Bra, tyst rum, fast lite trista limmade nålfiltmattor i rum & korridorer. Frukost ingår ej. Hotellet försöker sälja 'hoppa'-bus och shuttle till flyget fastän lokalbussen är gratis!

Hotellet är mycket enkelt och spartanskt inrett. Rummen innehåller bara sängar och en liten TV, ingen tvål eller schampoo i badrummet. Det finns inget sällskapsrum eller hotellbar om du tänker dig att sitta och läsa tidning eller dricka en öl. Hotellet drivs av en familj som verkligen försöker hjälpa till med att få dig att trivas. Det finns Wi-Fi men bara i närheten av receptionen. Heltäckningsmatta och en trång garderob på rummet. Badrummet var rent och fräscht varje dag. Det som är bäst med hotellet är naturligtvis läget i South Kensington och tunnelbanestationen Gloucester Road. Det finns många restauranger och pubar i området där priserna är lägre än inne i city. Mycket nära till Harrods, Naturhistoriska museet och Hyde Park. Kommer man från Heathrow är tunnnelbanan idealisk att använda till det här hotellet, ca 40 min restid. Du kan ta bussen (Nr 23) till Notting Hill och Portobello street från Naturhistoriska museet. Där kan man sedan ta bussen (27) till Baker Street och Madam Tussaudes waxkabinett. En annan intressant busstur är med nummer 188 från Russell Square till Greenwich och Observatoriet och noll meridianen (tar ca 60 min enkel väg). Sedan kan man åka tillbaka till City med en båtfärja. Mycket smidigt och sevärt att se alla nya fina lägenheter längs med de gamla fartygskajerna

"B&B without breakfast"
This B&B is actually a pub offering a few rooms as B&B. The room was quite nice, the location is also okay, but it was frustrating to learn in the morning that they don't serve breakfast. Given this, the room price seems too high.Verifierad gästrecension

"Disapointed"
Looked nice from the outside but Hotels.com double booked our room on new years eve! We never got to stay at the Albany and no one at the hotel offered to help us find somewhere else - we we're just told sorry. "Basic but OK - no breakfast"
This is just a collection of rooms, I think we counted five or six, above a bar. Noise wasn't too bad despite the fact we went on a Saturday night and someone's 30th Birthday party was going on. Needed to get the key from the manager who was behind the bar but fairly friendly, but a bit of a misnomer calling it a B&B because no breakfast (not even the […] continental as previously stated) so we had to go out to get it in the morning. The room was reasonably clean, though there was some black mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, but otherwise serviceable. "Pub with rooms"
As stated by other guests, the breakfast is a Full continental breakfast left in your room. Room has a small fridge to hold the milk, orange juide, etc. Unfortunately was taken away again one day by overkeen housemaid and had to order another at the bar. Good location.Verifierad gästrecension
"The Albany Guildford"
This hotel is ideally bsituated for all areas of Guildford. The accomadation was fantastic value for money, spoilt with a continental breakfast and very nice staff but it was very noisy (loud music till 12.15am) and a very early delivery which was also very noisy.Verifierad gästrecension
"Wrong breakfast"
I booked this B & B Because it advertised full breakfast but when I arrived I was told there was only a continental breakfast which I didn't wont, I had to spend the next morning trying to find a cafe. The room was clean & large , Id been given the family room & was shocked to find a broken socket with live wires on show next to the bed. The bathroom […] & no blinds at the window But was was at the side & level with the beer garden so everyone outside can see you go to the toilet which is at the side of the window. Pub with rooms but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room I was in was large with a super bathroom. "Cosy, bur only for short stay"
The pub is cosy and perfectly sitatuated close to the top of High Street, ok size of room and nice beds, very nice staff.
