I like this hotel very much and will stay there again. It is located a few meters from Metro which is perfect. Unfortunately I cannot recommend food in the bar, however, drinks was perfect :-) Regards

Området runt hotellet är ingen höjdare och vi hittade inga restauranger i närheten. Dock finns metro-station precis utanför hotellet. Hotellets restaurang är bland de sämre jag besökt. Rummen är det som är det bästa med hela hotellet. Nya och fräscha. Tyvärr väldigt långsamt WiFi på rummen.

Allt var bra. Trevlig och vänlig personal. Nära till tunnelbanan vilket gör att man på ett lätt sätt kommer överallt. Ett aber bara - aircondition apparaten på våningen ovanför droppar på fönsterblecket vilket ger ett störande ljud...liten grej men drar ned totalbetyget.

This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The only 2 good things are: subway station proximity and free breakfast. The most ridiculous thing you will find out after booking a Double room is that you actually get a room with 2 twin beds put together - very uncomfortable!! Most of the the Double rooms are that way. Located right on top of a Metro station only a few stops from the centre of Moscow, the price was much less than hotels in the main tourist area, while still being of excellent quality. English speaking staff were happy to process our visa registrations. The hotel is a very good deal for the location in Moscow, and it's entrance is just right next to the subway station. It is clean, bathrooms, towels, TVs are new. One great thing about this hotel is that kids stay free if you don't need extra bed. Book a room for 2 adults rather than 3 people and save lots of $. Hotel's location is good, 1 station from circular line, right near the metro. The restaraunt is good, FREE full breakfast buffet has lots of choices. Some services were moved out into more expensive […] band this year. I booked standard room, this year safe is not for standard rooms, so I had to rent a deposit box (50rub/day). Also WiFi was free 3 hour/day is (never reached the limit), got a bit better (4 bars vs 1 bar last year), but still it's very slow (~250MBps). Room service was kind of strange. Usually they make your room around noon, in this hotel they did that after 2-3pm (not sure exactly when). One time they forgot to put soap so that we had to wash hands with shampoo, ordered soap came an hour later, surprisingly they forgot to put shampoo/shower gel next day. Rest/shower room was OK, although for my wife it was impossible to shower without lots of water on the floor (little attempt to arrange shower curtain fixes that), shower soap shelve was always taking off/didn't stay in. There was plumbing-like smell coming out from restroom which seems to have been fixed by always closing the toilet. Fine. The reception staff is friendly and speak English well. Reception area is near bar and it's quite hard to stay there for long time as air is full of smoke. Overall stay was OK, acceptable for a few days. Läs mer

We stayed at the Maxima Panorama in July and were very happy with the hotel. It is is a great location, close to the Metro and the staff were unbelievably helpful. We would definately recommend this hotel and caution that you may be concerned by its location and lack of 'street frontage' but it really is a very good hotel.

