Kanonbra. Mkt bra städning, det känns fräscht överallt. Skönt att slippa heltäckningsmattorna som verkar vara standard i London. Mkt fräsch frukostbuffe, och väldigt mycket att välja på. Mkt hjälpsam personal. Kommer välja h10 när jag får chansen nästa gång.

Väldigt trevlig stilrent hotell med bra läge på södra stranden. Nytt, fräscht och rent hotell med vänlig personal. Väldigt bra och välordnad frukost. Trevligt välkomnande med ett glas cava vid incheckningen. Jag har bott på ca 25 olika hotell i London och det här är ett av de mest prisvärda.

Bodde där en vecka. Bra läge, ca 5 min promenad från t-banan. Rummet mycket renligt och prydligt, liksom hotellet för övrigt. En mycket fräsch och stor frukostbuffé, väl värt sitt pristillägg. Trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Bodde på 6:e våningen, hördes lite trafik och sirener på nätterna, vilket kan bli ett problem om man är väldigt känslig för nattljud. […] Men var inget som vi upplevde som störande. Bra läge nära South Bank och sevärdheter runt Themsen. Trevlig personal. Underbar frukostbuffé med obegränsad stark espresso! Småtrendig inredning, rent och fräscht. Återvänder gärna!

Jag tror detta blir stället för mig i fortsättningen. STOR frukostbuffe, mkt serviceinriktad personal. Hyfsat stort rum för att vara London. knappt 5 min från T-banan .

the hotel was completely full. a lot of activity all day. impossible to get into the breakfast room, unless you went when it first opened. was not aware of any hotel security. seems as though anyone could walk in off the street and gain access to guest rooms. the staff were overwhelmed. they did handle it exceptionally well. wifi worked only in the […] lobby, not in the room. It's fine if you don't mind walking to the tube stop. My main problem was getting bad advice from reception about the cost of the car service to the airport which turned out to be 10 pounds more than promised. Reception staff needs more mentoring.

The hotel said i had not paid upfront and refused to check me in, i had to wait 2 hours before they agreed to check me in under the condition that my manager come to the hotel and swipes his credit card.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel for the price. Little more than a Travelodge or Premier Inn, but in a totally different league. Got a nice glass of complementary champagne on checking in which was a great surprise. The rooms were modern, clean and well equipped. Not vast, but a good, comfertable size. Beds were very comfy. Great location, clean room, massive comfortable bed. All Mod Cons. Disappointed with service. Arrived back to hotel at 9.30pm on a Friday night, fancied dinner but didn't want to head out after long day in London. Reception contacted the restaurant but they said they were full. Didn't offer any other options. We decided to walk past the restaurant […] on the way out, it looked less than a quarter full so we decided to try again, the waitress said they had a big booking coming and therefore couldn't fit us in. We could eat room service. No other options offered. As we were leaving we saw people eating sandwiches in the Circle bar. We were surprised neither the waitress or especially at reception had that option been mentioned to us, and chose from the very limited menu in the Circle bar. It was ok. We were in the Circle bar (by the steps to the restaurant) between 21.45 and 22.50, at no point did we see any sign of this 'large group' that had meant we couldn't eat in the restaurant. We were disappointed that the staff showed no flexibility to fit in two residents of the hotel that just wanted a quick meal in more comfortable surroundings than our room. If you compare it to other hotels i uk this was a 5 star! Nice room without the horrible carpets that you have no clue whats in them. nice view from the room on 9th floor. Nice service, but the "beauty center" was about 2 rooms with a few exercise equipment and a tiny sauna, and a weird shower...

Excellent hotel but there is alot of traffic noise which is very noticeable at night

I only realised that the window was defect and could not be close, while I was already in bad. I then did not sleep well because of the noise from the trafic on the street. Otherwise the Hotel and room were very good.

Good location for Waterloo train station, London Eye , South Bank and Houses of Parliament. Modern comfortable hotel with great food and friendly helpful staff.

I stayed here on business recently and cannot fault the hotel for cleanliness, attentive staff and the excellent choice at breakfast. If I had to be picky then the only downside for me was the location of the hotel with the nearest tube being 10 minutes walk away. Gorgeous hotel and friendly staff - fab views too !

Really nice place with a modern decore. Great place for your first weekend away with your girlfriend. I would defo go back. Media wish it's great too, as you can jack almost anything via media centre on the wall. SR

Having been pleased by our first visit to H10 I booked this hotel again for the weekend of my husband's birthday so that we could go to see 'Jersey Boys'.However when we booked in the rather charmless girls at reception couldn't find our booking.It took them over an hour to find this by which time we were both very annoyed.Eventually it was found and […] we were given a key to a so-called deluxe room stinking of cigarette smoke, a burn on the bedside table and chip on the sink.The towels were hard.Not really good enough for a 4* hotel.We were given an omelette and a drink but by the time this arrived the afternoon had almost disappeared.We had hoped to have a snack in Covent Garden at about noon as we were eating pre-show at 6.00 so we didn't really enjoy this. The show is very good so the day wasn't completely spoilt but I would think twice before I book H10 again.It has definitely gone down since last year. Läs mer

perfect location, clean and tidy room

I'd not heard of this chain before, but for me it blows the socks of the usual suspects we're all familiar with. This was in a different league to the Hilton's I've stayed in recently and it was very reasonable for the location. Very warm welcome. Not as sterile as many hotels. The room itselft was well equipped and the complimentary items for your […] convenience in the room were exhaustive, which I've not seen before, normally even when the items are available and complimentary, you have to ask for them. This hotel is really nice inside. It's towards the Elephant and Castle end of Waterloo Road, so the surrounding neighbourhood is not fantastic, but its an easy 5 min walk down the road to Waterloo which is a great connecting point to everywhere else in London. Comfortable, clean, convenient. I only stayed one night, so didn;t get a chance to see the rest of the hotel but it more than served it's purpose. Would stay here again, if I had to be in this location for an early morning meeting.

