Perfekt i allt utom läget . Vi har rest runt i flera veckor och bott på många olika hotell. Detta var det mest prisvärda. Läget var bra i förhållande till närservice men saknade sjöutsikt och promenadavståndet till centrala Newport. Man kan inte få allt till det pris vi betalade. Ett enastående bra hotell med trevlig personal .

Trevlig personal och fint gammalt hus i bra skick speciellt badrummet. Inget frukost närmare än 5 minuters promenad.

Stayed here for the Newport Folk Festival. Clean, nice breakfast although it´s a shame it has to be paper and plastic cups and plates. Really nice beds and very friendly staff. I would have prefered though to stay even more down town, it got so crowded with cars in the afternoon, hard to find parking. And too far to walk with young kids.

"great location, good quality."
We were here for the New Bedford Half Marathon. The location was very convenient for the registration site, start and finish line and post race refreshments. "Nice Waterfront Room"
I had a bit of trouble getting to the hotel, as there was a detour with no directions posted. The hotel did not notify me ahead of time so I had to find my way on my own, which was not easy given I am not familiar with the area. Upon arrival there was quite a line to check in, however a few moments later 2 additional staff members jumped on to help. […] I had reserved a King room but was given a room with 2 doubles. This would have been an issue if my boyfriend had travelled with me as originally planned, however it worked out ok. The room was very spacious and very clean, much nicer than expected, and I had a wonderful view. The bed was not very comfortable and therefore I had some trouble sleeping. "Near everything!"
My boss and two associates were visiting New Bedford, MA for two days-none had been to this area of the US before. They very much enjoyed the rustic feel of the city, the friendliness of the locals but the placement of the Fairfield within New Bedford was extremely helpful (and just across the street from the wharf). "Great location"
The hotel is fairly new and very well maintained. Everything was clean, and the room was very comfortable and pleasant. We were able to walk to the Whaling Museum and several retail shops and restaurants. The ocean was across the street. "Esentially only downtown hotel."
Mostly business travelers, and that is what the hotel is geared to. Although downtown, extensive road and port reconstruction, as well as its location, isolates hotel from most of New Bedford, especially tourist destinations. "Close to town and eateries"
I found the stay pleasurable and relaxing. We were surprising my aunt the next day for her birthday and we couldn't go see her the day we arrived or the surprise would have been spoiled. Breakfast was plentiful and so many choices. Coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. We did not use the gym or pool but there are enough amenities to please […] anyone's stay. "A mixed bag. nice facilities, poor service"
The hotel itself is very clean, up to date, and attractive. Street construction makes it difficult to get to the hotel. Be prepared to loop back on a somewhat confusing detour. Service in the hotel was average at best. Checking in took the longest I have ever seen, in any hotel. (Seriously). The check in person was not being interrupted by the phone, […] other guests, or other staff. He seemed to have no clue about how to handle a Hotels.com reservation, didn't seem very familiar with their system, and frankly, didn't seem to care. The breakfast had standard hotel scrambled eggs, which were sitting a pan with about a half inch of water, so you had to careful to not get scrambled egg soup. "Nice place"
As this is apparently a brand new hotel, it was a delightful place to stay. Our conf held in the adjacent meeting room was comfortable, with little of the freeze/thaw of normal HVAC problems. "Road construction"
The ongoing road construction on the water front makes the hotel hard to get to. Hotel is beautiful and rooms were nice. Had some trouble with the in room coffee pot but everything else was good. I did ask to be moved to another room away from the highway and was told no other rooms were available which I found hard to believe as there were only 10 […] cars in the parking lot. I traveled overnight for a business meeting and traveled to the region for the first time. Clean and nice hotel, courteous staff, room had all the amenities I needed and I walked across the street to a very nice seafood place. "Brand New"
The hotel is fairly new so it was very clean and accommodating for the most part! If your going to the Feast it is a great stay for the money! They won't flex on the pool hours or the fire pit outside that's a no go at 2:00am apparently!! lol I would stay there again if needed a place in the area!Verifierad gästrecension

"Not Marriott Quality"

"町一番のホテルです"
値段のわりに普通のホテルではありますが、この町一番のホテルであると思います。お部屋でカップヌードルを食べて部屋を汚したわけではないのですが、、匂いが残っている気がして、少し多めにチップを置いたのですが、枕下におき忘れたと思ったようで、手を付けていませんでした。こんなことはじめてです。 他の土地のホテルと違い、移民の人でなく地元の若い女性が働いており、職場の信用を大切にする気持ちが伝わってきたようで、胸が熱くなりました。 その心根の清潔さに打たれるようなホテルです。Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia
