Bra hotell med god service och Starbucks kaffe

Stort rum och jätte fina sängar där du kan ställa in hårdheten i madrassen, men en unken lukt i ett av våra bokade rum. Hotell-Baren var stängd lördag eftermiddag/förkväll och söndag fram till 17.00. Poolbaren var stängd de tre dygnen vi var där. Vi fick ej sitta ute på morgonen och beställa frukost, utan den fick vi äta innomhus.

Stora och rymliga rum. Hotellet är fräsht. Gratis parkering om man bor på hotellet. Ligger en supermarket i närheten där man kan handla frukost. Man behöver bil för att ta sig till disney om man ej känner för att ta taxi.

Vi var mycket nöjda med hotellet som hade fantastiska stora sängar. Området var intressant med många goda restauranger. Hotellets lägge är perfekt, nära till allt, Sea World, Universal studio, Outlet - 5 min med bil. Vi skulle stanna där igen. Nära hotellet finns det mataffärer, så att man kan köpa bröd och pålägg till frukost.

Ett riktigt bra hotell att vara på när du ska utforska alla parker i Orlando! Vi hade ett rum med två queensize sängar, till familj på fyra. Fungerade super! Med hyrbil fungerar läget perfekt, hotellet har också shuttleservice till parkerna, men man blir bunden till tider, vilket inte är enkelt i parkerna som är STORA! Billigt var det också att bo, […] då vi hade bra rabatter när vi bokade. Frukost ingår inte, vilket är standard i USA, fanns dock olika alternativ på hotellet eller att köpa själv och ha i kylen på rummet. Skulle kunna bo där igen. Läs mer

Vi hade en underbar vistelse i Orlando som främst berodde på det fina vädret och härliga stunder i många nöjesparker, men också för att vi var utvilade efter en natts sömn. Det fick vi tack vare Radissons fina sleep-number sängar. Dessa sängar höjer vi till skyarna. Hotellet är i övrigt mycket rent och snyggt utan att vara lyxigt. Med kylskåp på rummet […] kunde vi köpa det vi behövde i en närliggande supermarket, vilket medförde att vi höll kostnaden för frukost nere. Hotellet ligger ganska centralt mellan de olika parkerna vilket passade oss bra. Man måste dock köra bil till alla parkerna eller åka med den kostnadsfria bussen som passerar hotellet. Restaurangen på hotellet var i vårt tycke "sisådär" och tog lång tid på sig att få fram det man beställde. Vi kan klart rekommendera detta hotell. Läs mer

Hotellet är i behov av renovering. Rummen är väldigt smutsiga, särskilt heltäckningsmattan. Städpersonalen försöker fräscha upp rummen genom att spreja rikligt med "luktgott". Tyvärr hjälper detta föga. Stod ut i två nätter sedan bytte jag hotell. Väldigt lyhört också. Finns inget intressant inom gångavstånd. The hotel is in terrible condition. The carpet is disgusting, the keys to the room didn't work, the sleep number bed didn't work. The place need to be rennovated.

My only complaint would be the beds. Apparently all rooms come with these Sealy beds that adjust however neither one of my beds adjusted because the controls were broken or without batteries. So one bed was so inflated that it felt arched and the other was way too soft. Other than that the hotel was great.

Bed were nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, but cold, and the breakfast was horrible for 7.99 a person and we thought it was continental... no after my kids and i took our old danish and box of cerial and last glass of orange juice the lady had the nerve to come and ask for a voucher, i looked confused i'm sure and to find out not everyone gets […] continental breakfast and asked us to pay 24.00 that's CRAZY !! very poor decision and poor variety prob wouldn't stay there again. Room was very large and very clean, great location close to express way and many shops and restaurants. A few things in the room were broken, my safe did not work and an outlet had something jammed inside it so I could not use it either.

Why won’t I stay at the Radisson again? The price was Excellent (although the resort fee didn’t show up until I was ready to pay), the location Great, the staff Pleasant, the room large and clean, free parking, working out at the adjacent Y (although we never did since they closed at 8:30 p.m.) – all made this an excellent place BUT (and I can’t emphasize […] this enough) the lack of sound proofing was horrible. We stayed five nights. Luckily only two nights were we awakened by crying babies or loud voices. The connecting door allowed noises to go through like tissue paper. I even heard someone get out of bed. If you need to guarantee yourself a good night’s sleep, don’t stay here. Plus the sleep number bed, which sounded wonderful, didn’t work. Liked the hotel and the pool area. Needs a few umbrellas for comfort. Area outside of pool needs lawn maintenance work. Too many weeds and trash in area. Location is great, but the amenities are all quite expensive. Restaurant was not open while we were there. Told we could get daily newspaper at desk, but was never available.

I must say that my stay here was a surprising treat. I only spent one night in transit but was wowed by the service as well as the up keep of the room. Well worth it!!!

Comfortable stay. Positives: Large room made it a lot more comfortable, in room refrig and large TV, adjustable beds and plenty of towels, Friendly front desk staff , comfortable outdoor furniture and good location. Negatives: Room close to ice machine was noisy early am. Carpet in the room well worm. Would stay at this hotel again.

Will never stay at this hotel again. Vending machines not working, front desk had no cash to give you change, hotel bar did not take credit cards and service was horrible. Coffee shop had several different options listed on wall but person behind the counter said there was no need to choose...... they were all the same.

Worst Radisson I ever stayed in, needs plenty of maintenance. For my three day stay, I was without water for six hours, Both phones did not work, fan in bathroom did not work, and i also had to climb 7 flights of stairs one evening because elevator inoperable. Our stay was for a week and I have to say that our stay was pleasant. Only minor details that needed to be addressed to make our stay a little better. The pros would have to be the price per night, location, helpful staff, and free wifi. The staff was very helpful when I needed assistance to fax documents and they went above and beyond in order to get […] it done. The only thing that I would have to say that the cons would be was that the water pressure in the shower was very low and one of the bed was very noisy that a simple movement in bed would be annoying. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and oh yeah..the YMCA next door was awesome and having access to it was very rewarding. Will definitely come back and stay here again in the future!! Läs mer

We booked a prepaid stay at the Radisson Hotel Orlando on Hotels.com. We booked a 2 queen room, but quickly realized we really wanted a suite. We called the hotel and they said no problem, they would update the computer and we would get the suite at no extra charge. When we arrived, we had the original 2 queen room and could not get a suite because […] they were sold out, even though 2 months earlier when we booked, we were told it was all set. Whatever...we took the 2 queen room and were going to settle. Until we heard the drunkards in the room shouting through the paper thin walls at 2 am. A call to the front desk earned us 20 minutes of quiet before the shouting began again. The walls are so thin I could hear the people in the next room using the bathroom while we laid in bed. The next morning, we went down to the front desk where we were told they would have a suite for us and would move our bags into the new room. We came back later that night, they gave us the room number and we went upstairs to find...a 1 king bed room, instead of a 1 bedroom suite. Slightly inconvenient for 2 adults and 2 kids. At this point I was done dealing with the inept front desk staff. My girlfriend and her daughters split the king bed and I was dumped on the typical thin, lumpy hotel grade fold out couch. Läs mer

We were very pleased with the service, staff, accommodations, location. We had heard a few negative remarks but they seemed untrue. The hotel does need a little refresher but otherwise great for the price!!!!
