Bästa läge bussen från flygplatsen stannar utanför hottelet. Hjälpsamma personal. Det enda som vi tyckte var mindre bra att både gym och pool kostade pengar och använda de.....

Crowne Plaza ligger bra till precis vid Shin-Kobe. Enkelt om man som vi skulle med Shinkansen. Det är också gångavstånd till centrala Kobe, 15-20 min. Hotellet är fräscht, frukostbuffen har ett bra utbud av både japansk och västerländsk mat och utsikten över stan är häftig. Vi bor nog här igen om vi återvänder nån gång.

Hotellet ligger en kort promenad från Osaka och Umeda station vilket gör att det blir väldigt centralt och bra. Hotellet är nytt och fräsch och väldigt ljust. Internet är gratis men finns enbart via kabel. Ej trådlöst. Rummen är något trånga och toaletten känns lite som en båttoalett men allting är väldigt nytt och det mesta man behöver finns och får plats.

Me and my mom love this hotel so much! There are free drinks and comic at the lobby. The laundry is convenient and washing powder was provided. It's very comfortable and clean hotel! But the location is quite far from Dotonbori and Shisaibashi. Ad overall, we will come back this hotel next time! ^_^

"Happy with stay - would recommend!"
The hotel is clean and in a great location. We were really happy with our stay there and would stay again. The only downside was the bed. Too small for two people and too hard.

we stayed at hote hillarys for 2 nights, and we were satisfied. The hotel room was small but equipped with all the things we needed.The room was also neat and cleaned daily, With regards to the location, it's quite near to train station which was very convenient for us in touring around osaka, also, its very near to the electronics/gadgets store. "location, location, location"
from airport take Nankai electric train to Namba station (890 yens), from Namba station walk from east exit, 5 minutes to hotel. surrounding lot of restaurants and shops. So close to subway and most of the tourist attraction. If you can handle oriental style b'fast, it worth every penny. If not, MacDonald right accross street.

The hotel was fine overall. However, our room was fairly small, and had no view, unless a blank wall 20 metres away counts as a view. But everything was clean and we were supplied with pyjamas, and disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste as part of the normal range of toiletries. "Nice and thouhtful hotel"
The hotel is in about 8~10 mins walking distance from Nambo station, if you take Nankai Electric Rail from airport to Nambo atation, it's quite close to the hotel. Most of hotel staffs can speak and understand English well, the room is not very spacious as many hotel in Japan also have this problem, but it is very clean and neat, and the staffs will […] clean the entire room and change bed linen everyday, also, there is a Osim massage chair in our room, that is really a touch for us! Good location, easy to find ! On Den Den town Road, opposite Gundam shop (if you're gundam fan, it'd be gundam heaven for you) There 're free drink : Coffee, tea and a lot of shampoo for you to choose. It's very good hotel!

I was surprise with the quality of the hotel. The service is very good. There are free drinks available and the breakfast is superb and worth. I will recommend all my friends and family to stay here for their Osaka trip.

"Excellent hotel"
it was a fantastic experience to be staying at hotel hillarys. the staff was helpful, the location was good, the free cold and hot drinks was nice, the free bread in the morning was good for us who wanted to go sightseeing early in the morning and needed grab and go light breakfast. would definately recommend it to anyone who is traveling in osaka.

I read on internet the hotel provides free drinks at its self-service corner. They even provide free bread in the morning. However, when I went to the self-service corner at 8:00 a.m., there was no more bread left. Sort of disappointed as I didn't expect they provide just a few baskets of bread but name it as "free bread service" in its website.

great staff so friendly and kind. Good area close to Nipponbashi station and Namba station. Nice Staff very accomodating and beautiful front desk ladies so pretty and easy on the eyes. overall very nice place a bit small but thats japanese style :) will definatley rebook when i visit japan again!!

A very modern and clean hotel in the heart of Osaka with parking.

我們是3大人加1小孩. 訂房時清楚寫的是3小床. 回信也沒錯. 到現場卻是1中床和1小床. 問了櫃台. 還把原始訂單給她看. 她回說我們訂的是STUDIO TWIN就是這種3小床. 是request. 沒辦法給我們3小床. 覺得很失望. 下次透过訂房網站訂房要更加小心.

房間比較小但大致上還可以,1樓的500日元吃到飽的早餐非常好吃~有去住這裡的朋友別忘了去吃阿!

各方面皆不錯，如要挑剔的話，主要有些以下的小問題︰是次住低層的房間，聽到地底地下鐵行駛的聲音，但不影響睡眠。2.大堂電腦上網較慢和經常出現死機，大堂無線上網也不能使用
飯店離車站近，交通方便，2F大廳免費提供各種飲料、麵包，還有二台電腦及無線網路可上網，房間偏小但設備齊全，每天都有房間清潔。地理位置近鬧區，晚上逛道頓堀、心齋橋商店街都很方便，這個價位整體而言滿意！有機會再去大阪會回住。

"極力推薦HOTEL HILLARYS"
超平的價錢,但是舒服的環境及方便的地點,又有24 小時任飲的熱和凍的飲品機,是FREE 的,另外早上又有FREE BREAD ,酒店很乾淨,地點在南海難波站高島屋東出口出,行去只需七至八分鐘,由酒店去黑門市場一直行很近的,也是七至八分鐘,由黑門市場行去道頓堀和心斎僑好近,幾分鐘,所以我覺得好值得,我住過南海站上面的酒店,雖然好方便,但是貴好多,我會情願行多小小路!樓下是七十一,周圍是玩具店,GOOD,對面是M記!

아들과 둘이서 이용을 했는데요... 방이 좀 좁을뿐 식사도 좋았고 침대도 편안하고 커피랑 음료수 무료에 무선인테넷도 되고 정말 좋았습니다. 영어가 되니 그닥 불편함도 없었고 친절하였습니다. 저는 오사카를 간다면 이용하겠습니다. 니폰바시 지하철역에서 덴덴타운으로 직진거리에 있습니다. 걸어서 한 5분?? 그리고 아침은 도시락으로 싸가지고 가지고 나와서 방이나 로비에서 먹을수 있습니다. 샴푸이용하는 재미도 좋았습니다. 저는 다시 한번 이용하고싶은곳입니다.