As Moscow traffic jams increase in intensity, the convenience of the hotel's location next to the Avtozavodskaya metro gains significance. For both business and leisure trips, it's best to get around Moscow as the locals do - use the underground. It's cheap and quick, if not overcrowded at peak periods. It was noticable on this repeat trip that all reception staff now speak English, although not all the waiters in the attached restaurant do the same. I'd always assumed that there was no such thing as a reasonably-priced, reasonably comfortable hotel in Moscow with friendly, helpful receptionists but the Maxima Panorama proved me wrong. On this occasion I was travelling alone so booked a single room but was upgraded - for no extra charge - to a double. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, […] though the shower gel and shampoo come in annoying sachets that are quite difficult to open, particularly with wet hands. The breakfast was okay but could easily be improved, perhaps by including more typically Russian elements such as kefir and tvorog (cottage cheese). Breakfast is in the rather depressing "Hunting Lodge" restaurant decorated with bad paintings of bears and rutting deer plus the odd stuffed (or papier mache?) pheasant. A strange accompaniment to breakfast! I also would not recommend eating in the ground floor bar. It offers a very basic menu of items which, I suspect, the barman microwaves to order. On a more positive note, the mini-bar and phone charges were very reasonable and the location is very convenient - it could not be closer to Avtozavodskaya metro station which is just one stop away from Paveletsky Station (the terminal for trains coming in from Domodedovo Airport) and, in the other direction, one stop away from Kolomenskoe Park and Museum which I would highly recommend. Although hotel is located outside ring road, it is fairly easy to catch the metro just outside hotel and go three stops to Red Square (about 15 minutes). The staff speaks English and were helpful. We were even able to get a bag of ice from the hotel lobby. The breakfast was more than adequate and consists of hot and cold food as well as fruit, juice, […] coffee and tea. We were not sure we could find the hotel on the metro so we took an overpriced taxi from the airport. It took 70 minutes in the traffic to get there. I would suggest booking a transfer in advance. I was in Moscow to conduct some research and found the hotel to be a comfortable base of operations and a very good value for what I paid. Undoubtedly, its close proximity to the Avtozavodskaya metro station was key, and it's only a matter of minutes to the central Moscow stations and key tourist spots. The staff were helpful in finding me a nonsmoking […] room before the usual check-in time, allowing me to use their printer in a pinch, ordering a taxi for the airport, and providing a snack for me when I needed to leave the hotel before breakfast opened for the morning. I had fast and free wi-fi service in my room, which was clean (including the shower). During the night, it was quiet on my floor, and I found my fellow guests to be pleasant and respectful of their neighbors. The breakfast buffet was good, even for someone like me who doesn't eat much meat. I would stay here again as a single traveler. Given how expensive Moscow is, this hotel is at the sweet spot: far enough out to be reasonable, not so far as to be inconvenient. The metro station is literally right in front, so you can be in the very heart of the city in 10 minutes. I was very happy with the accommodations at Maxima Panorama. The cost of the hotel was quite reasonable when I stayed there in early March, though a week later, for a one-night stay, I had to pay considerably more because suddenly it was high season (I think that was true). It had the great advantage of being right at the Avtosavodskaya metro station (you exit the station, the hotel is a few steps away). This made travel into the center very easy (travel time to Teatralnaya about 15 minutes) Connection with Air Express to either Domodedovo or Sheremetovo was also very simple. The few times I spoke to anyone at the desk, the person on duty spoke English. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was hearty and free. Complaints? We stayed there 4 nights and were very satisfied with cleanninness of the place, nice breakfasts, friendly personnel. One big plus for us was the location of the hotel right by the metro station "Avtozavodskaia": you just exit the hotel's gates and the metro entrance is on your right. Very convenient! Our only problem was that we booked a standard room […] with two beds/ When we arribed, we ended up with a standard room with one king size bed. This was disappointing but didn't cause us particular problems as a result. Otherwise, it is a very nice place for travelers who want to pay a reasonable price for their stay in one of the most expensive cities in the world but still want to have a good location (closesness to metro is priceless) with clean rooms. The Hotel is located next to a metro station, so you can get easily everywher in Moscow. Yet it is not in the city center. It has easy access by car and enables parking - so you can come with a car as well. Well equipeed rooms and good breakfast. The only problem we had is the bad internet access in the rooms, especially in the higher floors.

I have stayed here previously for just one night and i really liked it. This time i have decided to stay for the whole 5 nights, and it was good. Location - very close to Avtozavodskaya Metro station which is perfect fro people who fly in to Domodedovo and then take the Aeroexpress in to Paveletskaya. Free internet - at the same time it is a bad point […] as the speed is so slow that i decided to buy a sim card on Megafon and use the mobile internet as it was quicker and i could use anywhere. So it is good to get internet but it does not worth paying for it. Breakfast - very dissaponting, selsection is very poor. Better eat in Shokoladnitza or Coffee House which is around the corner. Not many places to eat - if you want to eat out, you will have to stick with Subway, or a Kebab or soem baked patatoes, as there is not much around the hotel. The hotel restaurant food in teh evening was good and it was reasonable price, but they added compulsory service charge, which i did not like, as it should be to my discretion if i decide to leave tips or not. However the hotel flroo was very secure and very clean, the rooms were cleaned daily and you also get a minibar, which is not too pricey. Th staff is polite and friendly. Averall it is a great hotel for a good price in a good location. I would recommend to business people who will be traveling around Moscow, the Metro station is just outside the hotel. Läs mer

A decent hotel, a bit off centre but with a great metro connection to the city! The station is literally just outside the door and with the trains running every 2min you can be on the red square within 15min. Staff really friendly but not that helpful. When asked for a restaurant recommendation we were told that they can look up something for us on […] the internet... They can send letters for you - if YOU have stamps already (?). There are some more comfortable hotels in Moscow but there are also many more expensive than that one. Moscow is not a cheap city therefore a ratio: quality to money, offered by "Maxima Panorama" is just excellent!
