PF Suites was the perfect setting for us in Mexico City. Close to the Museum of Anthropology was our main focus and we were just blocks away. Metro stations were nearby when we wanted to go the Zocalo and Centro. Many small, wonderful restaurants were discovered nearby, too.

Hotel was very basic, but kept clean and in working shape. At our check in after 4pm, towels, coffee cups, glasses & bathroom tissue had not been restocked. After letting the front desk know, the towels and coffee cups were stocked at our return to the hotel later that afternoon. PF Suites is clean and comfortable and the rooms spacious. Unfortunately it faces on the major thoroughfare of Calle Chapultapec, which can be noisy if your room is on that side. On the more positive side, you are steps from the Insurgentes Metro, a few blocks from Reforma and a short bus ride away from the Museum of Anthropology, the Zoo and the various […] art museums. the hotel is nice - great space if you're staying for several days (it had a nice size kitchenette). Unfortunately it's on the corner of Liverpool and Chapultepec (which is a MAJOR street/strip in Mx City) so it was very noisy, even with the air conditioner on!! While near Zona Rosa, that corner/street the hotel is on is a bit shady, so wouldn't walk […] on that block by myself. It was great stay. Very first day, after checked-in, the receptionist came with us and showed us 4 suites and allowed us to stay in the one we liked most. Thanks to her for such a warm welcome!! Every morning we enjoyed the personal service and attention at the breakfast tables. We need hot milk at breakfast and the waiter provided that every day without […] asking. Breakfast is healthy and provids good enough choices. The concergie person provided us all information, maps and tips even though we decided to explore on our own and didn't take conducted tour. My family is very thankful to the entire staff of PF Suites since they went two steps ahead to find a nurse + doctor late in the night when my wife felt sick and needed some medical attention. I will recommend all to stay at this PF Suites and experience the large rooms, friendly services, convenient location and the best customer interaction. The hotel is on the very edge of the Zona Rosa, and the restaurants around it are mediocre. There is a kitchenette, but no dishes or silverware. The room had good storage space, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The room had a telephone, but it could not be used without setting up an account. The TV was good with lots of channels. Liverpool Street […] becomes a completely clogged up thoroughfare during traffic hours, making access to the hotel problematic. We stayed for 2 weeks in a suite which included kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with just Microwave, Refrigerator, cooktop, sink, but has no plates, silverware or other equipment. The hotel will provide you with tableware, but they do not have pots, pans, etc.. We did use these facilities and appreciated having them. Their breakfast is included […] and was superb (yogurt, many types of cereals plus fresh-baked breads/sweet rolls, fresh fruit platter, juice, coffee) plus you can order from a menu. I suggest you ask for a 4th or 5th floor room. The first 2 floors are meeting and function rooms. Our visit was the 2 weeks before Christmas and there were 2 parties with live music which could be heard from our 3rd floor room. Wonderful water pressure- the showers were heaven! Their wireless internet was less than predictable and their business center had an old computer which had its challenges. There are many internet shops charging 6 pesos for an hour of use! The location is ideal close to the subway, many good restaurants and stores plus a vibrant neighborhood. We walked around at night and felt comfortable. There are police everywhere plus there are federal offices 3 blocks from the hotel, so there is a lot of security in the area. Plenty of convenience stores to buy water. 4 blocks to a supermarket and shopping center. 2 blocks to the city tour bus pick-up; around the corner from an excellent excursion company. Läs mer

When we arrived the kitchen was empty, there was a drip filter coffee maker but no coffee, no cups, no frig, no drinking water. Every day we had to ask for the water, coffee, sometimes it arrived and sometimes it did not. The room was clean and tidy. Be prepared to keep asking for "missing " advertised inclusions.

English speaking reception personnel greeted us with a smile. Request for quiet two-bed room was accommodated. The hotel does not have the greatest curb appeal, but the interior is modern, light, airy and lickety split clean. Offer of luggage assistance, elevator to all floors. Obtaining dishes and utensils from house keeping was an ordeal (language, […] several deliveries). The property provided photos on this website are 100% accurate. I appreciated the thick towels, and in-room safe, but missed daily bottled water as provided at other hotels. While removed from traffic noise, the marble tiled and sparsely decorated hall ways allow for interior noise to carry to all rooms - a nuisance when 2 am Zona Rosa revellers return and forget their manners. The continental breakfast is lovingly presented buffet style in the dining area. A good selection of sweet rolls including croissants, fresh sliced fruit, orange juice, good coffee, cereal and joghurt complete the offering. No styrofoam/plastic to be found here. A la carte egg dishes, etc. are available. The hotel has on-site security, 24-hour desk coverage and the doors are locked overnight. I traveled with my 13-year old son and we felt safe and comfortable. The shower was dirty when we arrived. I complained and they sent someone to clean it,but I'd have preferred to have it clean without a complaint. Coffee was two dollars and fifty cents(not pesos) a cup. Staff was not very helpful. The location was at the edge of Zona Rosa, in a sort of a marginal area. I was disappointed and would not recommend it.

