Jag har bott på många hotell men för detta saknar jag nästan ord! Men, för att så många som möjligt ska få chansen att bo här ska jag göra ett försök! Jag bodde här i 3 nätter i början av februari 2013. Det började med ett varmt mottagande redan utanför hotellet där väskorna i snabb fart försvann upp till rummet. Därefter följde en privat rundtur genom hotellet, för att bekanta sig det och för att få veta vad som fanns för ditt välmående. Rummet var oklanderligt med den utsikt över Eiffeltornet jag alltid velat ha! Hela hotellet har en atmosfär av lugn och skönhet där man känner sig "hemma". Personalen är gränslös i sin förmåga och vilja att tillmötesgå minsta önskan. Tala om serviceminded UTAN falska leeden! Där har vi verkligen de som ger service ett ansikte när service är som bäst! Det var nästan för bra för att vara sant! Visst, det kostar en slant att bo där men OM du en gång i livet ska kosta på dig ett lyxhotell i Paris - välj detta!! Du kommer inte att ångra dig! Det är HELT UNDERBART! Kontakta gärna hotellet innan du åker dit om du har speciella önskemål som exvis om utsikt mot Eiffeltornet. Alla talar mycket god engelska och kommer att göra sitt bästa för just DIG! Jag kommer att återvända!

Bra bemötande av personal som alla talade engelska, bra frukost fanns en hel del att välja mellan. Nära till tunnelbana som tog dig i princip över hela Paris. Promand avstånd från Notre Dame, ca 20 min nära till bra bargata längs San Sebastepol. Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt besök :)

Mycket bra hotell med kanonläge precis vid Champs Elysée nära Triumfbågen. Modernistiskt intrett på ett rätt speciellt sätt, men mycket fräscht. Rent och snyggt och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Great location just off the Champs, but be careful after midnight. Hotel design querky but fun. but just a little soulless. Expensive for what it is but you are paying for the location, but only for shopping - if you want to be near some of the attractions I'm sure you will find better value. "ideal location, comfortable hotel"
2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe off the Champs across the street from the Luis Vuitton Flagship store.... very comfortable bed, great bath ( one of the best and largest we had in France) with double sink. Room was dark with interior courtyard (roof) view and normal small french size room. Minibar was limited and overpriced. Hotel was very pretty and […] immaculately clean. Staff was not that helpful. They were polite but did not go out of their way to be helpful. I spoke enough French to get by but would have been in trouble if I just had to speak English. Breakfast was adequate and typically priced. There was no complimentary coffee service. I would stay there again, but might look at what else there is in Paris beforehand with so many hotels. "Great location, great value"
Great location if you like the Champs Elysees, sightseeing and shopping. Hotel is very clean and modern. Breakfast is expensive for what you get however it is fresh but I would recommend having breakfast in one the nice cafes in the neighbourhood for this price.Verifierad gästrecension

"Very convenient and comfortable"
This hotel is on a side street just off the Champs Elysees. Also on that street, on the same block as the hotel are at least 5 or 6 decent restaurants serving good food at reasonable prices. I liked the hotel as much for this reason as for the property quality. As the hotel website shows clearly, the rooms are decorated in a trendy and vibrant way that […] adds to the overall experience. The room had the advertized queen bed that used almost the entire room, but this was no problem for us as we used the room just for sleeping and bathing. The bath facilities were very good. Shower had plenty of pressure and didn't flood the place the way so many other French hotel showers do. The free wi-fi was fast and reliable. Really enjoy our stay. The hotel is unique in many ways that was very intriging. For instance when we got to our floor the walls are black and the lights are on a sensor. This hotel is ideally located for a visit to Paris. Our room was quite small but had everything that was needed. The decor was modern and 'arty' and very welcome after staying in larger chain hotels. The location is great. The staff were very pleasant, and accommodating to leave my luggage long after checkout time since my flight was so late. The bathroom was huge, and with a jacuzzi, and a separate shower. There is a separate toilet room. The room is small, but this is Paris. "Cristal Champs Elysees"
This hotel was in a perfect location for my trip. It was right on the middle of the champs elysees, on one of the side streets, and right around the corner from the metro, George V Station on the champs elysees. Hotel room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels left out. We had to leave our keys at reception every day so the room could get cleaned, […] and they must have cleaned them right away, as one morning we returned an hour and a half later and the room was immaculate. I wasn't sure about leaving my keys in the hotel every day, I assume they would have a master key to all rooms like most other hotels. The shower in my room was interesting, in the bedroom there was a blind that pulled up to see into the shower, but was almost mirrored on the inside of the shower, so if you were sharing the room and the blind was pulled up, whoever you were sharing with could see into the shower but you couldn't see out unless you pressed your face right up against the glass, almost like interrogation rooms in police stations you see on tv. "Great weekend in June"
We had a very positive experience. The hotel is good value. It has a very modern appeal and is funky and upbeat in its image.The staff were wonderful - always welcoming, personal and helpful. The rooms are small - but this is typical of Paris. It is very very accessible to all the major attractions on the Champs Elysee. It is 2 minutes to the Lido, […] about 200m from the Arc de Triomph, walking distance to Bateau Mouches, Eiffel Tour (30min), etc. The street is a bit busy and not the most exclusive of spots. Nice little hotel within walking distance (2 blocks or so) from the Metro at the Arch de Triumph. Staff was friendly and helpful in arranging some tours for us. "Cramped"
I can't imagine that two people would have been comfortable in the room I stayed in which I thought was really too small for any visit more than a day or two long. I, a single woman, stayed for 5 days and felt cramped. In the interest of sleek and "chic" the room was not not as comfortable as it should have been: tiny desk with no drawer so hotel information […] had to be stored on the floor to make room for my computer and business papers; sheets not changed daily; bathroom with a shower floor level with the floor so that it was impossible not to have a river of water pour onto the floor outside when showering. Elevator is sloooow. I walked up and down the circular stairway every day. I never ate in their restaurant because it is sub-terranean and I like some natural light. "Excellent location, great staff, very small rooms"
You cannot ask for more when it comes to location. Everything is handy and about a few steps from George V station. Staff are excellent. Would strech their best to serve you. You dont need a tour giude. They are proactive to provide you with whatever help you would need as a tourist. Hotel rooms are too small and there is hardly any space for you to […] move either in the room or on the corridoors. Elevators are too small. Can hardly take your luggages. We carried our luggages through the stairs. There is hardly any space at the lobby too. In summary I would recommend the hotel for its location and the courtesy of staff although they are very less in number. The hotel as a whole doesnt have more than 3-4 staff at a time. "Recommended for Business or Pleasure"
Needed to be in Paris for a few days for work. Tried to get a hotel in the business district of La Defense with no luck so the Champs Elysees area was recommended due to direct Metro link to La Defense. I have to say I'm really pleased I went for this choice as the Business District is really lack lustre, but here you have the best of both worlds being […] a minutes walk to the Champs Elysee, 10 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe yet only 10-15 minutes by Metro to La Defense. Also this hotel is really individual and funky, certainly not what you would find in a regular chain hotel. It's all very clean and new. The staff are very helpful and didn't mind printing a boarding pass out for me. My only small gripe is that the breakfast was an average buffet style, for an extra cost and next time I might go to a nearby patisserie instead.
