Ett snyggt & modernt hotell i London och med Pool. Läget är kanske inte det vackraste men ligger alldeles vid Chelsea bridge och 5 minuter med taxi till Victoria station.

både jag och min son är väldigt nöjda med allt gällande hotellet .Vi ger det topp betyg och ser fram emot till nästa vistelse i framtiden.

Mycket fräscht hotell med en god frukost och en utmärkt restaurang. Härligt med en simtur i bassängen på morgonen. Bekvämt med buss utanför. Rekomderas

Toppenbra hotell, äntligen ett fräscht och prisvärt hotell med fint spa och en frukost i allas smak! Trevlig personal och stora rymliga rum. Kommer aldrig mer leta hotell i London, har hittat mitt!

Superfina, städade och härliga rum. Personalen var trevlig, hade dock inte det där lilla extra. Mycket prisvärt. Det enda minuset var att närmsta metrostation (victoria Station) var 15 min promenad bort. MEN det gick bussar ung var 10 min precis utanför hotellet dit samt buss till Notting Hill, Hydepark m.m. men "närheten" till Victoria Station var […] ändå bra om man flyger via gatwick! mycket smidigt att ta sig dit från hotellet! Bra ganska nytt hotell, fina rum med vänlig och snabb service. Läget är lite fel med långt till tunnelbanan, dock går det bussar utanför som tar en till Knightsbridge/ Marble arch. Vidare ingår inte gratis Wifi på rummet vilket jag själv numera anser vara en självklarhet.

Absolut inga bra service med det pengar som de tar kan man hitta mycket bättre hotel närmare stan med bättre service. Jag kommer aldrig rekommendera hotellet till någon annan.

Trevligt fräscht hotell mitt emot Battersea Park. Jättesköna sängar!

Mycket fint och fräscht hotell men för långt från närmsta tunnelbana station. Ungeför 20-25 min promenad, vilket kändes för långt när man gått hela dagarna runt i London. Blev taxi hem på kvällarna! Väldigt dyr roomservice frukost! Många pund extra bara för "brick avgift" alltså bara för att få maten upp till rummet!

I only stayed over one night since I was stuck in London - this hotel is brilliant - modern, cool, great views over the Battersea Power Station/ Thames. Definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Pestana Hotel. The surrounding area was very nice, and nothing was too far away due to the location of Sloane Square Tube Station which enabled us to travel easily. Battersea Park was beautiful to walk around and really there is just so much to see and do. London is a great City.

Just returned from a mid week break in London staying at this hotel and we had a great time. Off the beaten track but we liked that - less bustle - more relaxing - with the hotel spa to kick start each day. Hotel clean comfortable and staff very friendly. Our family stayed in this hotel last weekend and I would recommend it. We enjoyed a very nice lunch in their stylish bar. The bedrooms were clean and modern and most importantly, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely Full English Breakfast and then had a massage in the Spa, this was wonderful, the ladies that gave us our massage made us feel […] very welcome and so relaxed. Very nice hotel, good service and breakfast. Just 7-8 pounds in a taxi to Victoria . We had a really good long-weekend here and we will come back. /Peter

My wife and I and our 15 year old daughter and her friend spent 5 days in at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa. We went to London to viait our son who was studying there for a semester. The hotel is lovely & modern, rooms very spacious and comfortable! The hotel is a way out of town & 20 minute walk to nearest tube which is a pain if on time scales! The spa is nice but staff not particularly helpful as we were sent back too room to get changed as no changing rooms, steam room wasn't working and no jacuzzi!

Staff have been a bit uninterested in the past but the hotel is great if you don't mind being off the London central path. I love the beds and pillows and at the end of the day... ;) Battersea Park opposite is beautiful and if you need to get into London in the morning don't forget the water taxi from Cadogan Pier under Albert Bridge. Fabulous hotel. Great quality. Huge rooms. Wonderful service. However, it's a 15 minute walk to the closest tube. Over the course of several days, this adds up. If this doesn't bother you, it's a great stay for the price.

Even the cheap rooms are great. Great pillows!

Stayed at the hotel for the week and couldn't find a thing wrong, it was excellent. The staff were very helpful and polite. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Planning to return again in the summer.