This hotel is nearly perfect! The staff are are really professional and helpful and the hotel is beautiful in all aspects. The rooms are spacious and have a small living room and kitchen area. You also get a safe to use and free internet access. The rest of the hotel is just as clean and has many conference rooms if that is what you are in need of. […] The eating area is spacious and looks very professional. Our room had two double beds, a separate area with table, desk and couches, as well as a small kitchen with coffee making facilities, two tellies, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge area. If you leave the "Please clean this room" sign on door knob, they will come and change bed linen, towels, etc. We didn't want the linen changed as we were only […] there 3 nights, and asked room attendant just to vacuum. She still made our beds though, replenished toilet paper, water bottles, tissues, etc. The shower water pressure was absolutely fantastic! And the shower recess was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in our Expedia booking. Staff will issue the appropriate number of vouchers when you check in, but you need to spend a night there to be entitled to breakfast the next morning. Breakfast is served between 7-10, it consists of a buffet with cereal, fruit, toast, coffee, juice, pastries, yoghurt, etc. The room was airconditioned. WiFi is available and the username is given to you upon arrival. Your nearest metro station is Insurgentes, which has an exit right onto Liverpool street, which is where the hotel is situated. My daughter and I were pleased with the hotel; it was close to Metro, taxis and easy walks to Zona Rosa for meals. Nice Continental breakfasts. The desk area in the room and Y Fi was convenient for her because she was able to work from the room during the mornings. Cell phone and her lap top.

I really like that place. was very comfortable. nice kitchen area. clean. good service. is not noisy at all, you can sleep very good. I didnt like the area because is all around pubs and people in the corners offering girls and all those things. I would recommend the hotel to people thar are interested in saving money and have a quiet night.

From the moment which I arrived, the service was great. I had my room readily available and ready for me to unwind after a long flight. The room had great down comforters on the bed, the bathroom was extremely clean and the staff was very attentive whenever I needed anything brought to my room. It was definitely a 5 star hotel at a 2 star price! The […] hotel is located within 3 blocks of the Zona Rosa, which made it very accessible and a relaxing and enjoyable walk. Would highly recommend it. The only disadvantage, is that the beds are a bit firm, I prefer more soft beds, but if a firm mattress is not a disadvantage, than this is the hotel for you. Disappointing. The price was right and there were good reviews, but we weren't happy. The hotel is on a very busy street, so it is very load. The beds are very hard, so sleep was difficult to come by. Although there is a kitchen, you must beg for dishes and silverware. I read about the breakfast "buffet," but was very disappointed. For the price there are many other hotels that Offer better Guest Services. No concierge and no one qualified to answer reasonable questions. NO late check out though the hotel was empty. barely a lobby just a small check in area right off the street noise. I just recently stayed at PF Suites, & at first the taxi driver drove me in front of PF Plaza Florencia (which I only found out later that its a sister property)so I walked around the corner (not too far of a walk at all) to get to the Suites.....so make sure you highlight that point to the driver. The check in was easy and friendly! Got switched to […] a room with a King size bed (by preference), & as soon as the elevator doors opened on my floor, I knew this was a good catch! Walked into my room & I was amazed at the cleanliness and modern look the room had. The pictures on here (Expedia) are very correct about the rooms that you're looking at. There is no gym at the suites, but you can use the one that its at the sister property Florencia, right around the corner. The only couple things that I would have to say that this property has to improve on, is their internet connection (that was a bit of a struggle)...& the extremely tasteless watered down orange liquid (supposedly orange juice) that they serve at breakfast. They have a small but quaint business centre that can be used for guests. At the front desk you will find (if you are lucky) FABIOLA!! Fabiola is the most wonderfull, helpfull, genuine, kind hearted person you will meet there! She helped me out so much and took so much care when dealing with my internet issues, she is precious! We traveled to Mexico City, DF to visit family and found PF Suites to fit well within our budget as we needed 2 separate rooms due to the size of our family (5). Each suite had a separate sitting area and small kitchen - all very clean. The kitchen is fitted, but you must request dishes and such if you wish to utilize the kitchen - they are very prompt […] in bring the required dishes if needed. The bathrooms are very clean and modern and offer a large walk-in shower all in marble. The sleeping areas are clean with very nice linens and very comfy beds. Television with various English channels, and a very efficient air-conditioning system. The surrounding area is very nice if you like walking around - the Zona Rosa is a block away and has many restaurants of various tastes, price and a atmosphere. This are is full of bars and dance clubs as well, for all walks of life an is GLBT friendly as well. Shopping, there are many shops as well as outdoor vendors. The hotel is located 1 block from the Zona Rosa and very close to Chapultepec, Condesa, Roma, downtown and many other areas where there's alot of touristic activities. The hotel is not a 5 or 4 star hotel but, a solid 3 with very large rooms, small kitchen with a stove, small fridge and even a desk area where business travelers can setup their workstations/laptops. […] Free internet access with speeds of 1.5 Mbps that's fast enough for most business purposes and 2 bottles of bottled water which I found very nice, considering all hotels charge for that.
