Great rooms and helpful staff. The only minus was the poor breakfast... Waffels with syrup is not my treat and the scramled eggs were soooo dry. I bought my own breakfast and kept it in my fridge in my room.

"Excellent for the price"
I stayed here with a friend. We took the bus to the Desert Botanical Garden (~35 mins each way). The bus stop was right across the street, and it was only $2 each way, much cheaper than taking a taxi. We also walked to Chase Field. It was an easy walk. "Very helpful staff and good location Downtown"
This was our second time staying here. The couple who run the hotel and the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is in a good location in Downtown Phoenix. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The rooms have been recently refurbished and also have wifi, aircon, microwave, fridge and hairdryer, iron and ironing board. "On the way to the grand canyon"
Generally spoken, is the hotel a good deal. Equipment is quite new, parking spots are available and downtown is only 5 minutes away. I did not like that the person at the front desk refused to print me out an invoice as I had booked via hotels.com.Verifierad gästrecension

"Best Value in the Area"
The hotel isn't much to look at from the outside, but the rooms are newly renovated and were very clean upon arrival. Free Wi-Fi! Full DirecTV lineup! We were very impressed with this place. Location is short walk to Central Ave, and light rail station. 15 min walk to Chase Field/US Airways, with lots of restaurants in that radius. Check in was quick and friendly. Room, although not spacious was well decorated. Beds were as comfortable as most 4 stars at which we have stayed. Bathroom very clean, […] lots of hot water. "Great Value for the Money and Close to Airport"
We used this hotel only for a very short overnight stay. Our flight landed at midnight, and we needed a place to get some rest before traveling to our next destination. The hotel is less than five miles from the airport, and late check in was not a problem: fast and easy. Older style, small motel near downtown that was recently renovated. Room was a bit small but nice & comfortable. Good TV, WiFi & bed. AC was a little noisy but not unusual for motel style room. Dead bolt on door didn't work smoothly (had to push down on door to get it to work). Shuttle service from airport (contracted by hotel) got messed up and I had […] to take taxi at 12:30 am. "Good value for the price"
I came to Phoenix for a conference. The hotel is ~15 min by foot to the convention center and I didn't have any concerns walking downtown at night. The room was clean, had a fridge and microwave, and a remodeled bathroom. The bed was comfortable with a new alarm clock. The breakfast was somewhat spartan (coffee and powder creamer, juice, apples, bananas, […] and some sweets) and the wireless pretty slow with a weak signal in my room. Hotel was OK, clean enough to spend a night. They advertise breakfast.... Don't be fulled! There is not breakfast. In the tiny corner they have an old bun or something and brown liquid called coffee. My wife had a conference in Pheonix downtown and ABV was at reasonable walking distance from conference center, and not very expensive. The Ad promise swiming pool, which does not exist. OK pro's: location is OK if you have to stick to downtown Fridge in room ac OK, also noisy free shuttle to/from airport near trax line (trax also serve airport) near […] decent MacDonalts near restorants in downtown managment is friendly breakfast (basic and lim supply, but better than nothing bed was comfortable Con's: managment is friendly, but lazy (we have to ask a fresh towels), and not very experienced (the hotel is handled by nice young indian couple), we asked shuttle to 3pm, and were woked up at 3am. -the neigberhood is not great.
