Betygsatt av en Hotels.com-gäst feb 11, 2013Bästa frukosten hittills i Usa, äggröra skinka med salsa. Det fanns gröt bröd yoghurt frukt osv. Jätte fina rum med ute plats, skön säng och många tv kanaler även soffa och skrivbord. Vi vart glatt överraskade när vi kom över hur trevligt hela stället var. Vi fick även kvällsmat (mån-tors). Ca 10 min biltur med mycket trafik till America airline center. Enda negativa var att det var lite svårt att hitta restaurang på gång avstånd. Men det rekommenderas att bo här!

"Nice New Motel"
Nice, clean, and new hotel. Service was average. Rooms were really nice and spacious. Indoor pool had such strong chlorine it burned our eyes. "Breakfast" deal with reservation was one meal item with undercooked food. I would not recommend the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. It is super clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel location is excellent. We stayed there for 2 nights and had basically everything within walking distance. You can shop, eat or just relax without having to drive. If a room stays vacant for a couple days, the room can become stale. I will make sure to communicate to our housekeeping staff to make sure to check rooms daily to keep this from happening. "nothing even remotely bad to say"
I don't even have one complaint about this hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious decor, friendly and helpful staff, coffee ready downstairs when you want it. Oh the pool and hottub were under maintenance. I felt this should have been done during the week. We had plans to hottub at some point during our stay, but were unable.Verifierad gästrecension

Our contractors gave us little notice as all hotels have to comply with new ADA standards and install a chair lift for each body of water in their facility. The great news is the project is complete and we are in complete compliance with the new mandate. Upon your next visit, the hot tub and indoor pool will be ready for you to enjoy.

I would like to apologize that our pool and hot tub had to be shut down temporarily. Our contractor gave us little notice of installation as all hotels need to comply with new ADA requirements of a pool lift. The great news is that the lift has been installed and the pool area is open for everyone's enjoyment.

We checked in at 3:30, we had 2 adjoining rooms. One room had a balcony, which was lovely. We had a party of 9 and no one was tripping over each other. The hotel smelled so good when I walked in! My room and bed were very comfortable. The balcony made for a nice and relaxing view. The only thing is that I checked in in a Friday night when there was a lot of bar/restaurant/Allen event center traffic so parking around the hotel was scarce but there were spots in the parking garage. Being surrounded by almost 50 restaurants, many of them within walking distance, parking your car and not having to use it for the remainder of your stay is very beneficial. We are working to add microwaves to all guest rooms. They are currently in all suites and rooms with 2 queen beds. We look forward to accommodating you again and having the microwave that you request at that time.

We had a celebration planned. We wanted a hotel that was close to the places we wanted to go. We were able to walk to the bars that we wanted to go to, and not worry about drinking and driving. We checked in over the Christmas holidays. The hotel staff seemed to be more on vacation than present, only one person ever at the front desk, housekeeping was so poor that the hotel rebated the cost of one of the rooms for the entire stay.
