I had a good stay in every respect. Nothing very fancy, but a good place to stay prior to an early morning flight. Shuttle to and from airport was better than my last experience. Breakfast was what you'd expect, but nicely served in a nice room.

Great rooms and clean and friendly staff. Might need to get bigger tables and more region for buffet or breakfast but all in all great stay

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We stayed on the way to Colorado Springs and quality sleep was a priority. The hotel staff was very friendly. While there isn't much to do in this area, this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price.

Comfortable, clean, great location to the airport, excellent breakfast and good price. Parking a little bit limited but you could manage.

The first room we were given, the TV and one lamp were plugged into an outlet that did not work. The room was horribly hot and the air conditioning took forever to start working. We were moved to another room where all was working but the desk clerk seemed confused as to how to deal with the issue. I had to ask to be moved. Hotel is clean and in excellent condition. Front desk personnel were great! Downside: the pillows are very uncomfortable - oversized and filled with cheap material.

I found the Baymont to be clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was ample. I appreciated the availability not only of WiFi in my room but also of a computer with printer in the lobby. The people at the front desk made multiple copies without charge of documents that I had printed. They made sure I could be put into a room when I arrived from the […] airport, even though it was hours before the check-in time. The van pickup at the airport was prompt, and the return the next morning also went smoothly. For a near-airport hotel, it was excellent. The only downside was that it is in the middle of nowhere, in an area with hotels separated by dry, dusty open spaces. For lunch all I could find was a Ruby Tuesday that was pointed out to me across empty fields. But all the rest was perfect. Läs mer

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort. I did not find the staff overly friendly or helpful. The hotel is quite a walking distance to restaurants. The morning shuttle was a hassle and the driver did not want to take me. At 4:00am for an early morning flight, I don't need a hassle getting on the shuttle. I don't care what their […] issues are with booking, that's their responsibility not mine. Because of the distance to restaurants and the airport shuttle, I probably won't stay there again. Great location - 6 1/2 miles from the airport. Priced well for the location. Nicely decorated, breakfasts included. Only negative, the sheets very so very thin! I thought my feet might go through them. Other then that small nuance, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean, up to date, and convenient to the airport. However the behind the counter gal was really rude and didn't handle the stress of having more then one person checking in. And two with a major problem.

The hotel was AMAZING however, for 3 days the internet service was horrible and barely worked. Then, when you miraculously WERE able to make the internet connection, it would drop you within 15 minutes and you would have to start all over. I even tried to go thru the wired connection but experienced the same thing. The front desk stated that the reason […] was due to bad weather but it was perfectly sunny except for an occasional rain during part of one of my days there. Servers and routers were reset but had no effect on the service. I almost checked out and went to another hotel but found a nearby McDonalds that offered internet for free and was able to get my work done there. Very frustrating to say the least!!! Läs mer

This hotel is pretty much what you'd expect. Nothing too luxurious, but all perfectly acceptable for normal business travel. Check in was easy, the bed and pillows were good not great, breakfast food good not great, etc. I was completely satisfied with everything for the price paid, and for the purpose of my trip which was business. Internet was free […] and worked just fine. A few restaurants nearby and a gas station just up the road. This hotel is conveniently located to the airport and has a free shuttle I think, which I didn't use because I had a rental car. So I can't comment on the shuttle service. I didn't have time to try any of the amenities, so I can't comment on those. Läs mer

This would be a great hotel to stay in when you have an early flight. Free shuttle to the airport and you can park there up to 2 weeks. Will book again

This was a great hotel. Staff was very helpful, restaurants were close by and delivered quickly. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful, shuttle to airport was on time. I would definitley stay here again.

Everything was great except for the shuttle service to the airport. I was told to be in the lobby at 6:20 am and that the shuttle van would leave at 6:25 am. As I was walking out the door at 6:19 am (and my room was right around the corner from the lobby) I get a call saying that the van is pulling out now. Everything was great except that the shuttle took 37 minutes to pick us up. When i first called i was told to wait on island 3 or i would miss the shuttle. We waited for 20 minutes before calling again, the girl called the driver who said he was 8 minutes way.....strange considering the hotel was 9 minutes away.