Room was very clean and spacious. Over-looking the dis-used Battersea Power Station and Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, which I liked. No noise in the room. We used bus and tube into city. 24 bus terminus is 10-15 minute walk in Pimloco and goes by Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Leicster Square. For a 4 star hotel was very disappointed with the check-in staff's attention to detail and the lack of cleanliness in our room dirty hair over the shower wall from previous occupants and a bag of used condoms and KY jelly left under the bed, no alternative was offered and the manager seemed angry at me the customer for drawing these facts to his attention. We stayed gir our wedding anniversary. It was very comfortable and stylish Was disappointed that the spa didn't seem to have any special treatments for couples on Valentines day,although I kept asking . It was an opportunity missed as there were lots of couples there. However loved the hotel and can't wait to go again Cate from Sussex

The hotel is lovely but it is quite a walk from the underground which is the only drawback. It is very modern and the spa is excellent. Bar prices are quite high but the food is good.Had breakfast good value for London at £14.50 each lots to choose from. Overall it is a very nice hotel and have stayed there twice and would definitely book it again.

This hotel was amazing! I enjoyed having both a bath and shower in my rooms, a comfortable mattress along with a TV in my room to keep me entertained. The spa was divine, very clean, very accessible and the staff were really helpful. It made my valentines stay all I dreamed it to be.

I stayed a night at the Pestana, it is a lovely hotel, exactly what you see in the photo's! The spa is so relaxing, facilities were great. Spa staff could have been more welcoming, but overall, a fantastic stay and a great location! I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel gives a good range of facilities, all of a high quality, at a low rate for London. But, is is a walk or taxi away from the nearest underground. It is on a bus route from Sloane Sqaure. Battersea Park is right next to it, which was almost empty when I walked round on a cold Feb morning, but assume it will be livelier in spring/summer.

Amazing hotel! Make sure you speak to Lisa on the desk, she knows all and is extremely helpful. Don't eat in the restaurant if busy, you will wait a long time, then they will rush your food out and ours was only half cooked when it finally arrived. Girls weekend. Had a great time. Very comfortable rooms. Great spa.Transport no problem with a daily travel card giving unlimited underground and bus transport. Lady at reception was not helpful when asked for taxis but all other staff very helpful.5 mins on 44 bus from Victoria station.Brilliant weekend in London. Lovely clean hotel. Very comfortable room with great views of Battersea power station. Only let down was the pool. Very very cold (unheated) pool. Sauna and steam room were as expected. There are no changing facilities near the pool - quite embarassing walking around the hotel in a robe. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a good location.

Hotel is excellent, friendly staff, very good size rooms, comfortable beds/pillows/duvet and clean (which is a priority in London!). Buses were frequent enough to head towards the Kings Road and Sloane Sq tube, otherwise 15 minute walk, and an excellent Italian deli on the way too. Really good hotel, good staff and facilities. Don't be put off by location, loads of buses and taxis outside and it's less than a mile walk Victoria.

it would be nice to at least have free internet in the lobby of the hotel... £5 just to go on line 2min to check my flight status..... Otherwise nice hotel...

LOVED the whole Pestana experience in London [Chelsea Bridge Road] en route to our Christmas Cruise [NOT on Costa !!] and visited your beautiful hotel on Madeira, in Funchal whilst on a cruise excursion break.. Lovely hotel and position. London visit. B. had had a very difficult health year. Your staff were welcoming, helpful, understanding, co-operative […] and cheerful. Immediate warmth. Good impression given of efficient management and 'good staff treatment'. Lovely room, with Battersea dogs being walked outside our window. Good double glazing so not disturbed at all by trains. Good rooftop views of London floodlit landmarks and easy riverside walk nearby. Chef went out of his way, via the Maitre d', to meet B's dietary needs. All food was outstanding and very good value for price charged. Drinks too. Lovely foyer and e-access. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay with you and hope again during 2012. Lovely hotel, I stayed for a couple of nights and found the rooms were very spacious and clean. It has a lovely spa area and very helpful staff. Not the best location but was only 5 minutes in a taxi to the nearest tube station. Top class overall
