An older hotel in a less than desirable neighborhood. Bed, linens, decor need updating. Convenient to the freeway.

I had wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The breakfast had a variety of food selection but I enjoyed the fresh cinnamon roll the best. The staff was very nice and I will use this hotel on my next visit to the area.

We stayed at this hotel after a banquet we attended. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. We had no problems except with elevators and stairs. Couldn't quite figure out where they actually went too. The hotel itself was very quiet which is nice.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was during the off-season, so very quiet. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast each morning. Spacious room. Good location close to freeway in a small city, so easy to find. Shops and restaurants nearby.

This Holiday Inn Express was very nice. The front desk folks were polite and the room was clean and well appointed. Parking was very convenient. I would stay there again if I was to go back to the area.

If you wish to spend your night calm and safe, this could be your choice. It's not so far from Oakland nor Frisco and far better.

I was diappointed after having stayed in a very nice Holiday Inn express in Woodland,CA that was perfect. The one in Benicia had such thin walls that I could hear every cough from the man in the next room which had a door to our room My husband put a blanket on the floor under the door in order to muffle the sound of the late night TV from that room. […] When I went in the bathroom I found that there was no tub. It was a roll-in type handycap shower. The grout between the tiles on the shower floor were discolored or dirty. I went and asked for a room with a tub and they said all the rooms had showers like that. Läs mer

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The main problem we had was that check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm but our room was not ready until almost 5 pm. When you're traveling, you expect to be able to get into your room at check-in time. The only other item was the free breakfast. By the time we got there at 9:30 am […] (it closes at 10 am) there was nothing we wanted to eat. They should keep serving until 10 am. Läs mer

This hotel was decent. On the top floor there is a sun deck which probably would have been nice to use had it not been pouring rain during my stay. Breakfast was OK. They had some hot items, but they were rather low quality in my opinion. I was attending a function and was trying to find a convenient location in Benicia. This hotel was very clean, modern and had friendly staff. The bed and linen was very comfortable and better than expected. The morning breakfast was not great but had the basics to keep you from being hungry. All in all it was a good place to stay.

Hotel in great shape....new, clean, modern. Easy freeway access. Only 10 minutes south of area off I80 with restaurants and shopping. Hotel itself in an odd location stuck in an older neighborhood. Location isn't a problem, but it's not your typical location with restaurants etc. Check the satellite view of Google maps to form your own impression.

Hotel clerk at check in was rushed and unhelpful. Parking was bad. Worst of all was only sheer curtains in room, so bright street light kept us awake.

Nice clean modern place. Easy in , easy out. Convenient for staying locally. Well located, good try for continental breakfast. Computer was ok. Staff at the front desk is not always there. Would definitely recommend. Jim

The hotel clerk was very helpful he told us about a little bar up the street great prices Chinese food right next door which was delicious after a few drinks. Hotel was clean and comfortable breakfast was included which was pretty good plenty of choices.

The hotel is located right off of the freeway and also right at the edge of town! Very convenient location. It is close to restaraunts, super markets and even a pretty cool neighborhood Sports Bar (walking distance)! The hotel was very clean and the room was so much BIGGER than expected! I would definetly stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding nearby. The hotel was very clean and cozy. I loved sitting and reading out on the sundeck! The breakfast left something to be desired. The food they had was fresh and good, but there just wasn't a lot of variety. However, it was tasty and convenient, and it sure beats having to go somewhere for breakfast every day. […] There's not a lot going on in Benicia, but the hotel is about an hour away from Napa, Sacramento, and San Francisco. When my husband and I arrived we were given a room one the first floor. The room smelled so bad, like nasty mildewed milk. So I told the gentleman at the desk. I booked a few rooms at this hotel for my wedding The staff, room, and eating area were very nice and the hotel had a pleasant environment The only drawback was my air conditioning went out when I was getting ready for my wedding and the room became very hot, other than that I would stay at this hotel again :)
