Bästa frukosten hittills i Usa, äggröra skinka med salsa. Det fanns gröt bröd yoghurt frukt osv. Jätte fina rum med ute plats, skön säng och många tv kanaler även soffa och skrivbord. Vi vart glatt överraskade när vi kom över hur trevligt hela stället var. Vi fick även kvällsmat (mån-tors). Ca 10 min biltur med mycket trafik till America airline center. Enda negativa var att det var lite svårt att hitta restaurang på gång avstånd. Men det rekommenderas att bo här!

"Beautiful hotel all 3 times we've stayed"
Highly recommend this hotel. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. My family has been here three separate times now and loved it. It's been very quiet and pleasant during every one of our visits. Very easy to get to, if you come off of 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway) and it isn't hard to get to I-75 either.Verifierad gästrecension

"Stayed here many times"
I have stayed at this hotel for more than 2 dozen nights - because of its location and price. During my stays, I have experienced mostly positive results; however, on occasion, the morning staff is a bit unfriendly and not very helpful. The evening staff is exemplary. Also, being a pet-friendly facility, do not be surprised at the amount of dog droppings […] on the grass outside the front door. On this trip, I had a small dog try to nip my ankle while in the elevator with the dog's owner. No harm, tho. The girl at front desk worked with me to get a room on first floor since we have an old dog, and needed to be close to door. Room was great, quiet, food was good. "Nice, New, lacking in common areas"
Room and people were fine. There was not enough seating at breakfast and no chairs/tables to sit at in quiet. TV's on everywhere. The "Business Center" had just one old, slow computer and a single beat up old chair. I had work to do while my son slept in the room and no place to do it.Verifierad gästrecension

Too many dogs...one close to our room on 4th floor barking. Saw several down on 1st floor and some scooted everywhere. Also, one dog pooped 3 times in entry. It was picked and cleaned up, but floor was left wet and some kids were walking around barefooted or in sock feet. This WILL be my last stay wherever dogs are allowed in the Hotel...I pay a good […] price to stay in a nice Hotel and not with animals. Just like the lion attacked and killed the keeper, some of these big dogs are also dangerous. My choice not to tolerate animals that were also possibly in my room at one time! "Quiet and new"
This hotel isn't anything fancy, but it's a very nicely-kept place that opened in May of 2010. It is fairly clean... The floor wasn't spotless when we came in to the room but it wasn't terrible. The shower curtain had a little mildew in one area. Other than that, I felt like they really tried to keep in clean. The lobby and breakfast area look just […] like the pictures - they are beautiful. Breakfast was great - waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, juices, eggs, bacon, and buscuits. It was served from 6am-9am, but they kept it open even later than they had to. The hotel visitors were very quiet when we were there, but the walls were pretty thin. I could hear the TV turn on or off next door and heard the guest's alarms go off and the shower running. (It was fine - but if the next room had been a noisy one, it would have been worse.) The hotel is NOT within walking distance of anything - all restaurants and drugstores are at least 6 or 7 minutes away by car. The outdoor pool was VERY small. I requested a late checkout because of some scheduling conflict. The lady at the front desk was reluctant but gave me an extra half hour. There is only one entrance to the hotel - the lobby. And there are only two vending machines in the building. The drink vending machine is on the first floor, next to the ice maker. And the snack vending machine is on the second floor. "Hidden fees that are charged"
Room was paid for through Expedia. When I checked in the clerk needed a credit card on file for any damages or long distance calls made. I provided a credit card. Of course there were no damages nor would I use the hotel phone so I was confident in giving my credit card. However I was not pleased to find out that my card was charged over 60.00. I called […] to see what the charges were about. Apparently they automatically charge your card these fees just in case..... I was told the funds were actually just being held and would be put back into my account but would take up to 3-4 business days. So this money is tied up until released back. This was not explained to me at check in and now the funds are not available until my bank gets the ok to release it back to me. I'm not pleased at all with this policy!! "Not going back"
Was in room 402. We were rocked out of bed at 530am. Called down to front desk to see what was going on and they told me it was the water system. They said it would stop in 15 min. This hotel is cheaply constructed. You can hear people simply talking in the next room. The refrigerator doesnt work properly and cause our food to spoil and melt. Upon discussing this with the manager he offeres no solutions nor did he offer any kind of compensation. I was not asking for any compensation nor would i have accepted it. I travel frequently to the Allen, Mckinney area and usually stay in Allen. This time I stayed here and I am picky about the area and cleanliness of hotels where I stay. It was very clean, nice area that feels very safe, and easy to find. However, my only complain was that the morning breakfast ran out of the scrambled eggs half hour before breakfast […] ended and they never re-filled the containers.
