coffee shop & the swimming pool was so small , guest attitude not friendly as well as the shuttle bus twice a day to the town for just singel trip . Breakfast was crowd almost every morning and the food quality was bad and lacking of fresh fruit at all times

The rooms were ok but nothing more. No furniture out on the balcony, where it would be cozy to sit and watch the view. The kingsize bed was two beds, which went apart all the time since they had wheels on them so we could only sleep on one of them. Didn't like the breakfast very much. No yoghurt or "european breakfast" to choose from. The pool area […] was nice but it was a race every morning to get a sunbed. All the elderly people got a bed because they woke up early. There were only about 25 beds around the pool so we could never get a spot! Not good. No fresh orange juice in the bar. No one swam in the ocean because of the sign "beware of jelly fish, swim at your own risk!". NOT GOOD. The ocean wasn't clear and looked dirty. Also they made fireworks in the middle of the night on beach! The area surrounding the hotel wasn't good. Nowhere to cross the road. Nowhere to shop clothes etc. A beware! Great place to relax. Nice rooms , good breakfast. Not much near the hotel but buses stop at the entrance to go anywhere. On the beach but could not swim due to jelly fish season. Very nice pool area but need more pool chairs . Great place if you you want to just relax

The only bad thing about this hotel is that they had a bird chained to a stick the whole day, he had a chain around his leg and that keept him on the stick the whole day. The rest of the hotel was nice and we enjoyed our night there:)

For lovers of see view, good place to stay, but the hotel needs a total refurbrishment because most of their facilities are old and need urgent replacement. But in terms of value for money and to hide away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is a nice and quiet place to stay.

Rooms were very basic. Room walls need painting, need new linen and towels.

Expensive but not worth it. Breakfast not satisfied.

Good breakfast, nice balconies, family-friendly, nice staff. Local bus works perfectly and the busstops are infront of the hotel. On the other side of the street there is 2 wonderful restaurants. We had two different rooms and we had slight problems with both bathrooms.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. The hotel used to have a great breakfast serving. We purposely choose to stay at this hotel again because of the great breakfast. However, in this second stay, the quality of the breakfast has deteriorated so badly that we rather skip breakfast and eat out.

The hotel has a good view if you opt for the sea-view rooms. The cleanliness is average - both of the rooms as well as the other parts like lobby. The food too was average. The location is REALLY good, the bus stand is right in front, you can even get cabs easily. Budget restaurants are also right in front. Water activities like jet ski, sailing, […] etc, are also extremely close by ... just a stone's throw away. Not too bad. Läs mer

it was a great days in flamingo hotel..

Quite difficult to drive into hotel. Some signs along the way will help. Also parking can be difficult. Once the upper open level is fully parked, it is confusing trying to drive to the lower levels esp for new comers! There are no signs at the right points to direct!! It was easy to find the hotel. The price was reasonable as it comes with breakfast. However, they need to improve on the service standards. The hotel was fully booked and the breakfast was a total mess. The tables were not cleaned properly, food on the floor, the buffet area was messy with droppings of food and the service staff was unattentive and […] no smiles. They opened the Ballroom for breakfast as the coffee house was full. It was explained to me by one of the service team that the food items offered for beakfast at the Ballroom were the same as the coffee house but it were not. Only a few items were served in the Ballroom. In addition, he did not mention that we could go to the coffee house to take the food even if we sat in the Ballroom. The whole breakfast scenario was very disorganized. The toilet bowl in my room was not cleaned properly and the floor was not vacumed as there was alot of hair. The pillow covers were not changed. There was a big stain on one of the covers. Pillows were uncomfortable. The Chinese girl who is not wearing a uniform at the reception needs to smile. She looked so serious, not even a welcome smile. I stayed on the fourth floor and could not sleep because of the loud music. Overall I would recommend this hotel because of its reasonable pricing but they need to improve on the service standards. Friendly staff, beautiful balcony view and big room. We were very happy with the value for money of this hotel, and it is located conveniently between the 'beach' areas and Georgetown. The buses are very easy to use to travel around and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant stay.

I would highly recommend the flamingo by the beach. Great all round service, the rooms are very clean and tidy, the services are great. We had an excellent massage from the Spa, and the entertainment was great. I will be back for sure. Thank you once again guys for a fabulous stay.

The breakfast selection is great in the morning. The location is quite far away from tourist destination. You can take the bus to go to the town or other tourist destination. It's not in walking distance to the eatery place except you want to eat in the hotel. Overall the hotel room is clean and well maintained from the recent upgrade. However, the […] jacuzzi at the pool side need some upgrade. You can see the tiles in the jacuzzi are molding. Läs mer

pluses - we came to PG with local hawker fares in mind, staying at this hotel makes accessing to the different parts of the island very convenient. room is spacious & clean. minuses - bathroom towels need to be changed, it is worn out

Overall, hotel is nice. Prompt check-in and check-out too. The downside of this hotel are slow replenishment on the breakfast buffet and slow in clean up room. As we went out around 9:30am and back to the hotel around 16:30pm, our room wasn't clean up yet. My children enjoyed the pool and beach very much.

Nothing special, except that, it is near to the beach.

The breakfast is the same menu everyday and the taste is not good. Most of the guest take their lunch & dinner in the indian restaurant opposite to the hotel. cheap & better taste.

