We stayed a family of four, one night before next flight. The room was spacious but I had expected a larger bed to house a family. The kitchenette was of no use to us. I had forgot about the different electrical sockets and asked for an adapter, which the hotel could not provide. Perhaps not surprising, but an opportunity to improve! The complimentary buffet was disappointing but a nice gesture. Even the breakfast buffet was quite meager compared to what we're used to. Great service with luggage room and free shuttle back to the airport!

Hotellet ligger mycket bra till om önskar övernatta nära flygplatsen, Hotellet erbjuder fri transfer, Det går bra att ta sig in till Toronto med transfer till flygplatsen, därefter buss till Kippling och vidare med tunnelbana, ca 1h resväg, Bäddsoffan borde bytas ut! Gym och bassäng och jacuzzi finns tillgängligt.

"Minimal comfort"
This room was only necessary for sleeping from midnight until 8 the next morning, thankfully. There was nowhere to hang clothes, no clock, an ironing board with no iron, a bathroom with no counter, and very dim lighting. We were told that the room had free wireless, however were never given the password, and no one was manning the desk at midnight when […] we arrived back at the hotel. "cheap but NO value!!!"
Room was inexpensive but the trade off was a mattress that felt like a boxspring and the room was approx 15 degrees in january with no thermostat to control the heat.. Made for a cold, almost sleepless night!! Would have spent 10-20 more to be comfortable!!Verifierad gästrecension
"Poorly equipped"
enjoyed that it was a smoking rm, but it was on the 2nd floor with NO ELEVATOR. no coffee maker in the rm, also no cups, utensils or plates. "Don't stay here"
My room was probably 85-90 degrees (this is at the end of October, it was not warm out) and there was no way to turn the heat down. When I called the front desk to ask to turn the heat down, she simply told me to open a window. The window opened only about 4 inches, and the hotel is directly next to the highway. "Nothing Special"
Staff were nice, but questioned me about the number or people I intended to have in my room before checking their books only to find that I had in fact paid for four people to stay in the room. There were some cracks in the walls and a spot of plaster where a hole had been filled but the room was clean and dispite having firm beds you could get a decent […] nights sleep there. "rough time.."
i found the furniture in the room very uncomfortable especially the couch, the ice bucket was very dirty inside, and the ceiling was cracking in the bathroom and in the main room, the condition of the carpet was terrible and dirty. the pillows were flat. a smoking room it was but they did not even try to clear the room of the odour..also the a/c unit […] froze up and didnt work properly after that.. the location was very convenient, being right next to the QEW, Burlington GO Station, and the Burlington Mall. The room, however, was nothing more than a place to sleep. The mattress was made of bricks or something, but the couch was very comfortable, which is where i ended up sleeping for the bulk of my stay. The Air Conditioner was not adjustable. I book a none smoking room since I have two kids and I dont smoke. the receptionist told me during check in that my room was a smoking room. and he said that No problem i will change your room to non smoking room. i dont like surprises like that. no breakfast and the air conditioner is too small for the room. its not a bad hotel if you are just staying […] for a night stop after a long trip. i would stay in this hotel again if the price is on sale. "Has to be one of the worst!"
I was given a room with a hole in the dry wall, the air conditioning didn't work as it had been turned to fan only and only the motel staff could change the controls, the room was grubby, I had to ask for a hairdrier, the television had also been disconnected somehow and I had to ask staff to fix that also. when I stated that the room was much too hot, […] the staff member who came to fix the A/C merely said "I know" I would never stay there again, no matter how inexpensive it is! "Adequate, not much more"
We chose this hotel because it was closer to city center than most others and about half the nightly rate. The room was very clean and bed was pretty comfortable, good water pressure, etc. Furniture and linens were a bit aged but that was no problem. The ice machine wasn't working but the owner of the hotel was kind enough to fill our ice bucket out […] of her own freezer. Biggest problem with this room was that there was no thermostat, and it was VERY warm the second night. We were able to get the window open a little, but it was about 15 degrees warmer than we would have preferred. Very quick and easy drive to all the major shopping/dining in Burlington. it located next to the highway so very noizy. we could not even sleep at all for 2days. there is refrigerator. when we open it was so stinks and water melting from freeze . we did not want to use it. overall I do not want to recommend this hotel anybody.compare with other hotel around there it was so expensive.Verifierad gästrecension

"Okay stay..."
Actually got there around dinner time and not even literally 10min there, there was a big argument and fight outside in the parking, and five cop cars later everything was settled.. Other than that the stay was okay, nothing special....Verifierad gästrecension
"Great place for a simple stay"

Hotel.com staff excellent. Location was right off of hwy. Staff at location were very helpful, willing to assist. Old linen but clean, king bed clean & very comfortable. Room, well at first glance looked okay, but with further investigation noticed dirty baseboard heater, a plastic bag over the smoke detector, no switch to turn on lamp beside bed,bathroom […] fan extremely noisy and iron had no dial so could not set temperature! "Cute, clean and friendly motel"
This motel was great value for money -- we really just needed a bed for the night, not a resort! The room seemed to be fairly recently renovated. "Cheap hotel but not worth the price"
We could hear other people who were outside and in their rooms very clearly and had a hard time sleeping. I lifted up the couch cushion to see if it was a pull out couch, and there were crushed potato chips under the cushion. Gross. Bed was very uncomfortable. "Good Value Here"
This is a good value motel. As expected (for the price) the room was plainly furnished, but everything is clean, the TV has a clear picture, the location is quiet given its proximity to major streets and the freeway, and the air conditioner cools nicely to just below 70F (although it was a bit noisy).Verifierad gästrecension

"Hotelli moottoritien vieressä"
Hotellin sijainti aiheutti meille unettomia öitä, koska vieressä sijaitsi moottoritie. Meteli aamuyöstä oli häiritsevää. Muuten sijainti oli meille oikein sopivalla paikalla, koska retkeilimme Torontoon tai Niagara Fallseille, ajomatkaa ei kertynyt liiaksi kumpaankaan suuntaan. Hotellihuoneessa oli vain yksi ikkuna parkkipaikalle päin, joten emme voineet […] avata verhoja edes päivällä. Huoneen kitchenette sisälsi uudehkon mikroaaltouunin ja huojuvan likaisen vanhan jääkaapin, johon sai mahtumaan muutamat juomapullot.
