Fräscht hotell med modern och trevlig design på rum och badrum. Läget tråkigt i kontorskvarter.

Följande noterade vi om hotellet: Gym: dålig luft, dåligt med utrustning (endast 3 maskiner). Duschen som skulle användas inför bad och gymet fungerade varken hos herrarna eller damernas. For a one-day-business trip you just can't get it better :-) . The hotel is located very close to S-bahn, which makes it easy to get from and to airport, so location is excellent. When coming quite late for a next day meeting (10 PM) you can still get some decent meal ( try their own burger) served in a bar with friendly and attentive atmosphere. At […] the reception desk, they don’t just ask you if you need internet, no they ask you for how many devices! I’m traveling a lot, and very often you need almost to beg for getting an internet connection, for not mentioning second access, but here it’s a part of their routine. I love it. Room with a panorama window was clean, beds were big and so was the bathroom. Breakfast is as you can expect and if there was something to put a finger on, it will be the scrambled and soft boiled eggs, which didn’t live up to my expectation, but it rarely does in a hotel restaurant is my experience. Like most guests, I found the Eurostars Grand Central hotel to be very lovely, and it met my high expectations. It was ideally located -- just a couple stops away from the Marienplaz, and easily accessible with a direct route via the airport trains (S1 and S8). The hotel was a short walk from the S-bahn train station (5 min), though we got lost trying […] to find the hotel when we first arrived at 10pm. Best directions to get there is to head North-West from the station, down the bridge toward the PWC building. Turn left at the first intersection, on Arnulfstrasse St, walk half-a-block, and you'll find the hotel will be on your left side. The rooms were well appointed and spacious, like American hotels. The bathroom was chic and modern, with a great "waterfall-type" shower head and a towel warmer! Though it was odd that they didn't have a soap dish for the sink or shampoo and conditioner to offer. The king sized bed was comfortable, despite them not being pillowtop beds, like they have at the Westins and Sheratons! I liked that they gave us complimentary wifi and there was a mini-bar in the rooms. The best part was the breakfast buffet! It was pricey but delicious. They actually had smoked salmon, jamon serrano, and freshly-squeezed orange juice...! You could also order special-made coffee drinks such as an espresso and cappucinos. It was one of the best breakfast buffets I've eaten, and I would gladly go back to that hotel just for that. Overall, I was quite pleased with our experience and would be happy to stay there again. Good quality hotel one stop from central station. Close to local s-bahn station. All was very good except the sauna let it down a bit.

My wife and I liked this hotel and the staff. The decor is modern and very comfortable. My wife liked the large bathroom with the tub/shower. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. The only convenience we expected that the hotel didn't provide was an ice maker on one or more of the floors. We had to go to the bar for ice which the bartender was glad to […] supply. Mass transit is close and easy to use. We took the train from the airport to the Hackerbruke stop. Unfortunately the elevator didn't work when we arrived so we had to climb the steps with our luggage. It was working within a day or two. (If you take the train from the airport you will exit the train either north or south of the bridge above. Find the elevator and take it to the bridge level. Turn right out of the elevator and walk about 100 meters to the crossing street. Turn left and go about another 100 meters to get to the hotel entrance. The street name is hard to find since it is on a blue plaque on the nearby buildings and not on the traffic light pole.) We will definitely try to stay there the next time we go to Munich. Läs mer

This was a very well fitted out hotel - very smart and modern. Stunning bathroom and spacious room, just what we were looking for on a weekend break. 3 minutes walk to the nearest train station which takes you right into the city centre in no time at all. Very convienient considering the frequency of the the trains. Would recommend.

As a long-time former resident of, and now frequent visitor to, Munich, I was a bit surprised to find that I didn't know about this hotel. Given that I needed to stay a few days the first weekend of the Oktoberfest, my hotel choices were a bit limited and expensive, but this one was convenient and very comfortable. I found the staff to be very helpful […] and welcoming and enjoyed the 5th floor pool and sauna area. It was also reasonably close to the Oktoberfest W'iesn and not far from the Hauptbahnhof. A bit pricing for the type of room, but perhaps that was due to being there at Oktoberfest. Overall the hotel is very nice, but may not be worth the cost.

Good for family but you have to carry your lauguge by your self cuz there is no bill boy

Nice hotel in a quite part of Munich, near the central station. The Hotel staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, I would definatly stay there again

The good points: hotel looks excellent, rooms too. Friendly reception, good breakfast The bad: House keeping pays very little attention to detail, the cleaning was ok but they didn't replenish shampoo and they never changed the dirty glasses for clean ones. In fact, they just filled them up with water and left them there for me to wash (I don't know […] if they expect me to pack dish washing soap and sponges). The bed was very uncomfortable, very hard mattress, I know some people like this but for me it was almost painful to sleep there. The gym has only 3 cardio machines. I guess they didn't want to spoil the minimalist design but they could at least include a few hand weights, mats and something to clean the machines after use (they had dirt and sweat stains from previous user). Easily accessible by train or tram. Has supermarket and shops nearby. New and clean room, with lots of space available to let me leave my two huge suitcases widely open. Close to train station, subway and Marienplatz. Since it's new, it was very clean and very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay and very afordable.

The hotel was located very conveniently to the Central Station. We only found out when we were leaving that there was a closer station, literally around the corner which is on the rail link 1 and 8 and goes directly to the Airport. There is a tram stop outside the hotel which meant that travel into the centre of the city was very easy to do. The location […] of the hotel while safe was not exactly tourist focussed. The area seems to be a business district and at the weekend was very quiet with many of the buildings empty. The high point of the hotel for me though was the bed which was by far the most comfortable bed I have had the pleasure to sleep in. It was huge too and not just two single beds pushed together. The pool and sauna on the top floor looked lovely but I did not have time to use them as we were out of the hotel exploring the city for most of the day. The restaurant did not open in the evening and as we did not have breakfast as part of the package I don't know how the food rated. There was a nice bar area but again it did not seem to be overly used. The hotel felt like a very good and efficient business hotel with a sideline in tourist accommodation. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is not too concerned about having the city on their doorstep and is happy to travel the 15 minutes by tram to get to the heart of the city. Läs mer

A bit pricey, but wonderful hotel. Less than a year old. Staff was very helpful and rooms were very comfortable. Site was convenient (4 tram stops) to the main train station. Breakfast was a bit exorbitant (18 €) but great variety of foods.

Great Hotel, rooms were largest of our three weeks in europe, breakfast was great and plentiful,. Close to tram and surface train stop .Staff was great , Claudia at front desk was great and Fabrize in the lounge was exceptional. Definately reccomend this place

This hotel is SO beautiful. The rooms are huge, bathrooms are huge with cool tile, the bed is king size. The pool is gorgeous (more cool tile) and there is a sauna too.. Built in 2009 so there aren't any funky smells or old-hotel nastiness. It's only a 4 minute walk to the train station and it's only 3 stops to Marienplatz. this is a modern hotel within 15 minutes of the city centre by foot. there is a tram stop on the doorstep where a tram will take you to the centre in under two minutes. the rooms are comfortable, roomy enough and have good bathroom facilities. as in most hotels the mini-bar in the room was expensive. there is a (smallish) pool and gym and a roof terrace […] which has views over parts of the city. the receptionist was very helpful and staff are very polite and unobtrusive. there is free internet access in the lobby and they'll even print documents for you. the buffet breakfast was pretty good (although i don't like having to make my own toast!) although we didn't eat (apart from breakfast) in the hotel restaurant/bar the menu looked good. there isn't much more to say other than i would recommend it as it seems to represent decent value. i would stay there again. We arrived after a 12-hour flight and the staff allowed us to check in even at 6am. Totally unexpected but very understanding of the staff. Thank you, again. Clean rooms, nice environs, nice pool, and great searise view from the rooftop. Only qualm is the "white residue" coated in the interior of the thermal airport when i used on first day. Tried […] to wash them off but to no avail. But the chambermaid managed to clear this "white residue" without my asking, and i am very thankful for this considerable service. The room was gorgeous and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the sights a railway and there is a convienient tram stop just outside the hotel.

My Wife and myself were looking for a romantic holiday and chose what we thought was a premium hotel in Munich, the EuroStars Grand Central, for which we paid a premium price. The problem started when we were using the pool/sauna the first night and we were told that the area was closed, this was well before the posted time. The security guard was rude […] and informed us it was "Too Bad". When I asked for the managers name I was told he was sleeping. The front desk night manager was polite but wasn't empowered to do anything to solve the problem, all the while the "security man" was smirking at the end of the counter. The mark of a premium hotel is service. Eurostars Munichs Manager and staff are unprofessional and unresponsive. I will not book anything related to Eurostars resorts ever again. If you have the choice of Eurostars and another chain in Munich Germany or any where else in the world I would suggest you NOT BOOK EUROSTARS. Awesome modern hotel with a very friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful and modern. Quite likely one of the most beautiful sexy rooms I've ever had.

As a previous reviewer wrote, the hotel is a fair walking distance from the Central station. I recommend taking the tram. To get to the tram all you need do is exit the station and walk straight across the vehicle traffic lane to the tram stop. The trams run frequently enough that at best you will have a ten minute wait. Three stops from central station […] and you are at the hotel. This hotel would make a great location for Octoberfest. I walked from the hotel and it is a 15 minute walk to the site. Läs mer

This is a very clean hotel that has comfortable rooms and good amenities. I had to move here from a 5* hotel and I have to say that the room in this hotel was for superior to the hotel I moved from. The location here is very close to the train station and there is a constant stream of taxis waiting out the front which makes getting around the city quite […] convienient. I travel to Munich often and I will be making this hotel my new base from now on. It does not boast the old world charm of my previous hotel, but the room is cheaper and much nicer to spend a few days in. I recommend this place highly for all travellers and if you stay, be sure to visit Munich's oldest beer garden just down the road and have a stein of Augustines. Like i said - a great location. An efficient,airy, ultra-modern and stylish hotel with a touch of luxury. There was only one fault......that when one requests a 'double' room, as most couples will, one gets two single beds pushed together. Nice comfortable beds admittedly, but what's the point of a romantic get-away weekend if the beds keep separating at the slightest hint of amorous […] activity. And where's the romance in falling through the gap during a moment of passion? Surely all this hotel needs to do to make themselves a pretty perfect low-budget destination is to produce some form of simple clip to attach the bed legs to each other. Indeed so common is this problem that they'd probably make a fortune by patenting and distributing the device to the many other hotels that equally dont seem to care that their clients cant 'get together' across two single beds! This hotel has only been opened since September. Rooms are a good size and have excellent shower facilities. The glass between the bedroom and shower is interesting, see thru from the bedroom side. The hotels is about a 25minute walk straight down to the old section of town. The tram stop is right outside the door, with the subway also close. Overall […] I would recommend the hotel. The Eurostars Hotel in the Arnulfstrasse in Muenich is one of the most comfortable hotels I know. Spacious room with extremely comfortable kingsize bed. A luxurious bathroom with Great shower and tub. The breakfast is fantastic and the service is overall perfect. The reception desk personel is professional and very helpfull. Stayed here for Oktoberfest. I have stayed in many hotels in Europe, this is by far one of the best. Very modern style, friendly staff, very close to the u bahn/s bahn, and about a 10 minute walk to Oktoberfest. Staff was very friendly and I had no problem with only speaking english. There is not really good eating spots near by, but the u bahn was […] so close it did not matter. Bathroom was very nice, shower was amazing. There is a very nice gym and pool on top floor. We checked in 3 weeks after they opened, and it was beautiful and clean. There were 3 of us - one adult couple and one single adult, and they accommodated us with a nice rollaway bed. It's really close to Oktoberfest location, which is the time of year when we went; and the uban and trains are close. There is even one tram that took us from the front […] all the way to Nymphemburg Palace, which you should go see. New, Modern, Quiet & Clean. Loved the room...Super bed, shower & bathroom. Free wireless was fast. Will stay again if price is right.

We were three people - one couple and a friend - and they got us an extra bed in the room for our friend. It was open only 3 weeks when we were there - clean, friendly (by German standards) and even though not close to Marienplatz, it was easy to get to as the station was nearby. Ein neues Designhotel in München in der Maxvorstadt nicht weit weg vom Busbahnhof. Alles noch neu und in sehr gutem Zustand (Hotelbilder entsprechen der Realität). Das Restaurant kann man empfehlen.