All in all, the hotel is very good, clean, spacious and location wise was very near to all attractions. May be some chairs on the balcony will help it to be comfortable and food selection was ok and can be further improved.

There are no table & chairs in veranda area while opposite hotel Paradise Beach Hotel has them. No cleaning seems to be done in veranda areas. During my stay, there were fire drills and fire training for 2 days. each time the lifts were out of operations for more than 20 minutes. 一般酒店都会提供梳子，就算不提供，打电话问要的话都会给，这家酒店居然说要executive room才会提供梳子，莫名其妙。in room dining的盘子收拾也不及时，放在走廊会放过夜都没人来收拾。房间简陋，绝对不是四星，准三星吧，房间倒是大，泳池也还满漂亮。

Olimme 9 yötä Flamingossa 2012 helmikuussa. Viikko on kyllä maksimi mitä tuolla kannattaa olla. Plussat: Bussilla 101 pääsee kätevästi Batulle ja Georgetowniin. Aula on ihan näyttävä ja uima-allas aika pitkä, matala tosin. Miinukset: Huono äänieristys kun ovien alla on kolmen sentin raot. Lisäksi kahden huoneen välissä yleensä lukittu väliovi, jonka […] alta kantautuu naapureiden mekastus. Hissejä ja rantatuoleja on liian vähän jos hotellilla on enemmän porukkaa. Aamupalalla aika paljon aasialaisia erikoisuuksia, mutta kai se ihan ok oli kuitenkin. Käytiin yhtenä päivänä Batulla Hard Rock hotellissa ja jäi harmittamaan kun ei sitä oltu varattu. Läs mer

chambre spacieuse, piscine, petit déj sous forme de buffet varié, c'est exactement ce que nous attendions pour un repos de 2 jours en milieu de vacances. La mer est par contre boueuse et la région inintéressante. Attention la chambre "vue colline" donnait sur l’hôtel voisin et sa batterie de climatiseurs...très bruyants.

此處是一間上好的酒店，有好的海㬌只可惜在露台沒有椅子。房間干淨光亮。價錢合理，值得再次光臨。

Most of the staff have very good service attitude. We booked a room with sea view and was assigned to a room one floor higher of an open space fooor views. The open space blocks our views of the beach and makes us feel no privacy. We then asked to change to another roon the second day. The view of the second room was not as good as the original one, […] but more privacy and more clean. The location is at the middle of George town and the National park, which fits for us, as we spent half day in the National park and one day to George town. There is no shopping centre around. Bus stops for both direction are very close to the hotel. It is value for money. Läs mer

酒店大堂酒吧,有菲律賓歌手演唱, 但無硬性消費, 都可欣賞, 值得一讚 !! 另有桌球租用, 費用極低廉, 又讚 !! 海景房面向泳池及大海, 環境滿意 !! 早餐略嫌簡單, 但尚可. 浴室洗手盆竟然捆黑邊, 一大敗筆 !!!

Allover environment is good for relax and vocation. However, the place is just a bit far away from the centre.

Saavuimme hotelliin puoliltaöin, jolloin lähistöllä ei (kuulemma) enää ollut ruokapaikkoja auki. Tilasimme huonepalvelusta 2 annosta, eikä kumpikaan ollut mitä tilattiin. Jätimme tarjottimen huoneen oven ulkopuolelle, jossa se lojui kolmatta päivää. Savuton huone haisi pinttyneelle tupakansavulle, toinen pyyhe oli valmiiksi likainen. 只是因為有小量問題如: 空調滴水, 一兩次停電之類的。

出発かなり直前に予約したのでオーシャンビューは期待していなかったのですが、なんとかベランダから海を望むことができました。海と山に囲まれた素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。（完全海に面した部屋ですともっと素晴らしかったであろうと思われます）ジョージタウンの町までは路線バスで３０分弱かかりますが、それもきっと楽しい思い出になるはずです。車窓からペナンの街並みを楽しめます。目の前がビーチですが、プールでのんびりしても気持ちがいいです。隣町のナイトバザールまでの無料バスがあるのでとても助かりました。（先着９名までです）朝食も欧米風から地元マレーシア風まで楽しめました。もう一度ペナンに行くことがあれば、また泊まってもいいなと思いました。

Hyvä keskitason hotelli lähellä merta.Ranta ei kovin viihtyisä uinnista pitäville.medusoista varoitus.Hotelli itsessään mukava ja palvelu sujui hyvin.Aamiaiset runsaat ja aamiaispaikka viihtyisä.Rento meininki eikä liian luxusta.Parveke merelle,mikä lisäsi viihtyisyyttä.Parvekkeelta puuttuvat kalusteet olivat miinusta.huoneesta täytyi kantaa tuolit […] ja pikkupöytä parvekkeelle,mikäli halusit viettää aikaa sielä.Vähän kuluneet ja yksinkertaiset huoneet,mutta silti viihdyimme!Bussikuljetukset hotellilta keskustaan oli hyvä juttu.Ilta kuljetus Batu Ferringhi rannan puolelle ja iltamarkkinoille oli hyvä juttu myös,mutta paluu oli turhan myöhään.Bussilla kulkeminen oli helppoa,vaikkakin välillä ruuhkaisaa ja matka saattoi kestää.Ilmastointi hyvä,joten takki on hyvä varata silloin mukaan,ettei vilustu.
