Perfekt läge och bra service - vad mer kan man önska sig? Hotellet ligger en kort promenad från Tunnelbanan Earl's Court i ett fint och lugnt område. Runt omkring finns även små pubar, restauranger och affärer. Vill man bo bra och modernt i London ska man bo här! :)

Promenadavstånd till Chelseas hemma arena och museum. Bara några minuters promenad till tunnelbana med flera anknytningar. Flera pubar på bara några minuters promenadavstånd med trevlig personal och god mat. Rummet var rent och hade gratis wii-fi som fungerade utmärkt. Det som drar ner betyget är att personalen var nonchalanta och man fick känslan av […] att de tyckte att man var jobbig om man kom med en fråga. Lägenheten var ren med bra städning och nya handdukar när man ville. Sängar, täcken och kuddar var sköna. Bra utrustning i pentryt. Lugnt område och tyst i hotellet. Fantastiskt läge i trevligt område och nära bra T-banestation. Lite opraktiskt badrum utan hyllor och krokar. Alldeles för varmt, vilket avhjälptes med ventilationsfläkt. Vi ar mycket nojda med vart hotell aven om rummet vi delade (3 personer) var litet och i kallaren. Det ska sta i annonsen att rummet i den pris kategorin ligger "in the basement". Det var toppen att ha spis och micro och vi fick en sen check-out utan problem.

Väldigt positiv upplevelse av ett rent, fräscht och välutrustat hotell med bra service och läge. En trevlig omväxling mot de klassiska trånga Londonhotellen med heltäckningsmattor överallt. Det lilla pentryt gav goda möjligheter att äta frukost på rummet och även möjlighet att laga andra måltider där.

A very god apartment-hotel. We had a rather large room for three persons. The cleaning was quite good. The bad thing about the hotel is the staff, particularly those in the reception. Except for those who attended when we left our luggage at noon Nov 1, they were all very uninterested in helping the guests.

Ren och fräch lägenhet. Modernt och genomtänkt. Utmärkta faciliteter. Läget är helt suveränt. Tre minuter till Earl`s Court med två tunnelbanelinjer. Den ena till Picadilly, den andra till Victoria Station. Mataffär, restauranger, pubar, busslinjer mm. Vi är i helhet mycket nöjda med PA. Vi visste att badrummet skulle vara litet och det var det. Bäddsoffan som våra barn, 11+12 år sov i var liten och väldigt hård. Annars var allt enligt förväntan eller bättre. Lugnt läge men bara 10 min m T bana till innersta centrum gör att läget för oss var oslagbart.

Fully appointed units but increidbly noisy. Asked for a quiet room and was given a downstairs unit that had street noise on one side and housekeeping on the other. The doors do not stay open and bang continuousy throughout the building. Good location near Easls Court Station. Continual parade of staff were not particularly friendly.

The hotel was situated in a fantastic location just minutes away from Earl's Court station on the Picadilly Line - which is the line direct to key stations such as the Heathrow Airport, St Pancreas, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. It's even direct to Harrod's. Though not situated smack in the London city centre, it is very accessible by the tube. […] The room we got was in the basement which was nicely furnished and spacious for three of us sharing a room. The toilet was a little small but functional with a bath tub. Our only grouse was the lack of space to place toiletries in the bathroom. WIFI was free but the signal could have been better. It works well in the late hours of the night only and drops ever so often - this is probably due to the fact that we were in the basement. Staff members were helpful in helping us move our heavy luggage up and down the stairs, and to store them if you need to. Overall, a pleasant stay and we'd definitely come back again. Läs mer

The hotel was in a lovely location, just down the street from Earl's Court underground station (easy walking distance). Gorgeous area & stunning hotel. The staff were very helpful, pleasant & friendly (I had to arrive early then go to the airport & they kept my bags & took them to the room in my absence, allowing me to use the public bathroom to change […] as well). The room/apartment was gorgeous!! Beautifully designed, very modern but warm & welcoming. Having our own cooking facilities was great for sorting our own food out (especially important as my boyfriend had got in from LA & had jetlag) which was convenient & saved money too. One tiny niggle was that there were no pots/pans to cook in, but with the microwave & oven, we managed just fine. A variety of teas & coffees certainly were most welcome too. And if you don't fancy cooking for yourselves, there are pubs, restaurants & bars just at the end of the road to choose from. The apartment itself was very quiet & we really felt like we were in our own little world. Would definitely use again & heartily recommend! Läs mer

A nice little hotel very handy for Olympia. didnt dine in so cannot comment on that. beware if you get a basement room the is no mobile signal, although they do have good wifi so could skype the wife and kids fine. I'd stay there again

Great quality hotel steps from the tube station. There is a Marks and Spencer grocery store half a block away, so convenient! Polite staff and comfortable rooms, with heated bathroom floor!

