Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Mycket centralt läge med kort promenadavstånd till två tunnelbanestationer: Godge station och Euston square. Engelsk stil på hus och rum. Ganska hård säng. Litet hotell med små rum. Vi var medvetna om att rummen var små och att vi skulle dela badrum och då kändes det helt ok. Är man dock inställd på kvalitet så är inte detta hotellet man skall välja. Men vi var nöjda för det var den nivån som vi trott på det. Frukost ingick och den var väl helt ok.

Mkt centralt, nära till Oxford Street, man kan lätt promenera till Westminster, buss alldeles utanför, nära till tunnelbana. Rummet var för litet, d var faktiskt ganska smutsigt. Handdukar bytte de varje dag men inte sängkläderna. Trevlig personal, bra frukost.

I booked this hotel at fairly late notice because I needed somewhere to stay the night with my girlfriend after a night out at a club in London. It was a good location - close to the club, so this seemed a good place to stay. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted with a fairly cheerful service - considering the time of day! We originally booked […] a room with a double bed, just for the two of us. However this is not what we got in any way. We got given the key to room 27, and were informed to head down the basement and go through the kitchen to get to our room. This initially seemed rather strange but we were both very tired so no questions were asked.. We got to room 27, opened up to find a large room with 4 double beds and a smaller single bed. This was peculiar and not what we had booked and asked for. We had a fairly good night sleep in one of the double beds but there was no duvet. It was a sheet with more of a pull-over for warmth. The room seemed as though it was a place for the staff to stay - certainly not for a couple. We woke up at about 7 in the morning and stayed awake throughout the constant cluttering and banging of plates etc as we were placed close to the kitchen. There was the offer of breakfast included in the price but after what we thought of the place and our experience so far, we skipped it and decided to check out a little earlier. On our way back up to checking out, we stopped off at the bathroom just down the corridor from our room, but we were almost interrupted by the cleaners/staff and we seemed as though we were in their way. In the bathroom I noticed an open door leading outside somewhere. This was all very strange. We left at approximately 10.15 in the morning both wondering what kind of place we had just stayed at. This compact hotel is close to Goodge Street Tube and to all the main attractions of central London. You may have to share a bathroom but the hotel is clean and welcoming. There is a good self-service breakfast in the basement and many nations stay here.

The 5 people bedroom is located in the basement of the 2 building, next to the street (quite noisy). Although 4 of the beds are quite good, the fifth bed is not a real one, but a flexible one. The bathroom is outside of the room and sharable, which is annoying related to the room rate.

We felt really welcome here. The staff very nice and the room was large. Nice bathroom and no problem to share. Good breakfast. Would come again.

The Arran house was the first stop on our trip to Europe the rooms are very small you can barely move, however the location is fantastic and staff are very helpful and kind and the free breakfast was nice. Safe, clean neighborhood and close to shops and tube. Breakfast was good and the help friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our needs as we really just wanted a clean, safe and inexpensive place to sleep after we spent the day seeing all the sites.

Our 4 bed room in the celar of the hotel was dirty, dark and noisy. It smelled like hell. It was like in prison!

The location is really good for being in London; very close to Oxford street, Soho and importantly for me, yummy China town. The room was a bit pokey, but comfortable enough. A hotel in a great location, thats the only advantage. I had the room with shower, the shower is about 0,25 sq. meter and really uncomfortable. Room is definately overpriced.

Just returned form 17 days in India and wanted to attend a play before returning to America. Hotel was well-placed with very pleasant staff, smallish rooms, but not uncomfortable. Also lots of convenient shops and restaurants just around the corner and British Museum just down the street. Perfect

This hotel is more like a hostel than hotel. Condition of furniture and fixtures was extremely poor as if they had purchased it from a third-hand shop. When I approached staff in the morning about checking out, they were extremely rude about payment and in general attitude. I would never recommend this hotel to any friend. Hotel très bien situé, à proximité de la station de métro de goodge street et d'un arret de bus. Egalement à coté du british museum. J'étais logé chambre 12, au dernier étage, une petite chambre coté rue mal insonorisé. Chambre disposant d'un lavabo et une télé(fil d'antenne passé au sol à l'arrache). Toilette et douche dans la même pièce dans le couloir […] (barre de douche décrochée de la faïence et toilette mal fixée). personnel de l'accueil tres gentil...hotel tres propre, confortable....salle de bain commune tres propre on avait l'impression que personne n'était passé avant...si on devait faire un seul reproche la chambre quintuple un peu petite...mais tout le reste parfait

Hotel un peu vieillot,très bien situé au calme bon petit déjeuner buffet.