Fresh /New looking hotel that was a pleasure to stay at. No problem with a late night check-in, no "house-keeping" bang on the door by 1130hrs when I woke up (post Christmas party!) Unusual shaped room with twin aspect view. Very comfortable bed and one of the nicest surprises was the very cool (Nespresso type) coffee machine. Fab way to wake up! Area not great but hotel facilities make up for this. Short walk to local Tubes to get almost anywhere in London. Best Breakfast in London!!

The hotel was really good, very happy with it, not far from the tube and trainstation

Nice rooms and reception areas. Additional charge for tea and coffee when you have already 'paid' for breakfast with your room an outrage. Take your coffee down to breakfast from your room where its free. The restaurant coffee isn't even that good.

We just stayed one night at H10, but would have happily stayed longer. It is clearly still a fairly newly opened hotel built to to good modern standard. Our standard double room was not oversized but was more than adequate, well equipped, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The freebies in the bathroom were wide ranging including shaving kit. Couldn't […] get the safe to work, but didn't report it as we were only staying the night. Also the bathroom scales needed a new battery. We dined in the restaurant which was fairly quiet. The staff were very attentive, a good menu, the food was great and well presented. Personally I don't like the way vegetables are literally an optional extra! Breakfast was buffet style in the same restaurant. Some dishes were available to order, though there was a wide ranging display of different food available. Wifi was freely available, and there were computers in the lounge (don't know whether free). The rooms had good connectivity for iPhones/iPods and there was USB charging points. All the staff seemed helpful and friendly. Nearest tube was just 5 mins walk away, Shame we didn't have more time to enjoy the hotel. Läs mer

I took my partner here as a birthday treat. When we arrived we were given a glass of cava, which was a lovely touch, it made us feel welcome. As it was a special occasion, I had booked a deluxe room and we were not disappointed! We got a corner room on the eighth floor with a stunning view of the London Eye and other aspects of the London skyline. The […] room was very modern, comfortable and spacious. The location wasn't bad, a short walk to the tube station, the nearest stations are Waterloo and Lambeth North. We didn't have dinner in the hotel so can't comment, however we did have breakfast included with our stay. The choice of food each morning was plentiful, something for everyone. The service and the friendliness of the staff was very good, the only minor complaint I could have would be that in the morning the staff weren't just as organised as they could have been, however they were very apologetic. We had to queue for a short time in the morning for our table and because they were so busy there was a short wait for our pots of tea and coffee. As I said this was a really minor complaint and it didn't have much of an impact on our stay. Overall, my partner and I were more than impressed with this hotel. It was comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly and the food excellent. We will definitely return and would recommend it to our friends and family. Läs mer

Lovely modern hotel. Service and rooms very good. Only drawback was the lack of available taxis on an ad hoc basis - if you need one, you'll need to book it with Reception in advance.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our weekend. The room had astonishing views. You we able to see the London eye so we were very close to the thames. We also had breakfast in the morning. With such variety, it was all cooked to perfection. We had a meal in hotel Restaurant Sat evening excellent food and good value, all staff at this hotel friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good excellent variety. Very pleased enjoyed our stay.

Good value hotel, ideal for southbank and waterloo station

The hotel is modern and overall quite comfortable..the staff was polite but lacked a little bit in friendliness and helpfulness ...the value is pretty good with the location but you shold stay here only if you are interested in visiting. The imperial war museum which is quite close

Great location for anywhere in central London. Rooms very clean and so light with floor to ceiling windows. Staff very helpful. First room was a double and small but got this changed as I booked a twin. Still small but a bit more room and at least I could sit on the bed without waking my sister. Well this was a lucky find, thanks Hotels.com. On the south bank a short walk from Waterloo station is the h10 Waterloo. I hit the jackpot with room 1102, a corner room not massive but the view was as good as you can get in London. With large picture windows on two sides. The hotel is very comfortable, quiet and clean but the front desk is really lacking. WE waited five minutes before the treceptionist dein=gned to notice us. During the night strangers entered our locked hotel room becuase the front desk had accidentally given them the key to our room! When we mentioned it the next morning the clerk at the fornt deks […] knew nothing about it and was pretty casual in her reaction. Later on when checking out the amnager said he was sorry and said it was an accident. It is a nice hotel ( although the tea is abominable!) but I think there's a lack of experience or care in running it. Läs mer

The hotel is within walking distance from main attractions like The London Eye, Big Ben, The Thames and The Imperial War Museum. It's also very close to the Waterloo underground station and the IMAX Theater. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly. Just stayed there for two nights. Hotel was very very well maintained. Top shelf services from the front desk and other staff. Location is with walking distance of Lambert North or Waterloo Tube Stations. We walked to Big Ben in about 20 minutes from here. Highly recommend. Would Stay again.