The hotel is in a very central location in Kensington, just a few blocks away from the tube. We took the tube from the airport to the hotel. Due to the holidays and the time of my flight from London to Rome we had to take a taxi. Concierge at the hotel arrange a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport. The room was very clean, the bathroom however […] had a damp smell, but I think is because of the way the showers in Europe are installed. The beds were very confortable, the sofa bed was a bit hard. I was the one that decided to stay on the sofa bed, had a back ache the entire time we stayed there. The kitchen was very cute, there are no plates, glasses and utensils. There is a lot of stuff for cooking but not for eating. What I really like was that it had a washer and drier in the room. The first two days in London it rain, it was nice to come to the hotel and dry up the close in the drier. Läs mer

The hotel itself is in a good location with plenty of local amenities close by. It's a couple of minutes walk to the tube station and buses. The hotel was outfitted in a modern manner with quality bedding used however we found the rooms small and once the double bed and single divan were made up for the kids there was very little room do much else. I […] would see this for use by couples rather than families but if you dont mind the squeeze then children can be accomodated. The main part of this whole experience lacking were the staff. Ask and they would do anything for you however there was a severe lack of hospitality. Just doing their jobs was the attitude we received. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, well maintained and well set up if just a little bit small.The only complaint is that it was too warm. We slept with windows open in December! Nothing was too much trouble for the pleasant and helpful staff. Location is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartments are located just 2-3 minutes' walk from Earls Court tube station, on a street just off Earls Court Road lined with small hotels. It is very convenient because 3 lines run through Earls Court station - Piccadilly, District and Circle - which means you don't need to change trains to get to many tourist attractions in London. There is an […] M&S Simply Food store, a Sainsbury Local store, and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance along Earls Court Road. Our spacious and modern room had a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a large TV - everything we needed for our stay. There's fairly good wi-fi connectivity which can be used for multiple devices simultaneously. Our only complaint was that the pillows were too soft, and using more pillows did not help. The hotel was very modern and seemed relatively new. Overall very nice, good location, a block and a half from earls court tube and a direct line from Heathrow. There was not a large amount of space to put things like toiletries in the bathroom due to the modern design. Also, while the closets were sufficient, not a lot of available drawers to place […] clothing. The one true complaint I have is with the Wireless Internet, it was weak and did not consistently work (this was true in 2 rooms). Also, there was no cell phone coverage, not the fault of the hotel. We had 3 travelers and primarily used the room as a base camp. For 3 the studio was a little cramped. If the third person is a small child this would not have been a big deal. Should have upgraded to have a little more space. the staff at the hotel was great. Louise was fantastic. I would stay at this hotel again. We liked having the kitchenette. We came back to London for 1 night before flying out of Heathrow the following morning. We loved the added space of an apartment and all of the modern features such as bathroom, kitchen, wi-fi, and washing machine! The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was that after riding the elevator down to basement level, we had to walk down another flight […] of stairs w/heavy luggage. The room was so clean/comfortable, though, that we could overlook the inconvenience!! It was just a short walk from the Earl's Court tube (1-1/2 blks), then we could ride the Piccadilly line straight to Heathrow in the morning! ...as long as Hotels.com paid them. This hotel was excellent with a few minor comments. The free WiFi was convenient, but it was vey slow. Upon check out, we were told there was balance due on the rooms. This was a prepaid reservation through Hotels.com and it appeared as though they never received payment. Less than 5 minute walk to Earl's Court metro strop. Soft Beds, sofa bed was hard. Had kitchen in studio. Missing spatula and non stick pans in kitchen drawers. No screens on windows. Free internet access. Hotel was close to restaurants and grocery stores. 20 minute walk to Harrods. Metro line, Piccadilly, takes you from Heathrow to Earl's court.

I decided to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel for my overnight stay in London, mainly due to the price being much more competative than the overpriced hotels in the same area. I booked a Studio apartment at the Presidential and was very nicly surprised by my room. It was large, modern and clean. There was a kitchenette, which I didn't use but […] it had verything I would have needed to be self sufficient, a dining room table, sofa, large bed and bathroom. I liked the fact that you got loads of current magazines and newspapers in the room. Tea making facilities and a bag of fresh cookies when I checked in too, plus fruit in the room. Within 10 minutes of my arrival I had a visit from housekeeping to check that everything was OK and if I needd anything, the service was excellent. It was just around the corner from Earls court tube which gave me easy access to get around London. The area had loads of shops, bars and restaurants so you did';t really need to go out of the area in the evening to eat or drink. This was a last minute trip for me and my family during the Olympics in London. The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. The facility was close to the tube. Parking was available a short walk away at a Marriott hotel.

The location is fabulous - a very short walk to Earls Court tube, and a 10min walk to West Brompton. Rooms are TINY. But they are fully furnished with Washer, Dish washer and a full cooktop, utensils and cutlery.

Facilities, cleanliness and closeness to tube station was great. I would stay there again but I would get a larger room. The room I was given was way too small and cramped for 2 people. There was no space to keep our 2 suitcases in the room.
