Prisvärt hotell med fantastisk service, inget för den som är handikappad eller hjärtfel pga alla trappor . Fantastisk mat, städ varje dag och två vattenflaskor på rummet varje dag. Deposition vid incheckning på 2000 baht . Får tillbaka dem vid utcheckning, tycker det va skönt att veta detta innan vi checkade in. Jag och min tonårsdotter bodde här i 4 nätter. Vi trivdes bra. Otroligt vacker utsikt över Karon stranden. Ok rum, men sängen va väldigt hård. Bra service. Hotellet fixar taxi till bra pris. Jag och en kompis bokade det här hotellet för våra första 3 nätter i phuket. Otroligt prisvärt! Det går en trappa ner från hotellet till stranden, men den var inte så farligt lång. Jag och min tjejkompis reser runt i Thailand och tänkte boka ett lite "lyxigare" hotell första nätterna. Blev väldigt besvikna på både personal, underhåll av hotellet och rummen. Balkongen var full med små djur och toaletten var otrevlig. Vi hade högre förväntningar, eftersom bilderna visar något helt annat än hur det ser ut i verkliga livet. Ett enkelt hotell men hyffsat ok. Rummens standard skiljer sig mycket,det gäller att ha tur... Högt, fantastiskt läge med en underbar djungelvy ifrån balkongen. Mycket motion får man i alla trappor, 120 steg, alla i olika bredd och höjd, ifrån rummet till stranden. Ensidig frukostmeny- snålt med bara 1 kopp kaffe eller te. Önskas mera kostar det extra! Personalen […] vänlig och hjälpsam men de har en hel del kvar att lära.... t.ex. hur man arrangerar barbiquekväll som äger rum varje söndag kväll. Städningen utav rummen bra. Ett trevligt hotell som definitivt är värt den lilla slant vi la för de två veckor vi bodde där. En underbar havsutsikt och ett bra läge, om du vill komma undan ett annars hektiskt Karon / Kata. 2 minuters avstånd från stranden. God mat och tillmötesgående, service minded och vänlig personal. Quiet location compared to Patong. Easy access to Karon beach through a walk on the beach (beats walking on side of road dodging vehicles and going up and down hills). Pretty dissent place with nice views only if you are continuing your trip through Phuket otherwise inconvenient as main destination.

Great value for the money. The room is clean but near zero storage for your cloth. The location of the place is very good! There are steps to climb, but the views from the room compensates for the effort. The bungalows are at the far end of the beach in a beatutiful setting. I stay in this hotel 4 night , the room is not clean and in the first night we had a huge spider. The location is very far form everything & you can't go out without a taxi & it's very Expensive To take taxi every time .

We had a great time at Karon Cliff, the staff were superb, they couldn't do enough for you, especially Noi, taxi driver, chef come everything he did. Also his wife and all the other staff were lovely too. The place could do with a lick of paint and the stairs going down to the beach need some new railings as some of them were broken.

For a 2.5 star hotel i have stayed in 4 star hotels in Austrlia when travelling for work that were of similar quality. The rooms are clean (and cleaned on a daily basis if you want), laundry is done at the hotel for a very reasonable rate and on the same day if you drop it at reception in the morning. They offer a tourist booking service that is competitive […] with prices in Karon itself with the added benefit of the staff being there to chase up the Transport if it is running late. All the staff are fantastic and very very pleasant and helpfull, the all you can eat BBQ on a Sunday night is well worth going to and breakfast on the verandah looking out over the beach is fantastic. If you are going to stay here make sure you eat at Kai's restaurant on the beach, sitting on the beach with the waves lapping at your feet while enjoying some nice Thai food and a cold beer for lunch is a great experience, make sure you visit Kai's restaurant in downtown Karon as well then treat yourself to a Banana pancake with Chocolate on the way back. Loved Karon Cliff! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, very helpful in coordinating our activities and transfers. Karon Cliff is located at the very North end of Karon Beach and just a few stairs from the sand. The staff was very friendly and accomodating with a free breakfast in the morning and with setting up tours and transportation. Rooms are modest, beds are hard, and you'll get a work out on the stairs but it's worth it!

great location for a beautiful, quiet part of the beach. as far as comfort goes, definitely a 2 star hotel. the beds are terrible, but we asked for and were given extra blankets for padding. rooms are spacious, but do have bugs. the staff sprayed a few times for ants after we asked, and that was helpful. there are a lot of stairs. if you go on a tour, […] expect to walk and wait at the top of the road for the van to pick you up. most tours pick you up and drop you off right at your hotel, but they wont here. no one wants to drive down the steep road, and a lot of drivers dont even know where it is. so you will have to wait at the top of the road. we usually waited between 20 and 30 min for our vans. the beach is a trek down a lot of stairs, but that didnt bother me. the staff is very nice and helpful. stayed in Karon cliff for four days. hotel has friendly staff and is in a lovely location overlooking the beach and surrounded by gardens. room itself was basic - adequate but not much more. shower didn't work properly and was a bit dirty. lots of insects and lizards found their way in the room during the night which is probably to be expected in thailand […] but could have done without it! if you want somewhere in a nice resort for a decent price, then stay here. if you're looking for luxury then definitely go elsewhere. There aren't many hotels in Phuket directly on the beach. The steps were steep, but we didn't have to cross a road to get to the public beach. Lots of drink/snack options and chairs on Karon beach, much less crowded than other beaches we visited. The restaurant's food was very good and the hotel staff was very friendly and fun.
