Hotellet består egentligen av ett antal intilliggande villor, så varje hus och rum är unikt. Vi bodde i James Bowie sviten som består av ett vardagsrum led ett fönster som utgång till en stor balkong, och ett sovrum med en gigantisk säng. Rummen är inredda i gammal stil, så det känns som om man bor i ett historiskt rum. Frukosten är ordentligt stor och anländer i en korg! Högst 5 minuters gångavstånd till Riverwalken.

The hotel is very nice and the location was perfect, but the room was hot the entire weekend. The AC was never fixed. The hotel provided us with one small fan big enough for a child's use. There were four of us in the hotel room so more towels were needed. It took 4 hours for our towels to reach our room in the middle of the night I will not return […] to this hotel. Läs mer

Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio Six Flags at The Rim is a great new clean hotel. Staff are all very courteous and friendly. I will be going back. It was very comfortable.

In the kitchen we had the last of the paper towel. In the bathroom, we had one roll plus a few sheets left on the present roll. That seemed a bit chincy to me. There was a lump or a bar under the carpet in front of the bathroom sink. Not comfortable. The carpet outside the elevator on the 6th floor remained linty the five nights I was there. For the Price and Location this was a great hotel. Only downfall was the Swimming Pool was a little green and dirty. Rooms were descent size and the full size fridge and HD TV were a nice change of pace to a standard Non-Suite type hotel.

Nice pool, spacious rooms, only complaint was the handicap shower set up....not easy to shower being 6' tall.

The Residence Inn was very clean, The Staff was very helpful and courteous. The staff always was ready to help and answer questions. The Breakfast (which was complementary) a Big plus. Would recommend this Hotel to others and would stay here again.
"Do Not Disturb doesn't work"
Overall, this is a quality hotel. Comfortable, relaxing and all. A few downs: Housekeeping does not respect the "Do not disturb" sign if it's during cleaning hours. We stayed 2 nights and '3' days meaning we arrived late the first night and had 2 mornings there. The first morning they came in while I was in the shower. The last morning, they came in […] while we were packing and my husband said 3 times while she was opening the door that we are packing. Only when she was in and saw that we were there did she turn around and leave. Informed clerk during check out and was told that they had a lot of foreign exchange students and they weren't used to the signs/language yet. Um...right. Think that excuse through for a second. The other down sides: no pay perview no room service They are two hotels grouped: this one and the Courtyard. The Courtyard is the one with the restaurant and all. The pool is shared by both in the middle. No big deal but not ideal if you're looking for a 'romantic' getaway or the like. Again, overall, quality. Does it have some headaches, yes. "Very comfortable, clean and new."
Stayed here recently in July 2011. Hotel is new and had a full kitchen (sink, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, full refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, silverware), nice living area, desk, small kitchen table, bed. There was also a modern LCD TV with digital cable on a swivel stand that could be rotated between viewing from the living room or the bed. […] Vanity was separate and outside of the toilet/bathtub which was in a separate room. Plenty of lighting with lights that had electrical outlets that were convenient for charging ipads, iphones, laptops. Digital thermostat made it easy to keep the room cool. Everything was clean and well kept. Front desk clerk, Wanna, was very friendly and accommodating. She even helped us with extending our stay by a day and allowed us to keep the same room even though we had booked via hotels.com and had to go through them to book the extension. Breakfast area was very clean and had a nice buffet with hot foods - eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits/gravy, fresh DIY waffles. There was also a good selection of bagels, cereals, yogurt, juice and coffee. There are free newspapers at the front desk with usa today, and they even had WSJ on the weekend. There is an outdoor pool that is shared with the Courtyard which is almost a mirror image of the Residence Inn that we stayed at. The location is at the Rim where there are plenty of shops and restaurants as well as the Palladium Imax theater which I highly recommend as well. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the a/c vent was right at the foot of the bed and next to the tv. It was loud when the a/c was on which made it annoying to hear the tv because you would have to increase the volume of the tv to hear it when the a/c was on and then would have to decrease the tv volume when the a/c was off. We were very happy with the location of this hotel. It is very close a nice shopping area, UTSA, and Fiesta Texas. We were attending a sporting event at UTSA, so it was nice to be a few minutes away from our hotel to rest and grab a bite to eat in our room that had a kitchenette. Enjoyed our 9 day stay at the Residence Inn it's a nice clean newer Hotel. Great service from the helpful polite staff. Very good breakfast buffet included with room Only complaint is the A/C unit in our room was very noisy.

This Hotel should be ranked a 4 or 5 star place to stay for people wanting to go to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. I stayed in a Residence Inn years ago and was impressed, this place was like a dream! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was like being at home. The breakfast was out of this world! The price was right! I really only found one problem […] and that was we had no trash bags in the garbage cans in the room and the staff had none either. Other than that we wanted to go again this weekend and stay at the same place but they were booked up solid. Planning ahead for next weekend! We will be staying here every time we go to San Antonio!