Hotellet ligger helt perfekt til midt i London. 3 minutters gange til Oxford street, og undergrunnstationer rett rundt hjørnet. Helt topp plass. Eneste minus er trafikken utenfor vinduet, veldig lytt og vanskelig å få sove. Men be om et rom som ligger bort fra gaten!! :) Trafikklyden er overlevelig med et så sentralt hotell!! Anbefales!!

Vi hadde tre døgn med Arran som base for et familieopphold i London. Vi kontaktet hotellet på forhånd og fikk et greit rom, med eget bad. Dette var trangt, men fungerte fint. Vi brukte i tillegg fellesbadene, som var rene og godt fungerende. Hyggelig betjening og et rolig strøk gjorde dette til en mer positiv opplevelse enn vi på forhånd fryktet, etter […] å ha lest en del negative ting om hoteller i London. Vi hadde et flott opphold på Arran House, hotellet var koselig, det var rent, servicen var bra og jentene våre likte seg veldig godt. Ut fra typen hotell var dette veldig greit, og vi kommer til å velge Arran house hotel igjen.

ikke noe luksus, men helt greit for ett par netter. lå veldig sentralt til shoppinggata oxford street, tok ca 10 min å gå.vi var 3 jenter på handletur, å vi overnattet en natt, meget fornøyd. frokost var helt grei,vi ble ihvertfall full i magen.

Servicen på hotellet var supert. Mye støy fra gata, og veldig lytt fra gangen.

Liger perfekt i forhold til Oxford Street. Vi var rigtig glade for hotellet. Det var rigtig hyggeligt og hjemmeligt. Værelset var lille, men vi skulle kun sove der, så det var perfekt for os.

I needed to book a place near UCL, and this was the cheapest option. The room was extremely small, hair in the bed, terribly hard pillow. The door of the room (single) was a very heavy fire door: you had to push it with all of your strenght to close it. The breakfast was nothing special (but I don't like English breakfast, so maybe it was ok). The coffee […] was not a coffee though, even for international standards. 食事が普通のホテルなのに、おいしい。ビュッフェ形式だけど、いろいろあり満足。 部屋はアジアンテイストな感じで薄暗い。においがある（部屋独特） Wifiが部屋だとあまりつながらない。トイレ、風呂が共用なため、シャワーは他の客とかぶることがあるため、夜遅めにはいるか、早めがベスト。 スタッフが親切。言えば、貴重品も預かってくれる。ラッセルスクエア駅にも近いが、道が多く、バス移動にすれば楽。その点ではいい立地条件。 夜遅くても（１１時くらい）、人通りが多い、また大学が近いため、安心してで歩けた。（ただし注意は必要）

Hotel réalisé dans un immeuble privé. Accueil très sympathique. Chambre spacieuse (nous avions 2 lits). Assez calme. Pas très loin d'une station de métro. Attention, aller au petit déjeuner avant 9h car c'est le rush.

lille værelse, hvor der lige var blevet klemt to senge ind. man kunne opbevare sin bagage efter check-out, kun inde i stuen, hvor alle havde adgang. mangel på reception - kun et lille kontor man nærmest ikke kunne komme ind i. Men ellers et fint nok sted at overnatte hvis man skal hurtigt videre. billederne svarer ikke helt til det man får

Vi kom en familie på 2 voks og 3 børn og med en klar forventning om 2 vær, med 2senge+3senge, som det fremgik af vores bestilling på Hotels.com. Sådan havde hotellet ikke registreret det og vi fik 4senge+ 1 seng. Ufedt for en familie på tur!! Misvisende reserveringer åbenbart kan ske når man bestiller på Hotels.com!!

Accueil, confort, propreté, emplacement : rien à redire. Par contre l'isolation phonique entre les chambres et le couloir laisse à désirer. La moindre discussion dans le couloir donne l'impression que les personnes sont dans la chambre !

Really helpful staff and great location! The toilets and bathroom are outside the rooms, but they were really clean and comfortable. And they had a nice breakfast buffe. I will definately stay there again!

Et veldig koslig hotell. Ligger veldig sentralt til både buss, undergrund og shopping gater. På det rommet vi bodde på var det en del støy fra gaten utenfor. Men med litt "sov i ro", fikk vi sove. Personalet var hjelpsom og i møtekommen. Forkoten var som en typisk enkel engelsk forkost. Vi anbefaler hotellet.

O hotel e pequeno e nao possui muitas opções de lazer, mad e muito barato e bem localizado! Ideal para solteiros.. nao recomendado para famílias com criança.

Estuvimos en este hotel en Julio y realmente lo hemos pasado muy bien, muy buena atencion de los empleados y excelente limpieza en la habitacion, si bien para nosotros eso de no contar con el baño y la ducha dentro de la habitacion era algo nuevo, nos gusto mucho esta modalidad y muy limpio los baños. Lo hemos pasado muy lindo!!!!, recomendable....
