said that the way the shower head was designed it didn't spray everything he wanted it to. be careful with the mini bar & tiny fridge. They have a lift sensor on the items and will charge the room if they're taken off of the sensor. the bed was super soft although we didnt care much for the pillows. they're too squishy. the blackout curtains were amazing. it was close to 8 and the room was still pitch black :D the lounge & dining area on the 2nd floor was really nice. not noisy & very clean. would've loved to use the pool but the weather was too cold for us when we visited even if it was a heated pool. overall 10/10 would definitely recommend to others and would come back for future stays :D Läs mer
"Sexy, Sophisticated, and Fabulous!"
I swept my boyfriend away for the night and booked a room at the Avia. After looking at the photos online I was impressed, and trust me it delivers! I love that the hotel is fairly small so it feels more private and inviting. The lobby is great to have some drinks and listen to live music. We also enjoyed sitting out by the infinity pool and firepit. […] The room are just sexy! Very romanitc. We had King Suite, very spacious, luxurious, and clean. Amazing showers! One negative- we ordered room service for breakfast and it was not good. The omlette tasted like those fake powder eggs. Honestly IHop is better than that breakfast, so I wsan't happy paying $50 for mcdonalds quality food. My daughter and new son in law stayed here on their wedding night. They loved it!! They said the room was so nice and were very impressed! I was impressed with Roc, the Conceirage Manager, he was more than accomadating with our extra requests to make their stay even more special on their wedding night!!

Great location!!! Very nice hotel. It was my husbands birthday, and they said they could put something special in the room upon our arrival (the person I spoke to mentioned truffles). But what we ended up with was a very small bowl of "chex mix", and 2 beers (????). Not sure what happened to the truffles...kind of a funny story though. This is one of the classiest, cleanest, chic and convenient hotels imaginable if you're planning on staying the night (or two) for a Cynthia Woods Pavilion show. It's literally a -5 min walk to the gates of the Pavilion in the beautiful coverings of The Woodlands. The rooms are spacious, innovatively designed and completely comfortable. There is a restaurant […] and bar in the hotel that we weren't able to enjoy with our limited time, but we definitely want to go back. If you're worried about things to do when not at a show...don't be! It's literally embedded in an outdoor shopping area that resembles an old-town feel. My wife and I stayed at AVIA the night of our wedding, and returned for our 1 yr anniversary b/c we were so impressed. The best part of the Hotel is the customer service, and that is saying a lot since the rooms/location are phenomenal. Roc, the concierge, went out of his way again to make our stay extra special. As was the case on our wedding night, […] he had the staff put rose petals from the door to the bed, and left us a welcome note with complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. My wife was blown away again. The staff is what separates AVIA from the rest. Every single employee makes you feel welcome and treats you like you are a VIP. Hotel was great. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for children as there isn't a microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. However, if you are looking for adult ambiance, this is the place to go. The rooms are wonderfully appointed. The 2nd floor is where the bar,restaurant and pool area are housed while the rooms are nestled on the 3rd floor. Boutique hotel in excellent location with exceptional service. Can walk to many great stores and restaurants. Not cheap, but reasonable value. May want to self-park, as valet charges can stack up. "Avia Woodlands Anniversary Getaway"
My husband and I stayed the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and were treated like royalty. Roc the concierge made a special treat of a comp champagne split with chocolates and strawberry which was totally unexpected. Iris in the bar/restaurant area made sure we weren't lacking anything by always checking to see if we needed anything while laying […] by the pool. "Great Location near the Pavilion"
We stayed at Avia in the Woodlands for a concert at the Pavilion. Very convenient with just a short 2-3 minute walk to the show. Also did some shopping and dining in Market Street. Avia has an outstanding staff. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very nice.
