It was good overall, there's too much construction going on along the 635 freeway so it's a lil inconvinient. the cleaning ladys are however annoying, we kept telling them we don't need them to clean the room yet since we had the room for 2 nights and they keep coming to knock at the door, on the day we were checking out one of the cleaning ladys knocked […] on our door at 10.45am, as far as i was concerned we had the room upto 11am and we were ready o leave, just annoying how she kept coming to our room. This is a nice hotel of u are looking to not spend a fortune, the only complaint I have is that they had ran out of pillows and we needed extra for the fold out couch, also they are very honest, my daughter left an expensive pair of boots and were turned in by house keeping

This hotel was very clean and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The only problem--and no fault of hotel- is the construction near-by, otherwise, it was a great location. My room was comfortable and quiet.

the room & bathroom were spotless. we really enjoyed the indoor pool -they have pool towels for you to use by the pool. I think the gym could have been better. It is a fairly new hotel but it looks like they put in an old universal weight machine which doesn't function so well. if you don't care about working out during your stay I wouldn't worry about […] it. My wife and I decided to take a weekend away from our normal life at home and drive to Dallas for the weekend. I went online and requested a room with a King bed and jacuzzi tub. The key word is "Requested". When we arrived, the only thing they had left was a room with two Queen beds and no jacuzzi. It was a learning experience. It was a trick finding […] the hotel due to all the construction going on. Our GPS was telling us the hotel was on the south side of I-635 and it is actually on the north side. Not the hotels fault and they are working on it. The clerk at check in was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very roomy and clean. The only issues we had with the room was the towel rod would come off and the drain in the shower was slow draining. The pool and hottub were great! Very clean! The only issue there was they ran out of pool towels Saturday evening! There are plenty of places to eat nearby. We are planning another trip to Dallas in the next month or so and we will surely stay at the facility again. Läs mer

This hotel seemed new. If you stay on Wednesday night they have a free courtesy drink/food night. I call it happy-hour. It is from 5:30 to 7pm. Didn't even have to go out for dinner because I got full from this. The hotel was in a location of a lot of freeway construction...don't know when it will finish. The bed was really hard and the bathroom sink was fit for someone who was 5"10 and taller. It made it difficult to wash my face and brush my teeth in the am. It was difficult for the kids too.

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this hotel. I went back because I really liked the interior. They were still doing construction around the hotel and made it difficult to access. The rooms were still very nice. It took a bit to cool off.

The hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely be staying at this Holiday Inn Express on my next trip to Dallas.

It was a gorgeous hotel and a good deal for the money! We had the regular sized room with two queen beds and it was a solid 2 times larger than any other hotel room! It was all very stylish, very clean, comfortable, and a great experience! It's very close to night-life or any other attraction. I highly* recommend it to anyone!

The hotel was great. I had no problem with anything. EXCEPT for the pool being closed. This is the main reason why we choose this hotel. My children were excited had bought floats and swimsuits and were more than excited!! I would have wished they let us now beforehand. The only other problem I had was housekeeping knocking at 9 ann. On the negative side the air conditioning was very loud and the beds were hard. On the positive side the breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel was close to main attractions.

We reserve a room with ADA accomodations for our daughter and we didn't get it. By the time we got to the hotel and to our room it was simply too late to ask to change. My daughter was very tired. Still, bathing her was a terrible ordeal which could have been avoided if we were given the room we asked for in the first place. Despite the surrounding construction on LBJ Fwy, I was immediately impressed with this hotel. The lobby is spacious and has a really neat modern design. The room was super comfortable and I loved the décor. The room has a nice layout with great, modern touches. Comfy bed and sheets, reading pin lights over each side of the bed (though mine was inoperable). […] We had a king room w/shower only, no shower/tub combo. I'm fine with this, and actually prefer it, as it leads to a roomier bathroom. The design was unique and the bathroom sink sat atop the counter, rather than being our standard built-in bowl. The lighting was optimal for putting on my make-up (no harsh fluorescents) and there was a secondary light recessed in the shower, which we kept on at night to serve as a nightlight of sorts. It was perfect and non-obtrusive. I really only noted two drawbacks: the room has no fridge, which I really hate, especially in a hotel chain geared toward families and business travelers. I think a fridge should always be standard, and there is definitely room for one. Also, the breakfast, while decently tasty, was very carb-heavy: pancakes, biscuits, toast, bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls. Yes, there were yogurts and (powdered) eggs, but it still felt like it was bread on bread on bread. I wish they could've supplemented with some fruit, or a protein other than just-add-water eggs. They did allow a late check in (about 10:30 pm) which was good; however, I went up to the room, I was tired, my key did not work, and I was sure I heard noise in the room; had to return w my bags to the front desk; questioned him, and he was like, OH yes that is occupied, they changed your room.. needless to say that would have been very embarassing, […] and wasted my time. The room was nice; I would've enjoyed pay for movies; or HBO, the closet door was broken, and the fan had a rattle to it. I did not eat breakfast; so I can't comment on that; and they did allow me an extra hour to check out, which I appreciated. All in all, good enough. Läs mer

Staff was most helpful and cordial. The breakfast was excellent and conveniently displayed. The rooms were clean; the beds were not so high that a ladder was needed. All in all, a pleasant experience.

The bathroom sinks are a little high if you are shorter than 5'8" then they hit about at your chest. So a little awkward to use. Other than that it was a great room!
