Det märktes att hotellet är ganska nytt, för både rummet och lobbyn var mycket fräscha med snygga möbler och materialval. Personalen var också mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Enda nackdelen var att det var lite ont om restauranger i hotellets närområde.

Trevligt hotell med gångavstånd till Centrum, nära tunnelbana o andra kommunikationer. Speciellt fint rum och frukostmatsal. Portieren vid incheckning ej så trevlig, den andra mycket trevlig.

Trevligt hotell, fint rum i 2 våningar (även om jag bara bokat ett enkelrum). Lite långt från centrum, saknade restaurang. Men väldigt professionellt bemötande och fin service. Prisvärt med tanke på uppgraderingen av rum.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Imlauer, a very modern and clean hotel. Room was spotless and had a great bathroom.Reception staff were helpful and very efficient. Hotel is about a 15 - 20 minute walk to St Stephen's Cathedral which was fine but would be more challenging in winter however there is a metro stop just up the road that gets you where […] you need to go quickly. The metro stop was really handy when we arrived and left with our luggage.There is also a great wine bar next door with a very cute courtyard if you fancy a drink, lots of wines by the glass too. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was excellent with a big selection, a little bit pricey though if it's not included in your room rate. We would definitely stay here again! Läs mer

Great design of the room with all accessories. Clean and neat.My room was in the side of the street that goes by and was little bit noisy . Breakfast expansive for my pocket, for others maybe reasonable , have to be an average the cost of the breakfast, 17euro,( $ 23 ) it is out of logic. Overall like it your hotel.

The location was ok - a fairly long walk to get across the river, but an easy walk to a U-Bahn station made it suitable for exploring Vienna. The hotel itself was modern and well-maintained, however our room was not quite as clean as expected upon check-in. Our bed for two was really just comprised of two single beds pushed together, and an odd mix […] of blankets meant it was not the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, although it wasn't terrible. This hotel is located slightly outside the city centre at the u-bahn station Nestroyplatz. You can walk into the city centre in about 15-20 minutes, or take the u-bahn 2 stops to Stephansplatz. There are not a lot of restaurants or shops in this area (it is more residential), but given the price of the room, this hotel represents excellent value. Close enough to get into the centre of town on foot [15mins easy walking]. Calm modern and comfortable hotel, quiet rooms. Comfortable beds, the best first nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Great for couples or business and I would reccommend it. Good value, Good quality without being over the top.

This is a comfortable , modern and cheerful hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk from the City centre but easy to find. We had a very pleasant stay for 4 days over New Year. The staff was most helpful and efficient especially the manager who looked after us so well.

I stayed at this hotel over the christmas period with my husband and daughter,we throughly enjoyed our stay, the weather in Vienna was quite bad with lots of rain and it was very cold,but coming back to the hotel everyday after spending many hours out sightseeing ,was like coming back to a lovely warm home,also a great shower and very comfy beds,we […] didnt book for breakfast but we did have breakfast 4 out of 6 mornings,there was a good selection of hot and cold foods lots of fresh bread,you could eat as much as you wanted. The hotel is on the other side of the river but public transport is excellent, We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone,it was close to the underground just 10 mins walk away which was very cheap and very fast and the trams passed the end of the road. . This hotel is located in a great location, close to both Vienna Airport and the main city centre, with metro/underground stations nearby. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The room was a good size and extremely clean, with a large spacious bathroom. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Very average hotel, staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Asked for a double room but was only given a twin. Marks on curtain. Although the website says rooms all of have bath this is not the case - we only had a shower. The TV was located on the site wall and could not be pulled out so was at a very awkward ankle to watch from bed.

Great hotel. Close to the center of town but also far enough that there's a local feel. Great local bar immediately next to the hotel with a great scene and an amazing selection of beers. Within 10 minute walk to all the main sites in Vienna and convenient for public transit. Recently renovated. I will stay here again!!

a pleasant hotel in a good location (only a couple of stops away from the centre). some of the staff could have been a bit more friendly and the bathroom towels a bit bigger (!), but otherwise had all you need for a short city break.

There were two metro lines a short distance from the hotel. We were able to find free street parking on Saturday and Sunday and put our car in the hotel garage for Monday which saved us a little money. Several very nice bake shops close by so we decided not to used the hotel's breakfast. They did not have a self serve laundry. This hotel is very convenient to the subway line to get into town. I don't agree with some of the previous comments about the area seeming "unsafe". My wife and I felt very comfortable walking to and from the public transportation at all hours of the day and night. From the subway, you can get anywhere in the city in no time! I was amazed of the location of the hotel, Subway was 2 min walk and it took us 10 minutes to get to Schonbrun Castle on the other side of the town. I couldn't booked any other better reasonable priced hotel. The breakfast buffet was rich, and the staff friendly and professional. The hotel is only 2 years old and you think it opened yesterday. I was in Vienna for a few days sight-seeing. This hotel was reasonably priced, definitely value for money and in a good location. Location: The locations was good for my purposes. It wasn't in the middle of the city centre or tourist area, but it was only about 10 minutes walk to the city centre or there were U-Bahn stations within 2 minutes of the […] hotel. The hotel was close to supermarkets and bakeries and a few nice places to eat out nearby. Food: I didn't have breakfast at the hotel and I didn't eat at the restaurant or bar so I can't comment on the quality. I did order room service and it was fine. Accommodation: The hotel itself was clean, comfortable. My room was a good size (bath and bathroom was massive!) with plenty of big windows. Air-con was good. Free high-speed wi-fi in the rooms which worked without a hitch on multiple devices. The only downside was that my room was on the 6th floor and quite difficult to find (room service even got lost trying to deliver me food!) and not reachable by elevator (had to catch an elevator to 5th floor then go up an extra flight of stairs). But this was such a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay that it's hardly worth mentioning. Service: The service was great. Always polite and courteous. Check-in was quick and painless. Also, I happened to be staying in the hotel on my birthday and I was given chocolates as a birthday gift which was a nice touch, very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend staying here. Läs mer

We had a suite for three adults which included a king sized bed and then a single fold out sleeper chair. It was perfect for our 4 night stay. We opted not to have the breakfast at the hotel as it seemed rather expensive and there are many cafes / bakeries in the area with inexpensive, quality food. It was overall a very pleasant stay! Hotel does not provide free breakfast and charges 18 euros for that which is a lot. But there are so many places in Vienna where you can get excellent breakfast for lot cheaper. Enjoy your stay in Vienna - it's a fantastic city!!!

Not totally central but close to UBahn and line 2 Tram, so made no difference. Recently renovated, so all felt new and clean. Airconditioning. Didn't have breakfast so unable to comment. I will stay here again.

After a rough start (I had phoned the hotel two weeks prior to my stay to arrange a shuttle from the airport and this request was not honored) things improved. The hotel staff was apologetic and offered my travel companion and I a free drink at the bar. Nothing soothes a misunderstanding like a freshly made Mojito. The bathroom was huge and spotlessly clean. I only wish it held the bath tub I was hoping for. The walk out balcony was a nice treat and distracted the fact that we had no view of the city--just the inside court view of the wall of windows of other rooms in this hotel. Daniel and the rest of the staff were very sweet and accommodating. He efficiently booked tours for us and was always friendly and helpful when giving us directions to sites in the city and the Metro system. The first room I was assigned was like a college dorm. It was clean but very small and congested. The hotel manager agreed to move me. And everything was lovely. They were kind and very professional. I was given assistance with concert tickets and advice on transportation in the city. I would definitely go back and refer others.
